THE WORST EXPERIENCE EVER, do yourself a favor and go somewhere else for your moneys worth and customer service. I paid $65 for the smallest flower arrangement, not at all worth the price I paid. I've been to other flower shops and had a better deal than what I was given. The older man working there called me a "liar" and told me "hurry up he wanted to go home". I was disappointed with the great reviews but definitely won't be back.
I am back again Maggie's Flowers,I needed a funeral spray for a loved one and I went back to Maggie's. I was met by one of the sisters(forgot her name) and she remembered me and I told her what I was looking for and we created it,her sister Maggie helped me complete my vision and gave me some very good input. I was sent a picture of spray prior to them delivering it to the mortuary,as you can see it was simply gorgeous. Thank you Maggie's again for your good work and professionalism,got some many compliments from the family!
They have 5 stars for a reason! What a wonderful flower shop! Ordered 10 centerpieces with just a week's notice and they executed perfectly. Elizabeth was a wonder to work with. My home smelled beautiful with all the flowers the next morning. Thank you!
THEY ARE AMAZING !!! i went in last minute for center pieces & a floor pieces & they did such an amazing job better then i imagined + such a reasonable price with such BEAUTIFUL flowers! my go to flower spot 100% !!! if you want to get your girlfriend a nice big bouquet of flowers THIS is the place !!!
Had one of the best customer service at Maggie's Flowers. I saw the owner's Hello Kitty bouquet on Yelp and had to get one for a friend. The original Hello Kitty birthday plushie I saw was purchased separately from a customer, but the owner kindly sent me all the plushies she had in stock. She also mentioned I can bring my own plushie and she'll happily add it onto the bouquet This is hands down the most beautiful bouquet I've ever seen--I couldn't stop staring at it! And at just $70, it's incredibly reasonable. I also purchased a vase at the store for $5. The service was lovely, and both my friend and I absolutely loved the bouquet! Thank you, Maggie's Flowers! I'll definitely be back.

I loved how my flower crown truned out I received so many compliments and the flowers stayed intact the whole time. The service here was great super nice and welcoming. I will definitely come here again for flowers and bouquets.
Got flowers and it turned out so pretty. Please support them they are so nice and helpful. Support local shops, price is so affordable and will make everything so pretty and beautiful. The prettiest flowers I have given to someone. Instead of going to the grocery stores and buying each individual would cost me so much more and would not know what to include. Support!!
I stopped by to buy some birthday flowers. I purchased a $50 bouquet and I think it came out nicely. Although with full transparency I probably could have found something similar at the supermarket for a cheaper price. I also was able to add a balloon and some butterflies to it to make the bouquet pop out a bit more. It's a family owned store and they are very sweet to work with. The plaza has plenty of parking. The inside of the store is pretty small but they are pretty accommodating to show everything that they have. read more
I was struggling to find a place that would make my culminating 8th grade son a money lei and everywhere was either not able to do it or they charged some obscene amount. I called Maggie's Flower Shop and they were willing to not only make it for me, but they also sent me examples of leis while talking to me on the phone. That was super helpful and I was even able to pay over the phone, making for an easy pickup. read more

Elizabeth is amazing! I ordered a bouquet on postmate during working hours thinking it would be easier. It was not! Some lady picked up the flowers, claimed that she is at some random location, and claimed that she delivered it. I had to resolve the issue with Postmates customer service, which took time away from my meetings! I was furious!!! Here comes Elizabeth! I've reached out to Maggie's florist because I saw that there were a solid 5 stars! Now I know why! She responded quickly! Worked with me every step of the way. Texted me the picture of the flower's arrangement before delivering it and right after delivery!!!!! talk about exceptional customer service!!!!! She is AHhhhhmmazing!!!! Her bouquet is reasonable in terms of pricing and it is GORGEOUS!!!!!! The other florist wanted to charge me $75 for the exact same style!!! HIGHLY RECOMMEND Maggie's florist!!!!! You will not be disappointed!!! I will continue to work with her in future orders!!! read more

I LOVE MAGGIES!!! This hidden gem in Harbor City should not be overlooked. The customer service is awesome! They are very attentive and they go above and beyond to make sure your arrangement is everything you're looking for and want. This is my go to flower shop, hands down. It's important that we support small businesses, they need us to survive. I had a vision and they brought it to life, I was so very happy with my arrangement. Their flowers are always so fresh and vibrant. If you need balloons they also have a good variety to choose from as well. I'm so happy they made it through the pandemic, still thriving and striving!! Next time you're looking for flowers/balloons swing by and support Maggie's!! read more

Came in for a bouquet and enjoyed the great services here. They worked with me and made me a customized bouquet for a great price. Such a hidden gem here. It's family owned and a very friendly, happy place. The story of how the owner named the store after his daughter made me smile! I'm definitely coming back. read more

Friendly & great service! Flower arrangements for my wedding centerpieces looked absolutely gorgeous. They made sure the arrangement was made exactly how I wanted it. Delivered arrangements carefully to my reception and made sure flowers were tightly secured to the vase. read more

I wanted to send flowers to someone, specifically peonies since those are her favorite. Only thing is that peonies are NOT in season. I called all over town trying to find someone who could make this happen, I ended up calling Maggie's back and explained that I lived out of state and wanted to send flowers to someone special and a bit of the background. She was equally as excited to make the surprise happen. I've never experienced this level of service. Over the next 24 hours we communicated and she found the out of season peonies and created one of the most beautiful bouquets I've seen! Definitely my new go to florist! read more

If you haven't ordered flowers from this gem of a spot then you're missing out! Maggie and her dad Jaime are awesome! Today, I realized I forgot to order corsages for my daughter. In a panic I started to call flower shops... some sounded annoyed and others were just a flat out No. Then I remembered this shop I had driven by... gave them a call and Jaime said to come over and choose what I wanted! By the time I got there my order went from 2 corsages to 4! And believe me... I WILL be back to give them more business! The community needs to SUPPORT more Family Owned Businesses! read more

Wanted to get flowers for my grandmother and saw this place so decided to stop by. Owner was really nice and gave me options of what type of flower arrangements I can choose from. Decided to mix it up a bit and he was able to accommodate what I wanted and they turned out gorgeous. Price was great as well! Totally worth it. I'm from Orange County, but needed a local florist for my uncle's funeral services in the area. Out of all vendors I reached out to, Maggie's Flowers was quick to respond, professional and delivered as promised, from time of delivery to quality and end result! If I happen to need services in the area, will be returning to Maggie's Flowers. read more
