It's been 7 days and the arrangement still looks good. Yes, some flowers have drooped and I really should take a couple out but they're in the back of how I display them. Thanks All a Bloom. ***********Please Don't do business with this company****************…read more I placed a order by phone, which went well (I thought). The lady taking the order explained the difference in the price of the ones showed on line. I ordered the premium package of a smaller peace lily with yellow roses and yellow tulip's, with the understanding that there was to be more roses and tulip's. Now in what was shown was 6 roses and 2 tulips. The plant that was delivered for my Aunt's funeral was not even as big as the one in the standard package. I had 1 extra rose and 1 extra tulip. There was only 1 spatch in the peace lily. I was so hurt, angry, and disappointed. Please people do not buy from this florist, unless you are right there to see them make it. This florist even put roses in a casket spray that were dying. Some of the pedals on the roses where discolored and falling off. For a casket spray you put dead flowers. Shame on you, poor management and poor service. When we called to complain, we were asked what could they do. You could have cared enough and did the right thing to start with!! Just make a beautiful arrangement. People be aware please do not count on this floweriest for beautiful flowers. Save your money and order from a different company!!!

I was blown away by the owner's attention to detail, making sure I was happy with not only the flowers chosen, but that the vase was perfect, also. I ordered 'Beautiful in Blue' sympathy flowers for an important funeral, and could not have been happier with the elegant arrangement that was created. I now recommend this shop to locals, and we have all been very happy with their creations & excellent service.

I now make sure I get a picture sent to me by the recipient, so I know if I was fleeced or not...and I'm very happy to say that this business (my original order went to their sister store Lakeland Flowers, who then channeled it out through this shop which they also operate) did very nice work on this bouquet. I made several special requests for minor changes (colors of the flowers used, type of flowers we preferred) which were both honored & fulfilled, and we were very pleased when our family members sent us the picture which showed us how beautifully these flowers turned out. They were delivered promptly & the flowers were fresh. I trust these 2 businesses & plan to use them again in the future. Thank you! *Note: I plan to cross-reference this review, since I was pleased with the person who took my order @ the sister store (Lakeland Flowers), & also pleased with the end result. Both businesses deserve a positive review for their combined efforts, but I wanted to clear up any confusion in advance.

I was shocked that the arrangement was not the deluxe arrangement and wasn't even comparable to a standard arrangement..very sparse and sloppy...nowhere near the amount of flowers advertised! Really dirty business doing that to grieving people! I paid top price for bottom of the barrel flowers! This seems to be the norm...bait and switch! And as far as flower substitution, that wasn't the case here, other than the zero white daisies, the rest of the flowers were just cut down to bare minimum...sparsely slapped together...and this is with ordering 4 days prior to the visitation/funeral! This arrangement was for the wife of a local firefighter. Shameful! Tell me that is a $180 arrangement!
