My husband and I knew back then we'd found something special and followed them around the valley ever since. The brownies are simple, classic and delicious. I love that you can freeze them up to six months and they still taste great. My favorite flavors are the mint and the toffee. I recently attended their annual Open House in March. Fairytale partners with the nonprofit KABOOM to build playgrounds for underserved communities. They have raised so much money for KABOOM and if you come to their Open House you can help support this. They have a raffle and silent auction. They sell $1 imperfect treats and discounted brownie edges. They give away free samples and it's a festive and fun atmosphere. Fairytale is one of my go-to gifts when a friend is sick or needs a cheering up gift. My sons love to get a box in the mail for a holiday surprise. I highly recommend this local business.

Sorry that we cannot meet your needs." Where in that statement was an offer to fix, remedy, partial credit ... or anything else that they are trying to state in the response. Was it my finest hour? No, but $200 into the order, nothing like I expected, no phone call, an email response as I type exactly as received and then a delivery person standing at my door demanding items that I sent to a neighbor to try to help me with ... as this vendor did not offer to make right in any way, shape or form. If they say they can make the order like the photos you send them, they should. If they can't then they should clearly state that the colors, the details and the design will not look anything like you requested. I was very clear in my emails that I was concerned that they may not be interrupting my requests correctly but was assured that they understood ... pink, white, gold, clouds, moon, hearts, etc from the photos.
