Best patio in STL! The blueberry lavender limoncello spritz was the perfect patio drink to wind down the evening. Really cannot miss with anything on this menu!
My sister and I came here for an early dinner, and we got to sit in the patio! It was a beautiful space - but we were tucked away in the back next to the parking lot. It was a bit strange considering the dinner rush wasn't going to be starting soon. Our waiter though was fantastic, and played along with our vibes. The ceasar salad was DIVINE. The Capicola pizza I ordered was delicious! It was summer on a plate - bright flavors from the fennel, and a nice salty touch from the green olives. I would absolutely come back here again for that pizza. We also ordered dessert and their gelato is a BIG 3 scoops so be ready for that. The inside was also beautiful, and I'd love to take my husband here to get a good city feel. The staff was so nice as well! Parking is available at the garage next door for $20 or there is street parking as well.
I've always heard great things about this pace but I wasn't impressed. First when I arrived they couldn't find our reservation which ended up not being a big deal since there was no wait and promptly seated us. However it took almost ten minutes to be greeted by our server. When he brought our bottle of wine I added a salad which never came and wasn't on bill so another forgotten item. Ambiance was nice outside so I'll give them that.
Amazing experience. Heard raving reviews about this fancy Italian eatery and I was not disappointed. We had a lovely experience. Ordered Margherita Pizza with Brussel sprouts and it was super good ! Both the dishes were fabulous. My friend ordered stuffed carrots and surprisingly enough, they were awesome !!!. We finished with amaretto pie and what a blissful taste. The place has such nice ambience with excellent service. For sure, coming back.
Edera recently opened their summer season with Aperol and Aphrodisiacs! The courtyard is stunning & ready for a date night or a girls night on the town. This is for my Aperol lovers! Spritz and Slushies are available with a full dinner menu! Dress up & head to Edera for a night out!
I was super pleased with our visit to Edera recently. It was very busy so would recommend reservations! Staff was attentive and came to get our plates when finished (some may have moved fast and spilled some of the food on the table without wiping, but not a big deal) and refilled our water repeatedly. We ordered a variety of food, at least one item from each section. We enjoyed our meal and had nothing bad to say! Worth the visit!
We decided to check out Edera on a Friday night. We were looking for a heated patio but Edera changes their patio to heated chalets in the winter that you have to pay to reserve. We decided to just reserve for inside instead. The inside is dark and moody which makes for a great date spot. Our server was attentive and kind. They started us off with bread and drinks. The bread has a nice cheese crust on it and the butter is a little sweet. We also ordered the tomato and burrata. For mains I ordered the orecchiette and my partner got the pappardelle bolognese. Both were delicious and perfect portion sizes. The pesto on the orecchiette was so flavorful and salted just right. We will definitely be back to check out the patio once it's warm out.

