From the initial phone call to delivery, Sandra was amazing and super helpful and the flowers are stunning and made our niece's day brighter. Sandra even called when the delivery person had trouble gaining entry into our niece's complex so I could reach out to our niece (because she wasn't answering for them) and they patiently waited until our niece got off the phone with her business call to get the delivery.
