Their flowers are beautiful. I get a bouquet every year for Valentine's Day. This year, I was feeling under the weather, was leaving work early when my boyfriend said the delivery window was 8-5. I called FFD and spoke with a staff member who let me know we couldn't reroute the delivery but they would make me a new bouquet to pick up. The staff member was so patient as I had almost completely lost my voice. I showed up to their shop with my mask on and a barely audible hello. They knew exactly who I was and got my package ready for me. I love that they partner with other small businesses to create fun bundles. The candle accompanying the flowers smelled amazing and the chocolates were delicious. Over a week later and the flowers look just as good as on day one! They also have fun workshops to build your own bouquets and seasonal wreaths. Highly recommend them as a quality, ethical florist.

We arrived to the funeral home the next day, and the arrangement just took my breath away, it was the first thing I noticed, it REALLY stood out. My mom was awe-struck. It was beautiful beyond words. We were so impressed and so touched that after we dropped my mom off for the night, my husband and I decided to go get a thank you card and drop it off to the store, hoping the woman that helped us would be working. Thankfully she was. She looked a little worried when we talked in and apologized for putting the wrong color carnations in the arrangement, and that she didn't get our number the day prior so she couldn't call to clear that with us. My husband and I told her that the flowers were so beautiful that we hadn't even noticed. We gave her the thank you card and thanked her again and she had tears in her eyes by time we had left. All in all, it was such a wonderful experience. We haven't used another florist since. The price, well flowers are pricey. The service is outstanding and their passion for people is remarkable.
