Extremely disappointed! My husband placed an order last week for chocolate covered strawberries, cheesecake, and a teddy bear to be delivered yesterday. He wanted it to be a surprise, since he's out of town for work, and will be the first time we didn't spend Valentine's together in 11 years.. and especially since it's our lil ones 1st Valentine's! I went all day thinking he forgot about me this year, but he finally told me in the early evening that his delivery was supposed to arrive. Around 6:45pm, a call was made to the store and they said that it was out for delivery. I stayed up late but still no delivery around 11:30pm, and then same thing when I woke up. Very disappointing!!! My husband saw his update that it was out for delivery today so he called to see what was going on. They said they would call him back because their "system was down". When they called him back, they said they wouldn't cancel the delivery and refund him. We've both ordered from edible arrangements for many holidays/events for well over 15 years. We're contemplating never ordering from the company again and looking into who we'll be using next. Of all the Valentine's days, this one was most important for a variety of reasons. On Saturday afternoon, I ordered an arrangement to be picked up. They asked me the time for pick up and I told them at about 3 pm. She said OK. At 3:04 I showed up at the door and they were closed!!! They failed to tell me that a 3 pm pick up was not doable bc they close at 3! Who the heck schedules a pick up time at the same time that you all leave!!!! Really not smart at all! When I called to complain, the assistant manager confirmed that the door automatically closes at 3 pm and they leave. She would not take any responsibility and told me that I should have paid attention to their store hours that are posted. I told her that I ordered over the phone and would have never seen the posted hours of operation. Why in the world would anyone allow for a pick up at the time that they close! In the end, its my fault for ordering from a place that has so few stars and poor ratings yelp.. seems like this place is a disaster! I will go across the street to Ralphs next time to get flowers or something similar. Im a pretty reasonable person, all the manager needed to do from the get go is take responsibility and come up with a solution, rather she became defensive, coming up with reasons why I was wrong and directed me to corporate. This basket I got for some of the best church Aunties ever. I loved the arrangement of the basket. It was super easy to order on line a pick up the next day. I only have one tiny complaint. The girl gave me and my daughters a sample of chocolate covered strawberries and they were old. The green around the strawberry was brown. She said she was throwing them out that day any way.. No no. If you offer customers free samples please give fresh one. But overall I am happy with my basket. read more

I ordered a arrangement made up of almost all pineapple shaped daisies and added some extra dipped fruit to it. These items are pricey and a certain amount of quality is expected when you order. It's just extremely frustrating to know that people who cut the fruit and whoever made item just didn't care. The majority of fruit was very unevenly cut, and several end pieces of pineapple. The melon balls where so small the sticks poked thru. I don't expect it to be perfect but for $80, come on at least not have half the basket looking sad. I used to work at an edible arrangements and I know this was just not carefully made. You have slicers for even cuts! It was a holiday so I know it's very difficult and hard work on these days. Store owners need to really take pride in quality work so customers who spend their hard earned money can get what they paid for. I have ordered from other stores and I will not order here again. Order was not delivered, I called several time to work with the vendor for a new delivery location giving the vendor the benefit of the doubt. Oh my GOD!!! I'm about to graduate and was thinking about getting my medic instructor an edible bouquet as a thank you. This store is AMAZING!!!!! They all are super nice, tried to accommodate and meet my needs right off the bat! Maggie was awesome and very attentive! Best thing was, I needed it for 9am at school and Maggie offered right away to talk to the manager and see if I could pick it up at 8:30am already so I could be at school on time and the manager said of course!!! It made me so so happy!! Meggie helped me to find the best bouquet, helped me with my little "thank you" note, and was very patient when I took my time to think about what I wanted to write on the card!! :) Also she brought to my attention that I could save $5 by just signing up for their email news... HORRIBLE HORRIBLE HORRIBLE experience!!!! First of all my arrangement was a day late on delivery, Second it was sent to the wrong location. My arrangement was to be sent to an elementary school and instead the driver (who claimed to be the owner and manager) arrived at the preschool, which was incorrect!! The preschool director informed the driver (Adure Woods) that she was at the preschool, which had been the wrong location and that the school was down the street. The driver stated that she had a large truck and wasn't able to take it down there, the driver then left my arrangement at the incorrect location. I called Edible