I really like edible arrangements. The fruits are ripe and sweet. The chocolate is the best added touch. I had the cheese cake to try something different. It was good. I wouldn't say that I would go back specifically for the cheese cake. I would go back for the chocolate dipped fruit. This was a cheese cake with a pine apple slice in top. The store seems a bit empty upon arrival. They don't have much decoration. It was quiet inside. No weird smells or odors. Open lot parking. No parking meters or parking structures. Would love shaded parking to keep the heat off my car and keep the inside cooler. Even better if the shaded parking had solar panels or plants growing on it. Caution! I placed an order for a birthday present not too long ago. Cost was around $70 including delivery. Order was never delivered. They informed me 2 hours before the promised delivery time. They do not accept cash(I placed the order at the physical location). Citing "security concerns". They took the card info, first and last name, delivery address(home address), phone number, persons first and last name delivered to etc. Took 2 weeks for them to process a refund. I spoke with a manager at a few different locations(they have general manager for each "zone" ie west valley, east valley etc). Ever since they sold the company to foreign investors, the quality of service/customer service has gone down the drain. They do not allow you to remove your personal info from their systems. They also share your info to other stores. I believe they rebranded from "Edible Arrangements" to "Edible". Not sure why. read more

Used them years ago and got burned, tried them again and paid for it, should have learned my lesson the first time. Ordered for Valentines well in advance, order never came, waiting entire day and night , no updates or communication, no answer when I tried to call. Finally the following day Im told its being delivered, by then its too late, I needed it for the holiday whats the point now? If you are too busy to fulfill the orders on busy holidays then put a limit on how many you take and communicate if a day is unavailable to people can go elsewhere instead of paying for something that never arrives. read more

***UPDATE: I called shortly after I posted this review about my complaint. Not expecting much of a compensation, wow was I wrong! Annie (I believe that was her name) made sure I was well taken care of and gave me a FREE UPGRADED dozen strawberries for my inconvenience. I ordered a dozen chocolate covered strawberries for Valentine's Day A MONTH AGO. When I arrived, I will admit it was smooth. Got my order quickly and was out the door. Unfortunately when I opened the strawberries, they were barely halfway dipped in chocolate and the drizzle was so messy, and they were pretty small too. But whatever, I wasn't going to be too picky on that until My girlfriend noticed one strawberry had MOLD!!!!! After she had eaten more than half of them, She was very disgusted as I'm not sure how many others also had mold. For the price I pay for these, I don't think it's wrong to expect perfection. I had an arrangement delivered to my husband at work. Cons: 1. Didn't deliver by time agreed upon. This was a problem b/c his job site, Honeywell, is a security guarded place and since it was supposed to be a surprise I had it set up with a friend of his to be called and he'd come down to the front desk and take it up to him. The friend waited but then had to leave b/c his work shift was over. He got the call later and came back to work so Jim would get his fruit basket. 2. Wasn't what I ordered. I ordered two balloons along with a very specific Birthday fruit basket. No balloons. The description from Jim later and the pictures he sent me of it didn't match the order. Pros: 1. The arrangement had chocolate covered fruit which was more expensive (so I didn't order that kind nor pay for that kind). ??? !!!! 2. Jim said he could care less about the balloons and the chocolate covered fruit was a big hit with him and his co-workers. Interestingly, when it didn't arrive at the agreed to time window I called the store I ordered from and the guy said he had made the arrangement personally and knew for sure it was on the delivery truck. I ordered a bouquet of chocolate-dipped fruit for my wife for Valentine's Day online and opted to deliver it myself. The website was easy to use and the prices were about on par with what I would have paid for any of the other more traditional gifts. I was in and out of their location in about 5 minutes. The fruit smelled great and the presentation was very nicely done (the package I ordered came with a balloon and teddy bear) and easy to carry. It made a great impression when I delivered it to my wife at her work. She had some leftovers that made it home to me so I can attest to the fact that the fruit was fresh and delicious, even 2 days later (keeping it refrigerated of course). DON'T ORDER FROM THIS STORE!! Tempe store is terrible. Edible Arrangements is great in so many ways. Too bad Sh*++y employees ruin a good thing. On Nov 12th in the early afternoon I called the store directly to order some strawberries covered in white chocolate. When I asked if they could do that.... the girl indicated that she was not sure because white chocolate was more than regular chocolate. I indicated that price was not an issue and I asked if they were able to make them. She was not sure (again) but recommended that I should check the website to see if white chocolate strawberries were an option. I tried to call other stores in the area (where I only got VM). Instead, I called Godiva at the Chandler Mall and ordered about $250 in strawberries there. They were able to get them out same day and they were fantastic!!! Great staff that was knowledgeable and friendly. Edible Arrangements does have a great product...too bad you cant connect with a live person in the stores when you need to OR when you do reach one....she just happens to be riding the short bus all the way to the unemployment line and bringing the franchise down with her. read more

