This location is the worst. I wish I could give it a 0 rating. We placed an order to have a fruit bouquet delivered to our mother's house on Mother's Day. It is now 8:53pm on Mother's Day and still no delivery. The website says they are still arranging my order. I called the store but no one answers. I left messages to have someone call me back and no one has. I called their 800 number for assistance and every time I select the option to speak to a representative nothing happens. Tip: online pricing can differ. I had one site open and it was $37.99. Remembered Ebates. Opened the site through Ebates link and now the price was $39.99. Only 1 percent off Ebates, but they did give a $10 off coupon code. Tried it against the $37.99 price and got an invalid message. Tried again through the Ebates link against the $39.99 pricing and the $10 came off. This is a franchise, so pricing is not necessarily the owners' choice. Received this bouquet for my birthday and thought it was a joke upon removing the wrapping to find these dead, gross flowers. Cannot believe they had the nerve to even deliver this mess. I didn't want to tell my children what I had received but knew that they probably had paid way more than what they were worth, which was nothing. The store did give them a credit, even without wanting to see the pictures, probably not the first time they've sent dead flowers. The mini cheesecakes were good but again way overpriced. I ordered from Edible Arrangements for Admin Professionals Day. The fruit bouquets are a little on the pricey side with most options being at least $50, but they are comparable to other gift baskets and flower arrangements. The arrangement was beautiful and the fruit looked so good. A few minor complaints: -The delivery fee was $12 which is pricey. -You can't schedule times or time blocks for delivery. This is a minor inconvenience but we were hoping the arrangement would come before lunch. Overall though I would gladly order from this location again. read more

Mother just got out of the hospital from having a stroke. Wanted to make her birthday extra special so on Wed I ordered an arrangement for Friday. Informed the this location that my parents our handicap and need time to answer the door. By 2pm I called to get an update, was told my mom was next in line. 4 hours later my mom got her delivery, 6 pm. It was pitch dark and the day was ending. In the past month I have ordered from 2 stores in Deleware and 1 in New Jersey. Deleware both times were great. Today was my nephews 18th birthday so I arranged to have a very nice arrangement with 18 dipped bananas added delivered from The Edible Arrangements on Route 33 in Hamilton NJ. What a big mistake a $108.75 mistake. If you are not aware the temperture in that area averaged 87 degrees. I included his mothers number and also mine. Neither one of our phones were contacted. I need someone to explain to me what would have the delivery person leave the arrangement on the front porch in a wrapper? SERIOUSLY?!! Horrible irresponsible stupid decision. The package was discovered at 7:45pm and was as you can imagine a big melted mess. Ive already contacted corporate and i am awaiting their response. I fully expect a full refund. read more

Being it was being delivered ON Valentines Day I thought for sure there was going to be an issue with the delivery but the guy came early in the day and the surprise was a hit. We have had several bad experiences when ordering arrangements from this location but they have always done their best to right their wrongs which I feel speaks volume. Most of our problems have dealt with arrangements not being delivered when they were supposed to be However, despite our bad experiences we continue to order arrangements from them because they are the closest store to our house. I received a bouquet from my daughter on Mother's Day. All of the strawberries were semi-soft and the main centerpiece which was a chocolate-covered pineapple heart was rotten. The ends of the melon were all dried out and curled. I called the store and they promised to call back but never did. Don't waste your money. When I wasn't at home and able to receive the fruit arrangement between 10 am and 4 pm on a Tuesday, the owner became very rude and grilled me with questions - why am I not at home?? Why is my husband not at home?? Why would someone send me an arrangement when I wouldn't be home?? It was bizarre. She then told me she would contact the sender to ask them to pick up the arrangement and deliver it to me themselves. Isn't that what they're paying her to do?? I told her I absolutely did not want her contacting the sender and inconveniencing them in that way. She then told me she wouldn't, but that's exactly what she did. Unbelievable. If you want rude, angry interactions, and the chance that you'll have to deliver the arrangement yourself, feel free to use Edible Arrangements of Hamilton.
