I wanted a local florist for my mother-in-law's birthday gift - I live in California! Was happy to find RIVERVIEW florist and couldn't have been happier with the result! (Woman and veteran owned was just icing on the cake!) I ordered online for next day delivery and added chocolates. The arrangement was exactly as pictured on the website... actually, it was even better! It arrived earlier half of the day, which was perfect - MIL told me they called first to make sure she'd be home! Excellent service. Will definitely use them again! read more

I found this floral gem online wishing to use a local business for a floral delivery and being out of state. I called the business and was assisted by an extremely kind and helpful employee who went the extra mile to assure the delivery was received in a timely manner with a requested "extra step" for them. They were so accommodating and more than willing to go the extra mile. The arrangement was GORGEOUS and accomplished the goal we had of putting a smile on the face of a loved family member! read more

I can not even begin to express my gratitude to the family that own this shop. Last month, I was planning an elopement and didn't not know the first thing about a bouquet. I had absolutely no idea how to start, what color I wanted...I was so lost, stressed and confused! I told Rick "I didn't know what I needed!" He graciously arranged some looks for me and I was still undecided. He told me to come back to see Kayla (the designer...also his daughter), and she would get me what I needed for sure. I returned 2 day later...the day before the elopement (due to me being sick myself). Kayla and her husband were in the store wrapping up the day, and I explained my situation, and even though they were closing up (to tend to their sick baby), she and her husband turned on their PHENOMENAL customer service and created me the most beautiful bouquet I could have ever asked for. They were ABSOLUTELY SO AMAZING to me! They gave me so many options (from their beautiful selection) and so many ideas, even though it was last minute, their baby was sick, and it was closing time. From my understanding, the parents are retiring and Kayla will be taking over the business. If the parents are reading this, know you all are leaving the shop in great hands! I just had to brag on her and the hubby...they were AMAZING to me in my time of need! I will NEVER FORGET what you all did for me and you now have a customer for life! Thanks again. -Dr. Marilyn Ellis-Pimienta read more

I have orderer from many different florist throughout Florida, Riverview Florist has to be one of the worst I've ever ordered from. their website said the My Girl flower arrangement would be 21.5 inches tall, it was 17.5 inches. The arrangement that we received looked nothing at all like what was on the website. Really disappointing! read more

Wonderful - I ordered a floral arrangement and chose the Deluxe (or medium) version. When it arrived my cousin sent me a picture and it was over what I was expecting, which was attractive enough . Had a couple conversations with the family (due to my changing my mind) and they are pleasant people who clearly give old-faahioned personal attention to their work. Will definitely be my florist now. read more

My very generous friend sent me this gorgeous flower arrangement for Thanksgiving. I received these flowers on Wednesday the day before Thanksgiving and after a week they are still stunning! All of the flowers opened up and NOT ONE petal of any of the flowers has fallen off up to this point (a week later). Upon delivering the flowers a gentleman phoned me to make sure I was home to accept delivery instead of leaving on my doorstep in the heat or with a neighbor. I highly recommend Riverview Florist and they will definitely be my go to Florist when I need flowers! read more

What a pleasure to deal with a small, family owned, local business that offers a quality product at competitive prices. Great service from a local florist. Local florist is the way to go, no more calling the big 1800 numbers. They have royally screwed up enough of my orders over the years. Riverview Florist helped me with great service in picking the best selection out for the price point I was looking at, provided a great price, same day deliver was lightning fast, and the arrangement they delivered was beautiful. The REAL Riverview Florist does a wonderfu job! I apologize as I wrote a review on flowers that 'I thought' were from Riverview Florist. Online when I searched for Riverview Florist--as I had been so pleased with other orders... this is what came up first: Riverview: Florist - Hand Delivery In 4 Hours www.fromyouflowers.com, They were masquerading as Riverview Florist. I was extremely disappointed with that florist. It is NOT Riverview Florist ! Don't make the same mistake that I did. I only caught the mix-up when Riverview Florist promptly responded to my review. Mea culpa! Twice I've ordered from the real Riverview Florist and have been very pleased both times. If you read my previous post, please disregard. I apologize to the 'real' Riverview Florist as they are good people and did not deserve that. read more

This was my first experience with Riverview Florist, and it certainly won't be my last. from my call to order, i could tell that customer service was a high priority. They accommodated my somewhat late order without hesitation. Walking into the shop was like stepping back in time to an old school florist I probably visited as a child. There are so few true florist shops left and this one is a gem. My order was absolutely perfect and reasonably priced. I'm hoping that more people will support this local business. Highly recommend! read more

Very good Florist! My son has his Homecoming a East Bay High and his date was w/o a corsage. I emailed the florist through YELP and got response same day. She contacted me the day before pick up to let me know that the roses came in and were bad and needed to change my flower. She was so remorseful and so professional. She did not try and sell me a crappy corsage, she changed it to a beautiful white rose and the corsage was perfect! My son said his date LOVED IT. Thank you and will definitely be using you again! :-) read more

This is your go-to florist for areas upcoming Prom needs ~ Exceptional service, friendly & helpful. On a Saturday morning my son needed a corsage for a dinner he was to attend that night. I didn't think we were going to be able to get something nice at the last minute but decided to walk-in and ask. Even though they were extremely busy they took time out for my son & constructed a beautiful corsage pin for him while we waited. It was so beautiful it didn't look real. I ordered a bouquet and paid $60. Which included a ten dollar delivery charge. The bouquet was horrible. Buyer beware.

I ordered a beautiful bouquet of flowers for a dear friend dealing with a loss in my hometown. I can't recall her name, but the woman on the phone was very kind and she had lots of great ideas to offer. I appreciated this because another shop I called asked what I liked and that was missing the point. I was in need of flowers for a sad time and what I like does not matter. I needed advice for what would be appropriate given the unfortunate circumstances. Communication was great, regarding delivery. I have no complaints and would recommend supporting this business who's been around for 30 years. When I need to send flowers in Riverview, this is the place to call. read more