I love the vibe inside the restaurant -- I would describe it as classy and modern. The service was top-tier. Our waitress was kind, and a floater was quick to help us with a spilled drink. As far as the food, we left happy. The star of the show for me was the orecchiette, with basal pesto and topped with pistachio. The pesto was some of the best I've had in St. Louis, and the pistachios added a salty crunch. I added chicken to my dish which I was a bit hesitant because it cost $10. However, the portion was quite large. We also shared the pepperoni pizza and tomato and burrata. Both I would say worst standard. The crust did taste very fresh, but there was an overwhelming amount. I love burrata but the dish overall lacked flavor and wow factor. I left Edera full and happy. I definitely want to go back to try other menu items!
Edera is such a beautiful spot with a great atmosphere. The space is really pretty, and the staff has always been welcoming and friendly whenever I visit. It's definitely a nice place for a relaxed meal or night out. Some of the dishes were a bit hit or miss for me. The pasta I ordered was on the salty side, and the salmon leaned a little salty as well. The margherita pizza was on the smaller side, but still shareable. The Brussels sprouts were really good and definitely a standout. Overall, I think Edera is worth visiting for the atmosphere and service.
Great environment in the heart of central west end, love the lights and the garden setup. The drinks were great, also loved the kale salad it's very vinegary but I loved it. The pasta was little too salty for us but maybe we will try pizza next time, good for a date spot or friend group hangout. Our server was very helpful and friendly and parking is ok if you look hard enough, everything is close so you can take a little walk around the area.
First time here for happy hour on a date. We sat at the bar and the bartender was friendly and personable. The inside is spacious and clean, I love the design and layout, and they have an outdoor patio that looked really popular with a nice vibe. We ordered a few cocktails and the sparkling moscato, which was so good. We got the brussels sprout appetizer and the sauce on it is a game changer. The burrata and bread was also delicious and creamy. The margherita pizza was okay, pretty basic, a little burnt on the bottom, but we were hungry so it did the job. We did run into a billing issue though. When the check came, every item was priced wrong, listed under "happy hour" but that didn't match the actual menu prices. We flagged it for the manager, who fixed it, but then a few dishes got missed in the correction and we had to go back and forth three or four times. The whole process took about 20 minutes. Thankfully we went right before the dinner rush so it wasn't too painful, but lesson learned, triple check your receipt here. After everything got sorted we ended up saving about 20 to 30 dollars. I'd still come back for dinner and to try more of their dishes and cocktails. Recommend.
The ambiance , the aesthetic, 5/5 The food 3/5 The cocktails 4/5 Table appetizer was delicious. However, I think I personally ordered the wrong entree for my palate. So I will def give this place another chance. Providing 3 stars with hopes of enjoying something better next time.
Forever obsessed with Edera and their outdoor patio. I truly don't think there is a patio that gives the same vibe as they do in stl. It's a piece of heaven in the middle of the city. I made a reservation because I just do that anytime I can. I always recommend doing it, you never know when a crowd can pop up. We were seated in the walls of flowers and leaves, it's nicely shaded and so comfortable. I ordered an NA spritz type mocktail which was lovely. We started with the chopped salad. It was full of goodies but still light and reaching. Vinaigrette wasn't heavy and added a nice flavor. For my meal I ordered the pappardelle bolognese and it was wildly good. I love a good pasta and the ribbons were wide and easy to put on your fork. The pork and rosemary were nice additions to the flavor! Always will recommend Edera!

We visited the week before the Fourth of July and had a fantastic experience. The restaurant has an upscale yet cozy atmosphere that's perfect for date nights, celebrations, or even a casual dinner. The service was excellent! Attentive, friendly, and quick to help with drinks, answer questions about the menu, and explain the specials. The food is what really stood out to me. The Margherita pizza is the closest I've found here to the incredible pizza my wife and I enjoyed in Rome. Their pasta is also made fresh in-house, and I highly recommend giving it a try. Overall, it was a great dining experience, and we can't wait to come back! read more

What a treat. Went in for a birthday dinner. The waiter- JD- was amazing. He started off asking about allergies so we could make sure everyone/everything was good. We ordered the burrata n peaches, caesar salad & the torchetti. The burrata & peaches was creamy & delicious. The caesar salad was tasty. I liked the pickled onions. The waiter split the dishes between me & my boyfriend as we were sharing everything. I was not a fan of the torchetti. My boyfriend & another member of the party adored it. I thought it taste like chicken & dumplings. Not what i was expecting or hoping for. Waiter brought out free dessert for bdays. A lady finger crust almond & orange meringue I dont remember what it was called but it was melt in your mouth good! Service was amazing. Food was delicious. Drinks were tasty & strong. Atmosphere of restaurant was nice. Fairly large space, quiet enough to have conversations wo talking over others. Only complaint is parking on a weekend is difficult. read more

