Don't do business with this company that is just trying to make a huge profit out of your kindness. I just came from the hospital and was recovering from a month worth of pain and my lovely sister wanted to send me something during this difficult point in my life. Her love means so much to me and I miss her dearly living so far away. I was very disappointed that Balloon and Flower World didn't deliver what they advertised. This is a $130 Gourmet Basket and it was poorly put together with some of the cheapest items you could find. More than 2/3 of the items are from the Albertsons (signature brand product) or the Dollar Tree next door to their shop. Nothing was gourmet about it. TERRIBLE ITEMS for a gourmet basket: They gave me High Fructose Corn Syrup in a honey bear bottle. Expiring Strawberries that smelled funky and were soft. There were 2 jars of Orange Marmalade! and a box of Orange Spice Tea. Basically reject items you will see at the supermarket. A Bag of Stale European Flake cookies and heavily bruised bananas. SEE PHOTOS OF SOME OF THE WORST ITEMS. OKAY ITEMS: 2 small bags of Signature brand chocolate and 1 signature brand chocolate mint cookies. 1 Bag of No brand cookies. 2 red delicious. 2 green Anjou. a Small bunch of grapes. Nothing Organic. A 'small' box of butter cookies. BEST ITEMS: 1 Ghirardelli 70% Dark chocolate bar and the wonderful note from my sister. read more

Mai and Ronald have arranged nothing but thee most beautiful and amazing arrangements for me that made my heart fall in love with my husband all over again. It was only right that when he proposed, we didn't have to search for a florist because this company has already proven themselves to me over the course of 6 years. Mai and Ronald has this gift to amplify your ideas and Pinterest boards and blow it out of the water. My meetings with them were the only meetings among my vendors that made me feel calm, secure, and confident in choosing them. They are reassuring, detail oriented, prompt and cater to your every need. At the wedding, during the viewing of the reception before anyone else...I literally broke down in tears. Tears of such joy and pure happiness of how beautiful my reception was and how every flower detail made the room look gorgeous. Not once did I have to worry about my florist vendor the day of my wedding. They dropped off all the flowers for the church and did set up themselves, brought over all the flowers for my bridal party, and did the set up and take down for the wedding reception. I was traveling from Washington State for a family funeral. I called this place and the lady was rude- I had a request for a banner to be made for next day pick up for a wreath I made- she cut me off and said NO! I didn't mind the NO, I was more annoyed that she had no customer service skills whatsoever! Whoever owns this business should fire her, and if she owns this business she should go take a life skills class! We put our complete trust in her, gave her our wedding colors, and told her what we were looking for. We never bothered her with little details, only quantities, and let her work her magic. The worst customer service! The lady who took my call said I had to place an order for more than $80 to deliver to the local Hospital that is in walking distance! They would charge me 2 delivery fees because they would need 2 delivery personnel to go because of parking which I understand! I was willing to pay but after going on and on and making excuses for 15 minutes! She refused to deliver! It's fine that it's not as easy as delivering to a home but if you offer a service it shouldn't matter! If it does say so right away! This is not hyperbole, as the folks who have received flowers that I've ordered from B&FW have even commented that the arrangements were much better than those from the previous vendors I had used.
