That in itself was a great savings plus so many other items like Seafood at 1/2 off Specials! You take your time and go up and down all the aisle you will find hidden gems! I'm a sucker for food courts and love the great ones enough to drive an hour there and back! As a super fan of H-Mart for its wide selection of produce and snacks, coming here is always an adventure to find something new! My favorite bakery, Tous Le Jour, happens to be tucked in there as well with quality baked goods. Let's not forget Gong Cha for bubble tea - another location on the maps is always good news to me. At H-Mart, you're knocking out two birds with one stone - treat yourself to a meal and shop for groceries in one spot! I've returned here multiple times with one mission: to try every spot in the food court and order what sounds (smells, looks and tastes) the best. The selections were ample for all appetites. Just feeling snacky? Hungry enough to eat a horse? There were various options to choose from, with all having unique flavors from their respective cuisines. My highlights were the pork bulgogi and beef bulgogi (both super tender and flavorful) as well as the soon tofu noodles (spicy with the perfect amount of chew) from Hanchon, Korean fried chicken at BBQ Chicken (super crispy and slathered in gangjeong sauce) and rose tteokbokki at Boon By Mukshidonna. As far as the market goes, I always pick up sashimi, kimchi and marinated meats - no grocery haul is complete without these staples in my cart. The fish is always fresh, there's a wide selection of kimchi to choose from and the marinades are perfect for quick meals/BBQ parties at home. Once you check out, there's a fun photo booth where you can pay for photo strips. There's a ton of cute designs to choose from and the camera makes you look picture-ready (very much expected of a photo booth imported from Korea). Finally got the chance to check out their food court and it did not disappoint. There are so many options from Korean to Japanese and features several of the more popular Asian food chains around the Boston area like BBQ chicken, Tous Les Jours, and Gong Cha. We got the honey garlic boneless chicken at BBQ chicken and it didn't disappoint. That breading is so crispy and the sauce is addicting. It's a bit of a wait but so worth it. Note you can't take a shopping cart into the food court so you'll want to eat before you do your shopping. read more

H Mart in Quincy is in a great location with a huge parking lot. The grocery store is super clean and their items are always fresh. I like going to this H Mart over the Cambridge one since the parking situation is much more convenient and it's closer than the Burlington one. Now there's a food court that makes my favorite spots like BBQ Chicken and Oh K-Dog all that closer to grab a bite to eat. They have different food vendors in their food court too, which I like. Their prices can be higher than other Asian markets in the area, but they also have some solid deals. You just need to look around. I've gotten a great deal on some Salmon Filets here before! As a kid, I remember that the only HMart in state was the Burlington one, and it was still the only location for a long time, up until recently. I like H Mart because they offer some organic and premium items to upgrade your home cooking. I saw they had a kbbq bar to get marinated meat to cook at home. They have items in huge containers/bulk, like gochujang, sesame oil, etc. Any east Asian ingredients you could possibly need are here. If you spend $50, then there was a spinning wheel to give you a free item. The bill can rack up here. I'm so happy that H Mart has arrived in Quincy! The location in Cambridge is only comparable to the one in NYC Ktown. Finally, the Quincy location feels like a "real" store. Recently opened in August, the food court and bakery sections are coming soon! For now, it has a pretty decent selection of fresh produce, prepackaged food, seafood, butcher, frozen, snacks, rice, etc. Even so, the store feels crammed! The produce aisles are especially narrow! So, not surprised that during my visit, the CO2 level was around 800 ppm. There are 10+ cashier lines that make checkout a breeze. Wrong ly charged bill and only with one "sorry, she is new" . You know, this can be done better to attract me coming back. I love this H-Mart for their amazing selection of marinated meats and pre-prepared ready to eat meals. They have an amazing selection of fresh seafood, fruits, vegetables, snacks, and sauces. There is plenty of parking and it is conveniently located near a Walmart. I like coming in at the end of the day where they usually discount ready to eat meals that are about to reach their best by date. I recommend downloading their app to get access to the weekly sale paper and to earn points that will eventually get you a discount. The store is clean and organized. The cons of this location are the lack of a food court or bakery (initially there was talk of opening one, but that seems to have stopped and there are no signs of any new construction) and the higher prices compared to other stores. read more

Very unfriendly and incompetent employees. Fresh food isn't always fresh and can make you sick. They put melted ice cream back in the freezer so when you buy it's no good. Bought a 25# bag of rice and brought it home only to find that my house has a trail of rice all over the place.  I examined the bag to find that the bag had a large rip at the bottom and that someone had put clear packing tape over the rip.  I returned it and was just offered to get another bag without any apologies. Took over the old Roche Bros Supermarket so plenty of parking and the lower level of WalMart. It was very busy on Sunday as they just opened 2 weeks ago. Large supermarket with different sections such as meat, seafood, frozen items, fruits, and so much more. They have plenty of workers and many items to try and buy that ranges from Korean cuisine, Japanese, Chinese, American, etc. The line to the registers were very long so get ready to wait as it wrapped inside from the front to the back. read more

There are unique meats, and lots of Korean EVERYTHING! But take notice of whatever kinds of things you like to buy, because this place is not very competitive in prices, and you can get much better deals elsewhere, and in the same town, down the road. My husband was frequently disgusted by the prices. We bought a watermelon and a medium sized paper bag of a few items and it cost almost $40. Watch your money. A visit to this location is like going to a theme park! First we had lunch in the food court - - an experience in itself! We followed up by shopping. Every veggie possible beautifully displayed; an enormous fresh fish counter; an entire wall of prepared food; rows and rows of canned goods and snack foods not to mention frozen dumplings and breads.
