My coworker brought us some chocolate covered strawberries and they were so good!! I would definitely recommend

Should be the Delivery date 2/14/23
    Juvy Q.

Order date 2/8/23. Delivery date requested 2/14/23 (#1 PHOTO), with clear DELIVERY INSTRUCTION (#6 PHOTO). 2/14/23- NO call, email or any contact from your store or the driver for delivery. I even called the store at 6:16pm and was told you're just waiting for the driver. At 6:55pm, the status was "Arranging Your Order Now" (on #2 PHOTO) and store closes at 7pm that day! We waited until MIDNIGHT since whenever I check the status, it keeps saying "Out for Delivery" with fulfillment date 2/14/23 (#3 PHOTO). 2/15/23 Got 1st call and voicemail @5:07PM from your store for the first time since I ordered (#4 PHOTO).THIS IS PAST MY DELIVERY DATE REQUESTED. Your store's fulfillment date then changed to 2/15/23?!Hmm(#5 PHOTO). 2 day old fruit is NOT ACCEPTABLE, not to mention useless as Valentine's Day surprise present. 2/16/23 Got another call from your store. At this point, it should be common sense that you did not fulfill my confirmed order for 2/14/23 delivery & that 3 day old fruit delivery is just gross. PLEASE!!! Do better & Do not accept anymore orders beyond what you can deliver and fulfill.

This is how many times I attempted to call after she hung the phone up on me. and this is just my CELL PHONE. I called from my Office also

If I could give zero stars, I would. I ordered with this location and paid with Apple Pay. For whatever reason, there was a glitch and my billing address said someone elses' name/email address HOWEVER my debit card was charged (verified by my bank account). They gave me a call before I could call them to make them aware, accused me of fraud, canceled my order, said "you're not allowed to order from here anymore" and hung up the phone in my face without even letting me get a word in. I have tried to call back (back to back) and they didn't answer the phone. I will post photos just to show how many times I called and it seemed like they were ignoring me. They have FINALLY answered after calling from a different line and proceeded to put me on hold. I was on hold for 14 minutes. I explained the situation to the 'manager' who was extremely rude by the way. Explained that the order may be fraud and they had to cancel it and refund it. I said that's fine, i understand how it came off that way but whoever called me (she said she didn't know who I spoke with. I think it was her) didn't let me say a single word to explain the situation. I said that it wasn't fraud and just a mix up with Apple Pay. She let me know that whoever the billing address person was, called and said it was fraud and the only way I could prove it is if I went to the actual location with my ID and Debit Card. I said that it was not a problem to do that BUT NO ONE TOLD ME THAT. No one gave me any options to rectify the situation because THE PERSON HUNG UP IN MY FACE AND DID NOT LET ME SPEAK. I asked to speak to the owner and she (Alonsa) would be in a 2pm. I decided to not call at 2pm because I don't feel like there won't be anyway to 'solve' proper communication. I don't want anything and will never order from Edible Arrangements again based on this situation.

LEFT What was prepared RIGHT What I actually purchased ACTUAL DELIVERY WAS STILL TOTALLY WRONG

NIGHTMARE EXPERIENCE I should have read the reviews before sending my order here. I called when I was on my way but they waited until I got there to tell me MY ORDER WAS WRONG. BUYER BEWARE Titi said she had made 8 dipped apples instead of my order for 10 Apple cones. She also pointed out that the mistake was more expensive than my actual order. I said I was in a rush so just make the 2 Apple cones and I'll take the 8 dipped apples. AFTER WAITING ADDITIONAL 30 MINUTES out in the blazing sun later I was understandably upset when she insisted that she had taken so long was because she was trying to make me extra product. When my order was eventually delivered there were only 4 dipped Apples and 6 Apple cones ORDER WAS STILL WRONG AND NO EXTRA PRODUCT. When I called the Manager Didi, she also just argued with me and insisted that the mistake was more expensive than what I had actually ordered (but according to the website it's not) ONLY GAVE A PARTIAL REFUND even though I had asked for full refund. THIS BUSINESS TREATS THEIR CLIENTS POORLY

I visited this Edible Arrangements for the first time today, and I must say my experience was so-so. It was pretty clean. However, upon entering the establishment no one was at the register or up front. I waited patiently for someone for about 2-4 minutes. I knew there were people there, simply because I saw them talking in the back. The young lady who helped me was okay; she could have been more friendlier but it's all good. I asked her a couple of questions and she answered them, but it was almost in an "annoyed hurry and choose" type of tone. Lol. I went ahead and got a cupcake and it was just the grossest thing ever! It was hard and tasted just like freezer... as if it was in there for days. I tried to thaw it out a bit, but it was still so nasty. Yuck! I will come back, but maybe just for the actual fruit.

I ordered online two weeks in advance. I then decided to read the reviews two days before the delivery date and got concerned that my order would be forgotten having ordered so early. The day the order was made for came and I was checking my order status every thirty minutes. The status was updated every few hours until the delivery was made. The arrangement was exactly as expected and the recipient loved it! I am so thrilled with my first, and definitely not last, experience with this company.

All the strawberries looked like this... delivered late and couldn't even get them dipped correctly nor drizzled right.

The front space looks more like an arts and crafts setup than a typical chocolate spot (sorry Naomi if you're reading this), but the tasting experience completely changed my impression. Naomi, who led the tasting, is also involved in making the chocolate, which made a big difference. She walked us through their collaborations over the years and the inspiration behind different flavors. It's not a set tasting menu. It's more go with the flow, which made it feel personal and relaxed. She's clearly passionate about what she does and very open to ideas. You can even reach out ahead of time to design your own experience. We ended up tasting over ten flavors that day because she was generous with samples. I left feeling like I probably don't need chocolate again for a while, but still walked out with a stack of bars to share with friends and family. There's something really special about how they connect you to the process. Seeing raw cocoa beans and learning more about how everything is made gave me a bit more appreciative. I also tried cacao nibs, which are gaining popularity, but I'll admit I still prefer chocolate with some sweetness. One standout was a bar sweetened with maple sugar. If had similar but it's also completely different. So many interesting flavors and ideas here. Definitely a unique and memorable experience. More reason for you to check it out.

Marsatta is a small business and you can tell they care about their product. I did quite a bit of research before I purchased a Groupon for a Bean to Bar tasting for my chocolate loving husband. We were scheduled for a tasting on a Saturday. About 10-15 minutes before our scheduled time, Naomi called us to tell us that the experience would be delayed for 15 minutes. We were in the Old Torrance parking lot, and this was fine with us since our lunch plans were over an hour later. However Sean called us minutes later to let us know there would be a more significant delay, so we decided to head home. The new proposed time conflicted with our lunch plans so we asked to reschedule to the next day. Then, to our surprise Naomi called again to say she was nearby. We were so confused and almost home, so we let Naomi know that we arranged to come the next day with Sean. There seemed to be a miscommunication between them. Fortunately we live semi close to Old Torrance, otherwise it would have been very inconvenient to drive back and forth. The next day, our tasting ended up having 9 people in a cramped space and was over an hour (rather than the advertised 30 minutes). It was interesting to learn about the process but we were interrupted a few times by a couple customers. We got pieces of chocolate at differing % levels and bon bons at the end. Because the experience lasted much longer than we anticipated, we had to leave more abruptly for a scheduled order pick up. I saw that in people were offered 1-2 full bars in previous years. I don't believe the more recent tastings offered any full bars. Needless to say, the chocolate is quite delicious and could be worth purchasing if you want to support a small business. I don't think the experience is necessarily worth it unless there are some changes in the organization of the business.
