The worst experience I have ever had with a place of business. I ordered an arraignment that was supposed to be delivered to my Fiancés place of work on 2/12/25. Every day since then over the phone (when and if they answer), they promise it will be delivered that day within business hours. It is now 2/15/25, and once again I was promised it would be delivered today, but guess what.... It was not. I have not received a single apology on any day that it has been late. This place of business also does not answer voicemails or online inquiries about orders. They clearly do not care about their customers and I do not recommend using this location to anyone. read more

Went to track order and at 4pm, the order status does not show it is even crafted, not out for delivery and obviously not delivered. Sent two emails, left two voice messages since they don't answer the phone and still no reply. The love of my life is leaving work shortly and unfortunately did not receive the arrangement I ordered. The Hanover location never ever answers their phone. I left 2 messages and called the corporate phone number and they still never called me back. I ordered an arrangement on line for pick up for a co-workers birthday. On the date of pick up, I drove to the location and there a sign on the door saying they were closed that day. I had to leave there without the arrangement i ordered and paid for. I could not believe the absolute mismanagement and irresponsible way that they conduct themselves. it was shocking. they called me an hour later and ended up delivering the arrangement. Order was eventually delivered so late that the event had passed after the owner assuring me that it would be delivered on time (and refusing to let me pick it up) Spent literal hours on hold with corporate to get a refund. Like many others have stated, I wish that I could give a zero star rating. I ordered an arrangement online and opted for a "Guaranteed Same Day Delivery" arrangement since I had unexpected guests. Not only did the arrangement not arrive, the store did not call or email to inform me that they could not fulfill the order. As the day got later, I called the store to find out when it would be delivered. They didn't answer the phone, despite being "open". Fast forward to this morning and I sent a message asking about the status of my order. I did not receive a response so I called the store later in the day. Again, no answer. I called Edible Arrangements corporate and they forwarded me back to the store and, yet again, they didn't answer. I tried calling the store three more times and they did not answer, despite allegedly being open. There is no one at Edible Arrangements to speak to. They just auto forward you to the store where you placed your order. So it's now been two days with no sign that I will ever receive my $150 order (p.s. - they charge you immediately). It's astonishing the lack of pride some people have in operating their business. This is one of the absolute worst customer experiences that I have ever had. In any industry, including cable television. Absolutely terrible experience. read more

Overall a good experience. I had to delay delivery because the recipient spent some extra time in the hospital and the store was totally flexible with putting my order on hold and then reinstating it when I called to update it. The arrangement was fresh and the recipient enjoyed it. The one issue was that the vase had several large chips in it, so the recipient could not reuse it. The recipient did not tell me about this until much later, so the business did not have the opportunity to make it right. read more

I received THE CUTEST "Box of Donuts" for my Birthday from my Daughter a couple of days ago from Edible Arrangements in HANOVER. These "Donuts" are actually Apples dipped in the most delicious Chocolate and decorated in cute colors and sprinkles. They were/are DELICIOUS. (Only 4 left!) Even funnier was my Delivery Man Bob ! He had a little Song for me while wearing a Cake Hat with Candles! This is my 2nd Edible Arrangement from this HANOVER location. Both were absolutely delicious and have the BEST PRESENTATION. The lady on the phone was pleasant, and so was the gentleman who checked me out. I thought the place was cute, colorful and friendly. I also realized they have movies, snack packs, and apple donuts. I have used edible arrangements over the years and in particular the Hanover ma location and they are always prompt in the delivery the product is always fresh and I have never been disappointed. I had ordered from the Warren, RI store a few times before and was happy with their service. So being I was out of town at the time, I figured I would order from them again. I recently needed a sympathy fruit basket sent and went on-line to order one from this store. Within 24 hours they emailed me questioning the order, in regards to the date I put for delivery, which was a week longer than it needed to be delivered. They took the time to realize I had made a delivery date mistake, and contacted me ASAP. Just noticing the mistake is above and beyond in this age of service. I contacted the store to correct my mistake. When trying to deliver the fruit basket, the receiver was unable to be contacted. So they called me again, to inform me as to where my order was on that day. They even went as far as to check with a neighbor, to see if they knew when the reciepient would be home. Which of course, prompted another call to me. We decided it would be better delivered at another time. The employees were responsible, knowledgeable, and beyond helpful, with my situation. I can not thank them enough for their patience, understanding and never seeming to be "put out" by the many conversations and redelivery dates. Went in Saturday morning and they were out of so many things. How do you run out of fruit when it's your main business? Cooler when you walk in to buy ready made was empty. Tried to order drinks but they couldn't do half of them. Limited smoothie menu because of lack of ingredients. Whoever owns this store is clearly in the dark as to how to run a business. I wish I could give zero stars!! From Edible Arrangements in Hanover, my good friend sent me the Chocolate Indulgence Strawberries, in a red box, which looked like a box of chocolates. He paid approximately $50. When I got home from the hospital, I found the red box with a balloon on the counter. When I opened the box, the strawberries were covered with mold. Not just a little mold, but every strawberry was covered with extensive mold. It was a cool day. My house was cool. When I called to complain, the manager was rude and unhelpful. The owner never returned calls. The manager said that it should have been refrigerated. How was my husband to know that? He instructed me to look inside the small marketing card and see on the inside, the instructions to refrigerate in what looks to be about a 4 pt font. Again, the product was in a red box, you could not tell that it was fruit. It looked like a box of chocolates. Even if not refrigerated, how did so much mold grow so quickly? I notice there is no place for reviews on the edible arrangements website. Why is that? Are they afraid of this kind of testimonial? Also, I feel that this is a scam. I do not want to insult my friend by telling him what happened. The recipients usually do not pay for this product so may not complain. I have never dealt with a company with such poor customer relations. It is a shame. For the prices charged they should cover the occasional bad fruit. Unless of course this happens often? read more

I have attempted to contact the store 3 times and have not heard back once. I agree completely with the the previous yelper. This store has no clue about customer service.
