Unfortunately I have never felt so disappointed by a business than I have today in a very long…read moretime. Received a Mother's Day bouquet that was advertised much different than the product received. As advertised was a FULL bouquet consisting of at least 10 roses (of red and white color) with a card for around $70. Received was 5 (not so fresh) roses with no card and a small vase. Upon reaching out the the business in regards to the disappointment we were told that this is what the product is and due to high demand for Mother's Day there's nothing they could do. When questioned why would they advertise something inaccurately, they just repeated themselves. Really unprofessional and impersonal.

Today, I met Monica and she was so personable and friendly. Quickly shared with me as to special offers and took note of what I was interested in, and made nice suggestions. I ordered a beautiful bouquet for a co-worker and set the wrong delivery date. I wasn't able to…read moreupdate it online so I called the store. The number listed on their website was disconnected. Luckily I found the right number on Google. When I called they told me to update the order online and when I told them it wasn't giving me that option they seemed annoyed. Either way, they said they updated it and it would be delivered on the correct date. That night I got an email saying the order had been delivered, two days early, and then a second email saying to ignore that email. On the day it was to be delivered, around 5:15pm EST - just 45 minutes before they close - I called my friends Husband to see if it had been delivered. He said no, not yet. I called the store to check on the order and again got the same annoyed attitude. I listened to two women arguing back and forth about the date of the delivery for my order - it sounded like they never updated it. When someone came back on they said "It'll be going out soon". I am not sure exactly what time it was delivered, but I know that what I ordered an the photo my friend sent me were two completely different bouquets. What was delivered looks like it was thrown together in a matter of 15 minutes. There were big orange Daisies (daisies were not in the photo and what I ordered was all very light colored pink or white flowers),there were NO orchids and they also added carnations and a TON of baby's breath and other "filler" greeneries. My friend and I both despise baby's breath. It looked extremely cheap and the bouquet I ordered was even upgraded to "deluxe" size and cost me $65. What was delivered was at best worth $30. I am highly disappointed as I make it a point to use local flower shops instead of online vendors like 1-800-Flowers. This was a big loss on my part and I will not use Willow & Birch again.

The 3rd party company had sent the order to them incorrectly and I ended up receiving flowers for my wife that were much smaller than expected and paid for. Treasured Orchids & Gifts (having no obligation to do so as they were not at fault) replaced the flowers with exactly what I had been looking for to give my wife for our anniversary. This shop not only took the time and extra step to produce another arrangement, but also made sure that the customer was extremely happy.....that is something that is hard to come by in todays day and age.
