My order didn't arrive until after 8pm on mothers day when I ordered 3 days in advance, the website guaranteed its deliveries on mothers day would arrive before 7pm.. It was also my Grandmothers birthday on mothers day so I paid additional money for birthday balloons etc.. my order was around 80 dollars... by the time it got there because it was after 8pm my grandma was already asleep. I reached out to customer service THREE TIMES!!! JUST TO HEAR ANY KIND OK WE WILL TRY TO WORK ON THIS.... literally no one replies, i've got three emails back saying my case is CLOSED without any kind of support reaching back out to me?!! Chocolate cover bananas do not last past 1 day. If you peel the chocolate off you'll notice the bananas are brown unless they weee already brown prior to dipping. I really like the clean packaging. I would definitely try a different location however all locations deserves a chance. read more

I even called the store at 6:16pm and was told you're just waiting for the driver. At 6:55pm, the status was "Arranging Your Order Now" (on #2 PHOTO) and store closes at 7pm that day! We waited until MIDNIGHT since whenever I check the status, it keeps saying "Out for Delivery" with fulfillment date 2/14/23 (#3 PHOTO). 2/15/23 Got 1st call and voicemail @5:07PM from your store for the first time since I ordered (#4 PHOTO).THIS IS PAST MY DELIVERY DATE REQUESTED. Your store's fulfillment date then changed to 2/15/23?!Hmm(#5 PHOTO). 2 day old fruit is NOT ACCEPTABLE, not to mention useless as Valentine's Day surprise present. 2/16/23 Got another call from your store. Had a horrible experience last month for my wife's birthday. When I order from edible arrangements, I order the same exact thing that my wife likes and that is Chocolate Covered Strawberries with Nuts. A lot of times there is a problem with my order and it's the nuts not being on the strawberries. So this time around I ordered the same thing for pick up. When I got it I delivered it to my wife who I was currently having issues with but wanted to cheer her up. She opened the package and it was a variety of fruits covered in chocolate and had no nuts on the few strawberries in it. I called them to let them know about their mistake and a woman named Vanessa told me that we can't do anything about the order of it had been eaten. I told her I didn't, so she says to bring it back and we will replace my order. I said I didn't want drive back there because it was far and didn't want to waste my gas and time for their mistake. So asked if they could deliver it and they said they don't deliver to my location which is a lie because they have delivered a couple of times to my location. So I called corporate and they told me for solitary reasons I cannot return my box and that they would either have to give me a refund or give me another box with the right order and so they called the store to speak with them and they said we can deliver it but it would be a different day, but I needed it that day because it was my wife's birthday. So they didn't and told me I have to pick it up. I called back corporate and just said I wanted a refund instead and the store manager told her workers that I couldn't get a refund if I didn't bring the box back. I told them that I was told by corporate that I couldn't for solitary reasons and they didn't care they wanted it regardless of what corporate said. Long story short I went back and forth with corporate and the store for like 4 days trying to get my refund. Corporate said they couldn't make them give me a refund so I had to either get a new order or take the box back for a refund. I ended up asking to speak to a manager at corporate about the issue and then I get a call back the next day telling me they are going to refund me. I called about 3 times over the two weeks of trying to get my refund and I finally got my refund almost a month later... this was a ridiculous experience and won't going to this location ever again and probably won't order from edible arrangements again... the last issue I had before this order went by smoothly. I got to keep the dozen box of strawberries that had no nuts and they gave me another dozen with nuts for free plus another half dozen chocolate strawberries with nuts for free. But this time they gave me a hard time and were not very generous like before. P.S. I did not enjoy the box with variety of fruits because I wasn't sure if I would be getting the refund if I didn't take the box back. If I could give zero stars, I would. I ordered with this location and paid with Apple Pay. For whatever reason, there was a glitch and my billing address said someone elses' name/email address HOWEVER my debit card was charged (verified by my bank account). They gave me a call before I could call them to make them aware, accused me of fraud, canceled my order, said "you're not allowed to order from here anymore" and hung up the phone in my face without even letting me get a word in. I have tried to call back (back to back) and they didn't answer the phone. I will post photos just to show how many times I called and it seemed like they were ignoring me. They have FINALLY answered after calling from a different line and proceeded to put me on hold. I was on hold for 14 minutes. I explained the situation to the 'manager' who was extremely rude by the way. Explained that the order may be fraud and they had to cancel it and refund it. I said that's fine, i understand how it came off that way but whoever called me (she said she didn't know who I spoke with. I think it was her) didn't let me say a single word to explain the situation. I said that it wasn't fraud and just a mix up with Apple Pay. She let me know that whoever the billing address person was, called and said it was fraud and the only way I could prove it is if I went to the actual location with my ID and Debit Card. I said that it was not a problem to do that BUT NO ONE TOLD ME THAT. No one gave me any options to rectify the situation because THE PERSON HUNG UP IN MY FACE AND DID NOT LET ME SPEAK. I asked to speak to the owner and she (Alonsa) would be in a 2pm. I decided to not call at 2pm because I don't feel like there won't be anyway to 'solve' proper communication. BUYER BEWARE Titi said she had made 8 dipped apples instead of my order for 10 Apple cones. She also pointed out that the mistake was more expensive than my actual order. I visited this Edible Arrangements for the first time today, and I must say my experience was so-so. It was pretty clean. However, upon entering the establishment no one was at the register or up front. I waited patiently for someone for about 2-4 minutes. I knew there were people there, simply because I saw them talking in the back. The young lady who helped me