Ordered a last- minute order due to the online sale going on and they had it ready within 30 minutes. Due to me getting there about 10 minutes after I called they actually gave me a chocolate covered strawberry for waiting and offered me a sample of the chocolate covered pineapples while I was leaving. DO NOT USE EDIBLE ARRANGEMENTS IN CARSON, CA! You will receive the absolute worst customer service experience. The lady would not even provide her name (hmmm, wonder why). After asking FOUR TIMES if it was better to place an order or walk in, AND how long it would take to wait if I walked in, I couldn't get a simple answer. She then abruptly told me to not get an attitude after I asked her if she could provide the answer to my question. All the meanwhile, the only person with an attitude was the agent physically representing this store. With no success of receiving information on what I called for, she hung up the phone on me. "Excellent service" I'd placed my order on line to be scheduled on same day and to be delivered at my niece's work place, it's her 21st b'day today. The driver and store manager called to contact me to let me know that the front office had said there was no one there by my niece's name. In any event this was like an urgent situation because my niece was leaving work earlier than usual and "Edible Arrangements" knew and understood the importance. I made a comment online and by the next day I was contacted by Alondra, the store manager, with an offer to replace my gift basket and have it delivered to me at my convenience. If i could i would give this place a ZERO!!! Me and 3 of my co workers placed orders for Valentine's day 2/14/2017 None of us got our deliveries. To make things even worse, all 3 locations we're within 7 miles of the store. The customer service was horrible. Spoke to some incompetent girl around 10am then i couldn't reach anyone till 3:30. I asked her about the status of my order. She GUARANTEED me it would be delivered by 4:30, no later than 5. I just received an email saying the delivery was unsuccessful. You think ? It's 7:30pm. I realize they we're busy, but if you can fulfill orders, than why keep taking them. We should of checked the reviews before placing and order through establishment with low reviews. read more

I placed an order online to be delivered to my sisters job on behalf of my brother in law for Valentine's Day, I have to say this place is horrible I specifically said to please deliver by 11 am and nothing was delivered I tried calling this place all day!!!!! no one answered the phone I drove from DTLA to Carson after work it took me almost 2 hours to get there to see if this place was a scam, I get there and spoke to DeeDee and her answer was I'll give you your order... nooooo way!!! I paid to be delivered!! Horrible attitude raised her voice at me not the best customer service. I received an arrangement from my daughter. I was supposed to be delivered on Saturday 5/3/14. I was not home. I called immediately but found out that Edible arrangements would not be open until Monday, 5/5/14. I called on Monday and was told that the delivery would be any time from about 9am to 5:30pm. I agreed to wait. At that time I told person that I would like a fresh arrangement since two days had past. They said that they would send a fresh arrangement. When I received the arrangement, the color from the fruits had bled onto each other. I ate a few fruits and they seemed to be alright. I placed the remaining fruit in the refrigerator. In less than two days the fruit had become soft and not edible. At that time I noticed that the tag on the fruit said to be delivered Saturday 5/3/14. I called the Carson store and spoke to one of the employees. I asked if I could bring the remaining fruit in and exchange them for fresh fruit. She said that she would have her manager call me that day. I waited and did not get any call. The next day I called the store again and spoke with the manager, Azure. She was very rude and she told me that I should have consumed the fruit within 24 hours. I told her that I was not told, nor did I read anything that said to consume all the fruit before 24 hours. I had to dispose of more than half of the fruits in the arrangement. It made me sick that the well wishes from my daughter could become such an ugly mess. It turned this happy occasion into such a nightmare. I contacted the corporate office and was told that my complaint would be sent back to the Carson store for consideration. They did nothing to resolve this matter. They told me that my complaint would be forwarded to the Carson store for consideration. Can you believe that. The Carson Edible Arrangement is the place that I was having the problem with in the first place. I would not recommend the Carson Edible Arrangement store to anyone. Matter of fact, I would recommend anyone and everyone to avoid this store and the headaches that come with it. read more

If I could give a 0 rating I would for this store. This has been the worst experience from both the customer service at the store and also from the delivery driver. I ordered an arrangement online for my mom's birthday and when the driver arrived at my mom's house, she did not get out of her car to deliver the arrangement. When my mom finally went outside to get her arrangement, she met a driver that was so rude and had a major attitude. When I called the store to speak with the manager, I spoke with a Tatiana, supposedly, and she was of no help. She just made excuses for her driver and did not apologize for the rude behavior of her driver. She also did not want to give me her own name when I asked for it or the name of the owner of that store. She instead hung up on me, twice. This has been the worst customer experience in a long time and I know for a fact I will take my business elsewhere. I asked for the owner seeing as this is a franchise the manager said she'd have the manager call me back but how when she hung up on me and never got my phone number... SUPER BAD SERVICE AND OWNER IS EXTREMLY RUDE TAKE YOUR BUSINESS SOMEWHERE ELSE. We place order on the website as we have done may time before but a other locations we paid for both large baskets around $250 order. One hour before I am to pick up baskets for our customers I get a called from the Edible Arrangements in Carson wanting to discuss my order in person. She goes on and tell me many customer have committed fraud when place larger order like this so she will like to review my billing information. So my reply was I have a receipt and I will be bringing for you to see is our credit card. This was not good enough for her and she told me how many times she had been scam by customers and she will need better proof. My reply was if you don't believed me I can pay you in cash or you car run actual credit card while I am there. but this was not good enough so after listening to her for a few minutes I asked for a manger she replies I am the owner. I was shook to hear this type of behavior from a business owner, At one point I was asked if I wanted to cancel the order to let her know so I DID!!! This was done with a business credit card going from our business to our clients I do this all the time but never at this location.