Arrangements the next day asking to speak with someone who could assist me with an issue, the woman on the phone (Adure Woods) said she was able to assist me. She claimed to be the owner, manager, and driver. Adure informed me that she couldn't deliver the arrangement to the correct location because her truck was too big to fit through a business driveway. I then asked her why she didn't call the school, she responded with, "i did.... no one answered". Which was NOT true, the school is a business, they have more than one line for incoming calls. Adure then informed me that she had been robbed before in the area of the school, so she didn't feel "comfortable" parking her truck on the street to go inside the correct delivery location. Overall it was EXTREMELY unprofessional for the delivery person to leave the arrangement at the wrong location, expecting someone else to do the job that they were paid for!!! First time purchasing an arrangement for a very special occasion. I did not know what to look for and felt completely lost. Immediately I was greeted by Dee Dee who was giving the ice cream machine a top of line cleaning. Dee Dee could not have been nicer. The entire process from beginning to end could not have gone any smoother. My arrangement was delivered on time and it was outstanding. I made an order online and the because my address had just changed, the billing for my credit card was different so someone called for the location and was very rude after having to send a photo copy of my ID that they said they never got, I decided to cancel my order the woman I was talking to hung up on me, I called back to see what was wrong and the woman said the money will be returned my card in 3 to 5 days and hung up on my again. I placed an order for Valentine's Day to deliver to my fiancé job. They called me to ask what time I want them to deliver it. I said 8am-12pm. I've call about 25 times but no answer until finally someone did. I asked if I can get a status on my order for a delivery, they responded with an attitude "by 7pm ". I told them it's delivering to a business and again responded with an attitude "then before 5pm". My fiancé is out of work and my order hasn't been delivered. This location is awesome I went in this morning and was helped by DeDe the manager and she was really good with going the extra mile to make sure I got what I wanted. I decided to do something different for my mom's birthday, so I surprised her with a flower bouquet, it was really beautiful & she loved it. Though it was a bit pricey but totally worth it! Since it was a last minute thing I was going to order it online on a Sunday night but I don't trust online things so I personally went to the store on a Monday (which was the same day on my mom's bday) morning around 10ish & ordered the bouquet. The lady who toke my order was friendly (her name was Azure) & as soon as the payment was done she told me it was a 30 minute wait which I was okay with but I had to go to classs she told me it was fine & that I can pick up in the afternoon, so I did. Poor customer service and extremely R U D E !!!! I placed an order online for a special Mother's Day surprise. Online options provide an area for delivery times and I gave a wide range of options to be sure the delivery was not missed. Well the "supposedly" owner/manager Azure rudely called me to say they do not guarantee delivery times during holidays. They deliver from 8:30am-9pm. On my original order I gave the option to deliver after 4pm and that was not good enough for her. She begin to talk over me as I asked questions so in my frustration I disconnected the line. Moments later I received an email that my order was cancelled per my request. I did NOT cancel but no problem, I'll just place the order with another shop nearby. How extremely rude of her to cancel my order. Guess she doesn't need the business. I will NEVER do business at this location again and will encourage my friends and family to do the same. Many of which live in CARSON and in the building where your business is housed at 531 E. Carson St, Carson CA 90745. There are too many other choices available in and around the area. I recommend we as consumers send this rude business owner a message and NOT patronize her franchise any longer. She does not value our dollar. read more

Called to place an order for delivery, I had a free delivery service code to use for this order. I was ordering 2 differerent items going to the same place for one order. While processing the order the guy stated the code did not work for that order & he would need to charge my card 2 different times because the items were no the same. So I was gonna be charged 1 delivery fee for one box & the other box would be free delivery. I told him I did not want my card to be charged twice, but insisted that's what needed to be done. I told him to cancel the order & I would order somewhere else. He said ok the order has been canceled. I receive a phone call back from someone else at the location & she said that she could process the order, because he didn't know how. I told her ok, & she said she would need to charge my card the difference. I told her I did not want my card charged twice & to do it on the same order. She said she couldn't cause he never canceled my order. Anyways, I processed the order anyway, & will be calling to speak to a manager when she is in. They like to talk over you with attitude.