was okay; she could have been more friendlier but it's all good. I asked her a couple of questions and she answered them, but it was almost in an "annoyed hurry and choose" type of tone. Lol. I went ahead and got a cupcake and it was just the grossest thing ever! I spoke to an employee in which she mentioned that all is good on their end and they will make the delivery before 6pm. (It was going to my wife's job and they close at 6pm). After some time, I called to get an update as I seen no movement. DO NOT ASSOCIATE YOURSELF WITH THIS LOCATION. Its April 9, 2019 and I still have NOT received my edible arrangement for Valentine's Day. My boyfriend called multiple times, spoke to a "manager" and 3 other employees about this incident and did NOT refund him back the money. Instead they persisted on it being delivered but couldn't tell us what color our house was. In which the "driver" should have been able to describe since he "delivered" it. Everyone at this location is unprofessional and needs customer service training. I have been a customer before of other EA branch, this time I am the recipient of supposed lovely gift for my son's birthday...ordered by my sister from the Philippines! I am so disappointed by their service. My sister had to contact me re: this expensive order, that was dealt with unacceptable way of customer service. My son's bday was June 6 and the delivery date was supposedly yesterday at 9am as requested by my family. They claimed that they attempted to deliver but no sign that they did, I checked on our Ring doorbell and no activity was detected not even a call to us recipient was made. Maybe this is because we are not home so give them the benefit of the doubt. And today, I called them to follow up and made sure to get the gift that was kinda expensive and I thought that at least it would be nice presentation...but NO...I called them as I said, and asked them nicely if they can come at a specific time because I will not be home otherwise...do you think they came??? No again, and even if I hurried up to get done with my errand...they didn't come until I was 15 mins home already! Such luck right? And when they came the delivery person wasn't even cordial nor apologetic about the delay and all....and guess what, the gift wasn't as beautifully presented with all balloon strings looked like it's been done haphazardly last week! I recently visited to redeem a birthday reward there, and there was such a warm and welcoming environment as soon as I walked through the door, everyone very eager to be helpful! And upon discovering it was my birthday, the entire staff gifted me a personalized birthday brownie, complete with a candle for me to blow out, and then subsequently broke out in the Happy Birthday song; it was such an unexpected and sweet surprise, I have never experienced customer service like that! I should have read the reviews first! I made the mistake of ordering an arrangement from this location to send to a business. The online form stated to put a point of contact - which I did - it was intended for the whole staff in a medical office. (How can you put "staff" as point of contact) On the day of delivery I get a call at 2pm - saying the point of contact went home for the day and my order was not delivered. I called back and said what are my options for delivery? The person said they would deliver today, I explained the office closes at 5pm and I did not want the delivery to get their too late as I wanted the staff to enjoy it and not have a delivery at the time of closing? Guess what? The order was delivered at 4:47pm. Horrible service! You can imagine how the phone call went when I said why didn't they just leave it at the office - the card read to the staff. It was at that point the women on the phone schooled me on the fact that I should have noted it was for the staff? Where on the order does it say that or give me that option? I also ordered from other locations several time with out a glitch. I said I wasn't happy about this and then the women proceeded to explain I should have noted it on the order. I asked where would I put it when you have to designate a person to deliver it to? I also said I am not calling to argue with her , she said to me "then have a nice day and hung up on me?" HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE!! The lady answering the phone is very rude with her stank attitude will not be ordering from this location again. Update (5/26/20): My friends and I were sending a nice surprise gift to our friend who is going through a difficult time. This was supposed to be a nice gesture and comfort her, but it became a big nightmare and hassle. I have never experienced such horrible customer service. Actually, the day I wrote my original review (5/24/20) this location called me about it. The rude lady who was on the phone with tried to act like it was not her, but it was. She was getting defensive about my customer service experience. At 7:56pm that same day, I get an email saying my order was delivered. But it never was. My friend and her partner never got the arrangement and he was on the lookout for it. But of course if was never delivered. Mind you, edible arrangements said they stop delivering at 8pm, and they were closed the next day (5/25/20) so I could not get into contact with anyone until today. How convenient. I called today and talked to someone about my problem and she was nice about it. She then transferred me over to someone else about the delivery and sure enough it was the same rude lady again. She said the delivery driver dropped it off at the house. The "driver" stated that my friend was outside, made eye contact with the driver, set it down and my friend picked it up. That never happened. So the lady on the phone said they would contact my friend, so I texted my friend saying they would call. A couple minutes later, the same lady called me saying they called my friend, and said they asked if it was her, to which my friend "supposedly" said no and hung up. That was not true because I was texting my friend about it and she was waiting for the call. They called again and got into contact with my friend. They asked her to ask her neighbors if they got the arrangement, and asked if my friend had a window next to the door. Of course everyone has a window next to their door, it's the law. They also looked at my friend's house on google maps to see how it looked like and not the actual address number. They said they would redeliver and finally they did. They never called me about the status of the order, but at least my friend finally got her arrangement. I will never be ordering from this location again as they are unprofessional and lack empathy for paying customers. So buyer beware. read more
