I've been coming to this location for most of my life--first for flowers, and now, as a father, for balloons too. The flowers are always beautiful, fresh, and reasonably priced. The owner is warm, friendly, and genuinely helpful. It's the kind of local business you will feel good supporting.

I had the best service by Mariam. I came to pick up my daughter's corsage for prom. My daughter is extremely picky. When I order the carnation corsage I misunderstood the description. Mariam saved the day. She got all the colors available and had me take a picture and send to my daughter to pick out. My daughter chose the purple carnation. Mariam then did what she loves to do and made a beautiful corsage for my daughter. I can't thank you enough for going above and beyond to make my daughter prom special.

Sad to say the flowers I received were partially dead NO WATER in the vase the greenery was cut down the entire stem so the greens did not stay in the container, they fell out when brought them inside the house and set on table. The arrangement didn't even remotely look like the photo. I called the florist and spoke about the issue on a voice mail....left my # twice and no call back...bad business. Spoke with my friend that ordered online and suggested she get her money back. She felt so badly about her gift.... Make your own decisions but I would refrain from ordering online.....

I chose this placed based on good google reviews and proximity of their location to the recipient. Never trusting Google reviews EVER again. I don't live near the recipient and I wanted flowers delivered on her bday. I sprung for the "X-Large" and the bouquet is SUPPOSE to come with an "exclusive" happy birthday banner.... What was ACTUALLY delivered is more like "mid" size compared to their description for their other bouquets and "elusive" happy birthday banner because they didn't give one! No notification or contact that they ran out of the banner or anything. $87 "X-Large" bouquet with happy birthday banner $15 delivery charge $6.94 tax $10 tip $118.93 total If you NEED to get flowers from here then I suggest going in person to just check what you want is what you'll get for that price they're charging. They'll rip you off where they can and consider the service completed. I DO NOT RECOMMEND. read more

Today my son went to this establishment to get flowers. The manager on duty was very disrespectful to the woman helping my son. She is an older woman and asked my son if he knew what arrangement he would like. He told her you probably have a better idea than I do; he appreciated the help. The manager came up to her and said in a disrespectful tone "Next time leave the designing to the designer". My son felt that he is disrespectful and a bully to woman. When the woman was giving him back change the manager again was talking to her in a bully tone. My son told him that there are better ways to correct your employee and not have that tone in front of customers. He was sarcastic to my son trying to explain. Upon leaving the store my son heard the woman stand up for herself; letting him know that was not professional and he should not have embarrassed her. We frequently shop here for flowers; it is not the cheapest but the quality of the flowers are beautiful. This instance is giving us a reason not to return to the flower shop. read more

First off I walked in and was helped right away with a nice knowledgeable lady named Miriam. She helped me buy some carnations and Lillie's. I needed them for a science school project for my son. She was so full of ideas on how to get the flowers to flourish with some solutions I would be using with the flowers. She gave me beyond customer service care, it was more like a helping friend. Caution don't use their website. I ordered in advance was charged, given an order number and receipt. It was for a 2 year wedding anniversary. I just called to find out when the flowers would be delivered, now they don't have the order and couldn't care less. read more

Showed up in person at the location 10 mins prior to opening, both yelp and the front entrance has hours posted that they open at 8:30 am. Waited almost 20 mins and no one opened or answered the phone. Bad business read more

Bad bad bad customer service! Is anyone addressing the bad customer service at this place??? Flower cake arrangement was beautiful when it arrived to my job it was destroyed after I was asked to bring it in. My boyfriend mentioned it was supposed to have orange flowers with pink flowers, a happy birthday nylon balloon and other colorful balloons (he paid extra for the balloons). He called the store and made sure I was getting what he was seeing in the picture and it was confirmed. I know it will not ways be the same as picture, it's always something similar. When they delivered the arrangement no nylon balloon was attached and the base kept tilting to the side bcuz it was not correctly set up. My boyfriend called the store to tell them know no balloon was attached and the cake had no orange flowers. The girl he spoke too asked to bring the arrangement to get it fixed. He did argue it should have been re-delivered due to inconvenience, but I ended showing up to the flower shop. As soon as I walked in they knew I was ready to complain but I only said I'm bringing this back, per my boyfriend something is missing. The front girl got hands on the arrangement but her body language told me she was upset. They noticed the base wasn't sitting correctly and the saw no balloon was attached. The other 2 ladies in the back kept whispering because I came bk for a dam balloon, they made me feel uncomfortable as they kept giggling. Bottom line: My flowers got squeezed when the base was getting fixed and they cut the strings on the balloon making an uglier knot. After everything was "fixed" she wrapped my arrangement very ugly. When I got home my the petals of my flowers where and are falling out. They got mistreated. They don't take in consideration the amount of money spent on the arrangements. read more

According to the map, this is the closest florist that 1-800 flowers partners with who deliver to my boyfriend's mom in zip code 90501. Conroys is owned by 1-800 flowers. They are unethical. They don't send out the flowers that you ordered online. Take a look at my photo. The left one is what I paid $50 for. The right photo is what she got! Look at pile of leaves they delivered?! It looked like they scooped up the floor and sent it out. WTH?! I had to call the corporate headquarters to get my money back. Never again will I use 1-800 flowers if this location is delivering. Unethical florist! read more

The reviews don't lie. My wife received the flowers a day late. I placed the order on Monday for Tuesday delivery and they were delivered on Wednesday. What I ordered online looked full of flowers and what my wife received was not. Won't be making the same mistake twice. If you're looking please go elsewhere. read more

The roses are great and they have great tulips right now. The place is large enough that you can look at ease. They also have a nice website. We especially love the staff. There is not a lot of them but there is plenty and you won't be waiting. Besides you can look at what you want. You can buy ready made arrangements, all fresh, have a bunch made for you or pick out what you want. You will find everything you need there.

She has gone above and beyond in the past to help solve last-minute problems because she understands the business and wedding industry (and customer service!) in a way that many vendors do not! The ability to work as a team with other vendors is a crucial part of being successful in this industry, along with going the extra mile for clients - and Casey does both! I can vouch that she is a knowledgeable florist (she's taught me things I didn't know before). She always works quickly and efficiently on wedding day and makes vendor setup an absolute breeze. She is always on time and goes in and out. I've never had to worry about a messy install, her getting in the way of other vendors, things not being presentable for guests, late arrival, or a delayed pickup time. I was a walk in to get some flowers on my way to visit a family member at the cemetery. The flower selection was horrific, the customer service did not say hello when I walked in the door and They made me feel like I was interrupting them to ask for assistance. I settled for something small off the shelf, the lasting time was probably hours vs days. The price was high! I would not recommend them to anyone. The place is not kept up well. Very dirty, so much dust on old faded displays. Location is excellent but I'll go the distance next time. read more
