She was incredibly patient and the driver did not move on to the next order. Just incredible service. Lastly, the flower arrangement was beautiful and perfect. When I first spoke with her, she already had an attitude. After we agreed on a price, she tried to raise it to almost double just because we wanted to add more flowers. I showed her a circular setup. She delivered a small square. It wasn't even close to what we discussed. On the day of the proposal, she showed up 30 minutes late, which pushed everything back because the setup wasn't ready. The flowers she used were low quality, nothing like what she advertised. She also required us to bring all the pillows, tables, and glasses, which was surprising considering the price she charged. After comparing prices with other vendors, it became clear how overpriced this business is. She also only accepts payment through Zelle, which conveniently prevents any type of chargeback. Looking back, that says everything. The most unprofessional part happened right before the proposal. She didn't pay for parking even though there are signs everywhere. She got a parking ticket and instead of taking responsibility, she texted me a picture of the ticket five minutes before I got on one knee, blaming me for it and telling me to pay for it. My photographer parked in the same area and had the common sense to pay without needing instructions. The setup itself was tiny. When I asked her to make it bigger so both of us could fit, she gave more attitude and called herself a "professional" instead of fixing the issue. This business is unprofessional, overpriced, and completely unreliable. The whole experience felt like a scam. I would not recommend this vendor to anyone, for any reason.

She also asked me on budget, without trying to pressure me into any category. The nicest thing I've heard someone say, was when she recommended I wait until the afternoon that day as she would have fresher flowers by then. Once I received the flowers I was very happy with the selection, and my wife was incredibly happy as well. This had me decide for Valentine's Day I had to come back! Before I came back I called ahead and asked again for her thoughts and she guided me based on a few questions to a fantastic solution. She also asked again on my budget, and made it based on this. The picture I have is based on $100, which I find incredibly reasonable. Today when I picked up the flowers, the store was very full, but the owner (and daughter I think?) had brought in extra help in anticipation of the volume. I was apprehensive on my wait time as I pulled up, but was helped rather quickly, and was very happy to hear I hadn't been forgotten from last time! Mylez and the his staff were amazing. I had brought my mother along to help, since she did have some idea about flowers, and they asked a number of questions about the overall feel of the wedding, the colors we were using in our outfits, and our own personal style. We looked over pictures of Andrews Chapel, our ceremony, location and they had lots of ideas to discuss. We decided on an overall feel and some colors for the floral components and left the details in their very capable hands. We could not have been more pleased with the final results! The pew decorations were simple but elegant and showcased the natural beauty of the wood of the chapel. My bouquet was amazing, in shades of white, cream and burgundy. And for the reception, they designed very casual but lovely centerpieces around orchids, which we were able to send home with our guests. Everything exceeded our expectations and added just the right accents to our special day. No problems at all with delivery or setup at either of our locations. The owner appeared from the back and had just put everything away. He didn't seem to mind all all to pull things back out for me. He created a beautiful small arrangement while chatting me up about all sorts of things. Very personable and talented. I also asked for petals for the table. The arrangement was $35 which I felt was adequatly priced. The petals were $5 which was way overpriced. I didn't balk and had to run out to make the party. I would definitely order from him again. I felt he definitely was talented and had beautiful flowers in stock. 6 days later and I know the flowers are still beautiful and look fresh so that is a plus!

Said she's never seen so many perfectly matched roses! I chose Eve's Florist specifically because they purchase directly from wholesalers. I called in my order Friday and was told that the shipment would arrive Monday morning and be delivered the same day. That's impressive service, but then the bouquet exceeded all expectations. These are obviously people who take genuine pride in delivering the freshest and most beautiful flowers.