I am not very happy with this particular Edible Arrangements location. After placing an order online it says to call the delivery store to see if you can get a schedule delivery time. So after I placed my order I went ahead and did this. After talking to a woman about my delivery she said that she couldn't guarantee an exact delivery time, which is understandable, but I was wondering if I could at least request a morning time delivery. She looked at her drivers schedule and she said her driver isn't scheduled to even start delivering until 12. So I asked her if my delivery could be close to the top for the delivery address is literally 2 miles from their store and the person receiving it gets off around 3. She said she would put a note on my order and have it delivered as one of the first stops. The day of the delivery by 1:00 I new my ordered wasn't delivered, so I called the store and asked them for an update. Another woman answered and said she talked to her driver and it would be delivered in the next 30 - 45 minutes which puts the time at 1:30-1:45ish. By 2:30 I called the person who was supposed to get the SURPRISE delivery and they still did not receive it. I knew they were leaving work soon and so I wanted to call them and give them a heads up so they could receive their surprise edible arrangement before they left, this was the reason I called the day before and asked the store to have it delivered as early as possible. By 3:00 I finally received word for the person receiving the delivery that they got it. They were headed out the door when the driver showed up. What was the point in ordering this surprise delivery, going to all the work to talking to the store to have it delivered as soon as possible if I was going to have to go through the hassle of ruining the surprise and it being delivered right before the person leaves work. I was hoping since I went out of my way to communicate with the store that was literally 2 miles from the delivery stop that it would be taken care of. On a side note, why would a place delivering fruit wait so long to start sending out deliveries, especially if they have business deliveries to make. In my mind fruit is more of a breakfast thing and would make sense to be delivered in the morning time. Who wants to eat fruit for a snack, after they have just filled up on lunch? Also if its delivered to an office after lunch, im sure the person receiving the delivery is not really hungry anymore so they take it home, what is the point of getting it delivered to work if you end up taking it home because its delivered right before you end your day at work or you have already eaten for the day. These arrangements are beautiful and pretty pricy, I expected a little more from this company. My surprise delivery was completely ruined because the store couldn't take care of or didn't listen to my needs, even though they assured me they would take care of it. As a customer when you go out of your way to communicate with a company and they tell you they are going to take care of it, you shouldn't have to worry about it and check up on it. I ended up calling this company 3 times to check on my delivery and each time they told me it was getting taken care of. The surprise was ruined; my delivery wasn't delivered until the person receiving it was walking out the door and it was nothing but a huge hassle. Not impressed or satisfied at all and will probably not be ordering from Edible Arrangements again, let alone this particular delivery store. read more

DO NOT GO TO THIS STORE!!!!!! Only gave 1 star because there is no Zero option. Ordered a fruit arrangement for an office potluck on 04/08/16 and was lied to and told it would be delivered before noon no problem, they wold make it their first delivery. Of course in retrospect, this was just done to get the order. After several calls to the store and them repeatedly stating the driver was on the way, the driver is 10 min away ect...I became so exasperated, and embarrassed that I had used these people, placed the order THE DAY BEFORE. ... and had to show up with nothing, that I told them to cancel the order. I was told the order would be canceled and my card refunded. Thirty to forty minutes later the baskets were delivered ANYWAY. I called the store immediately and told them so they could come pick them up and the desk clerk puts me on hold "to find out what happened " then comes back to the phone and states "I'll call you back". Needless to say that she never did. I physically drove to the store after work. ...which is laughably 10 min from my job., to ask if they refunded the charges....the desk person nastily said "I guess we can go back and pick them up " Isn't that a hoot, now she wants to pick them up. I glared at her and told her they were still at the office and she could go get them. Then she babbled something about her computer and went to the back claiming she needed to talk to somebody. She stayed in the back for nearly 30 minutes. ...I'm sure hoping I would leave. The phone was ringing like crazy and no one came out to answer it, which shows how poorly the store is run. This clerk, then finally comes out and begins to ask me what I was told on the phone. Having given this enough of my energy and seeing that they had LIED to me yet again. ..I asked her how she would feel if it happened to her and left the store telling her I would most certainly use my only recourse available and that is to dispute the charge on my credit card. ...which I did. Whether I win or lose, at least I didnt take it laying down. After I filed the dispute I was done with it. ..until my brother asked why I was upset that day, when I explained. ..he said you should at least write a review on this, it may save someone else the same hassle. .. This store made every attempt to deliver the order, agreeing to "call first to make arrangements". They did this as planned with no success. The following day they offered to make a new order and make it available for pick-up. They also volunteered to deliver the order to me and I live nowhere close to this store. I was in for a quick pickup of a very small arrangement. I was told it would take 10 minutes. It took 10 minutes just for the lady to ring it up correctly. Then she had to go make it. 1 Star not for the actual product. It's Edible Arrangements. The 1 Star is for the lady working 3/10/2020 (currently at 4:18pm). Very rude if I do say so myself. I walk in and there was no one at the front. So I wait thinking the camera was on and someone would help. No? Okay. Fine. I'll call simple people are busy working I get it. Well I called and simply said I am up front to get my order and I don't see anyone here. It goes silent then click. Umm okay. Then she comes up and curtly says well I didn't hear you the bell must not have rang. That's fine but hanging up instead of saying "Oh I'll be right up." Anything.
