AMAZING CUSTOMER SERVICE!!! Baby balloon bouquet ordered. Delivered on time and is absolutely fresh and beautiful. The balloons were missed in the initial delivery, but emailed customer service and response was six minutes later. They had me call the store. The lady that answered was very kind and stated the balloons would be delivered immediately at no additional charge. They were and a special treat was added. Bonus for the Big Sisters!!! read more

I do enjoy sending an Edible Arrangement for special occasions, such as birthdays or sympathy/get well and I like that this location is centrally-located downtown. I've used them a couple times recently and was rewarded with a free 12 count box of dipped fruit, cool, right? Unfortunately it's not easy to redeem: you have to order something at full-price to redeem or call in advance. Seems like there should be an electronic option for redemption. Seeing that the store had an email request form through the website, I submitted a request for the box several weeks ago. Still waiting for a reply... I finally was able to redeem the offer when purchasing an arrangement for a close friend who lost a dog, and when I stopped in the store to pick it up, staff was very friendly and my order was ready to go at the time that I selected. The fruit in the arrangements was good, except for the bananas, which seem to have gone bad. read more

I received a bunch of daisies and box of chocolate covered strawberries. Some of the strawberries are mush and I have never received such awful flowers! Most of the daisies are dying and some are dead, I called to complain but they do not return the money to the person who ordered them from me and I would have to go all the way downtown to pick up a new arrangement. I live in Greendale, so it is not a small trip. I have told my friend to never order from them again. Lousy customer service. read more

Highly recommend! They called me because the household wasn't answering the door. The driver had waited for 15 minutes, which is above and beyond in my book. I called another number in the house, woke them up, and they got their platter. And the fruit was gorgeous and delicious! Highly recommend and I'll also use this location again. Just ordered one and received today. Pretty disappointed because the strawberries were not sweet and very bland. Had no taste and bit sour and a little soft. You are guys are supposed to be know for "fresh fruits" but the fruits I received was sour and soft. Don't think I will be ordering from here again. read more

On June 2nd 2020, I ordered an arrangement for my sister's birthday. I was having difficulty with the website, putting her address in. I had a call their customer service. My go to for all occasions! It's my fathers birthday today and I couldn't see him because we work opposite shifts so I order a same day box at 9 am. I was worried it would arrive before he left to work so I called at noon and asked if they could deliver before 4pm and the girl was so nice and helpful. INJURED STANDING IN CASHIER LINE!!! ORDER AT YOUR OWN RISK!!! NEGLIGENT STAFF!!! I usually do not write reviews, but I have to write one today. I've been placing orders at this location for a year and a half and all was great until today 3/8/2018. Melissa the cashier not only got my order wrong TWICE but then had the audacity to argue with me about it! In addition, she nor anyone else in the store warned me that their food vendor had a large metal cart behind me (while I was ordering at the counter) so when I went to go to the pick up line the food vendor hit me in my leg/ankle with his metal cart!! Not only did I not receive any apologies from anyone, Melissa also went back and forth between the cashier area to the back room where the manager was to LOUDLY COMPLAIN about how I didn't know what I ordered (the manager did not even once came out of the back room to see what was going on.) I called the manager Aziza minutes later to report what happened and she said that the cashier said that I ordered one thing and wanted something else (even though I repeated the same order 3 times) so there was a miscommunication. I told her about the whole ordeal including being hit with a metal cart. I let her know that if any bruises developed I would be suing, in addition if a cashier gets the order wrong they are supposed to apologize and remake it. She said that cart incident was the food vendor's fault and gave me their number, then added she will have Melissa call me back to apologize. Melissa left a voicemail saying that she apologizes that I wasn't able to hear her apologize before I left. I called back to request to speak to the manager again (who left early for the day) to request a refund. It's a shame that I will not be coming back to receive the free drink that I earned with my punch card. Honestly, I never had a bad experience from this location before, but this new staff is too negligent for me and made me feel humiliated. No thank you, I'll get my smoothies and fruit baskets elsewhere. read more

Horrible customer service! Ordered the same cupcake box they comes with candles I previously ordered from a different edible arrangement for my daughter. The order from this store on water street forgot the candles, and when I called, instead of taking responsibility or doing something about the messed up order, the girl said someone ate the candles in a previous order, so they just false advertise the candles, but you don't actually get them. Will never order from here again! The whole point of ordering, was to not leave the house for candles in the middle of a pandemic, and to support local businesses, but not this one again! read more

My husband ordered chocolate covered strawberries for me for Valentine's. I got home from work and he asked if I had gotten anything delivered. He wasn't very happy when I told him no. Turns out the truck with my delivery in it was towed. They never called him to tell him what happened. I didn't get the order until Wednesday 2/19/14 after my husband called to find out where it was. Then when I bring it home he tells me that's not what he ordered. It was supposed to have a teddy bear too. I emailed the company about it and they called him back stating that he was wrong that wasn't what he ordered. He said they were nothing but rude. After all this they said he could get the teddy bear if he came down to the store and got it. We will definitely not be ordering from here again. read more

I first came across this location when I stopped into their store. Their smoothies are amazing! The customer service was spot on. While we waited for our drinks, we were offered chocolate covered strawberries. Everyone was so extremely nice. Today I called in an order and the lady that answered the phone was so helpful and informative. They guaranteed my arrangement would be delivered before a certain time and it was.
