We started with cannolis, then tried breakfast sandwiches with bacon and sausage along with a few other savory breakfast handhelds. Everything was excellent. Before leaving, I had to make one more trip to the counter for an assortment of small pastries, big chocolate chip cookies, and sprinkle cookies. The cookies were a big hit with my wife and toddler. Great food, great variety, and definitely worth a stop. I'll be back next time I'm in New York. Leonetti came by and spoke to us to ask how it was, nice touch! Also the ambiance was inviting, family friendly but still a good place to have a small meeting (great food). I did not try the pasta but wish I had - looked amazing!

It's in a busy shopping center but the parking was fine by the stores location. The shop is adorable. It offers all kinds of gifty things, some sports stuff, things for when the kids go to camp, some stationary and all sorts of chocolate candies and sweets. The customer service is more than expected. The selection of Swedish candy is astounding! So many to choose from. The owner assisted me in choosing the candies and what great choices! I chose some sweet and some sour and he put them in separate bags for me. He offered me a couple of tastings and I was sold! I cannot wait to go back there not only for the candy but for the gift ideas as well.

Their receipt only shows the cost not breakdown of items. It also notes No Returns All Sales Final. For individual candy i could see that. Though they have many other items and I' am surprised to see this. They have egg shaped chocolate lollipops 4 dollars each. To expensive to buy in quantity. A rack near the window of a mishmash of cards are available for sale. I was directed to go to the nearby pharmacy and indeed found cards that I had been looking for. They also have various brickerbrack items as different size containers for sale . ( see pix)

Some flavors I find can be either hit or miss depending what it is. I recently like the Martha Stewart collection they released this week. There was a special deal they were also giving out two chocolate chip cookie thins for free. The thins were perfectly soft and chewy. Just enough saltiness to the sweet. The coconut layer cake had light fluffy layers like a cloud. It was just enough sweetness with layers of light creme and shredded coconut and toasted coconut on top. Service from the employees is usually good. They greet every person who enter the store saying welcome to the store. So always a great customer service experience.

Only because I have been too Dolce Gelateria before and never gave my review. That being said. Yazmine thank you for the inspiration to visit and give a review. Moving along!! Dolce Gelateria provides accessible entry and there is parking in front away front away from the traffic on Franklin Ave. This is a beautiful gelato parlor. The staff are always welcoming, and you are warmly greeted upon entrance. Things I love about Dolce Gelateria* KI love the outdoor seating. I love the suggestive selling, they inform the customers of the various products for sale, regardless if you buy or not. I love the samples they give. I sampled the mango Gelato. D'licious! I love how they give you a cup and you have more than one flavor., I was asked if I wanted to mix the mango gelato, I kept it one flavor. I also love the prices; it is within my budget. So, I guess by now, one can make an accurate assumption that I purchased the mango gelato and enjoy it immensely . I repeat, it was very D'licious. It is now one of my favorite taste. I purchased the tiramisu; its taste was distinctive and prominent. It deserves to be eaten alone so that your taste buds can savor the flavor for maximum appreciation. I also purchased Coffee flavor. I normally do French vanilla with this flavor, but they did not have it. The Tiramisu was in the same cup as the coffee, I would have preferred a solo cup. I ordered the carrot cake and found it very tasty, and a red velvet was comped, also delicious. I tried the lactose free flavor just to taste but that's not me! But still... Inspire more, Yelp more!
