Their flowers are beautiful. I get a bouquet every year for Valentine's Day. This year, I was feeling under the weather, was leaving work early when my boyfriend said the delivery window was 8-5. I called FFD and spoke with a staff member who let me know we couldn't reroute the delivery but they would make me a new bouquet to pick up. The staff member was so patient as I had almost completely lost my voice. I showed up to their shop with my mask on and a barely audible hello. They knew exactly who I was and got my package ready for me. I love that they partner with other small businesses to create fun bundles. The candle accompanying the flowers smelled amazing and the chocolates were delicious. Over a week later and the flowers look just as good as on day one! They also have fun workshops to build your own bouquets and seasonal wreaths. Highly recommend them as a quality, ethical florist.

The Australian tree frogs in their container near the front of the store were a cute and oddly appropriate, surprise. And the scent of the place, green, and earthy and with a hint of floral, is a free zen moment just for taking the time to look. I needed a gift delivered, and although there weren't any flowers to show me, the owner promised that when the flowers came in later that day, he'd put together something nice. He did.