Such a cute date night, girls night out, work dinner, etc. vibe place in central west end. Parking is all street parking and they don't validate, but I think it's free after 7pm. They take reservations which is nice. The menu is the perfect size - not too overwhelming yet still plenty of choices. I fell in love with the carrots. They were so delicious, I was obsessed. The stuffed pasta sauce was good but I didn't love the pasta itself, didn't seem fully cooked. The margherita pizza was good, but just your standard wood fired pizza in my humble opinion. Next time I'd get more veggie options and a different pasta or pizza. read more
So glad I stumbled upon Edera while in town for work. 10/10 food, service and was happy to hear anything on the menu could be make vegetarian with the exception of 2 items (pomodoro and shrimp dish) where meat was already cooked into the sauce. The burlesque spritz mocktail was nice and refreshing. The kale salad is the best kale salad I have ever had. The dressing was superb and the crunchy sweet potato strips made this dish so delicious. Also enjoyed the pesto orecchiette which they made with a vegetarian broth for me instead of chicken stock. The wait staff were extremely attentive and had a great flow for communication among each other without being distracting. The place is beautiful and the courtyard is very serene , will have to sit out there when it is a little cooler. The food and ambiance are upscale with generous portions very shareable for a reasonable price! Highly recommend! read more
Exceeded every expectation. My friend selected Edera for our girls night out and I am thrilled she did! First, my espresso martini was exceptional. I am very picky when it comes to EM's and it was delectable. The Burrata was savory and a perfect start to the meal. We shared a pizza and were not disappointed. Portions were perfect for sharing and I'm glad we did or we surely would have had over eaten for lack of being able to stop ourselves! Service was prompt, respectful, and elevated. Absolutely would recommend for a girls night out, date night, or just because. read more

Awesome spot with cool outdoor igloos in the winter! We stopped in for dinner and tried the lasagne and bolognese as well as a pepperoni pizza. Lasagna was the best of the 3! Portion sizes were decent. Service was great; food came out super quickly and I love the ambiance here. We will definitely be back to try out the igloos and other menu items! read more

I honestly hate leaving reviews like this.. But this place is nothing to rave about. I tried to give it another go but it's just okay. To start, we had 3 different servers come up to our table at different times so it was a bit confusing. For apps we tried the arancini, Brussels, and the polenta. All were just okay and I'm not usually picky. I had the halibut for my entree and it was good. I asked for lemon to add a bit more flavor to it. My friend said her pepperoni pizza just needed more time to cook as it was a bit soggy. I brought my boyfriend home the chicken ricotta pizza and he said it was missing something... we pulled out red chili flakes, hot honey, franks red hot, and ranch and still it just need a little more oomf. Overall, food is just a bit bland. It needs more depth. Lastly, service was just not the best. Best part about this place is the patio! read more
Probably top 3 patios around! This place is such a vibe! The inside and outside are so lovely! The food is also so delicious. Their smoked caesar salad is insanely good and the pizzas are always delicious! In my opinion, the portions are a little small for the price (outside of the pizzas) but the ambiance and service make up for it! The service is always so quick and the staff is so kind. Ready to give recommendations and have always had a great experience. Parking can be a little tricky if the area is busy but nothing too wild. read more
Got a reservation as would be dining on a Saturday night. There are two parking garages near. Wear the heels ;-) We ordered drinks (Oaxaca holiday pictures below. A very gentle mezcal and gin...so my vibe) and apps. It's hard to fully articulate how perfect the gnocci is. It's smoky, the cheese pull is as long as my arm....run do not walk as fast as the heels will let you We (went with a bestie) were happily yapping and our server came back to apologize for the length of time that entrees were taking and that he'd comp them. Def above and beyond in my opinion. We'd not noticed and did not care. read more
four words: go for the chalets. literally the most perfect date night ever. so private and beautiful. even though we were outside of the restaurant we still received the best service. our waiter checked on us often. i would recommend booking the 5 pm time slot because you get 2 hours and that's when the restaurant typically opens so the food comes out FAST. definitely not picky eater friendly BUT the staff was super accommodating when i asked for buttered noodles. we got the amaretto pie for dessert and it was absolutely to die for. also edera may just be home to the best espresso martini i've ever had read more
Right when you come in, the place immediately has an upscale, romantic vibe. We were seated in a comfy, cozy booth with plenty of room - an immediate plus with yours truly. Our waiter, Alex stopped by shortly after to introduce himself. I told him my husband was still looking for a parking spot and he left me alone until he got in. I appreciate that. I'm sure others would prefer to order a drink but I don't like to have the waiter come back numerous times for one drink order at a time. Just my preference. Anyway, when he found out it was our first time, he quickly explained some of the menu items to us and which were people's favorites. Then he told us the specials for the evening. After our drinks were ordered and brought to the table (I had a pinot noir and my husband had a cocktail that had some torched marshmallow), we placed an order of the aracini. There were 4 in a serving over roasted, garlic honey aioli and covered with freshly grated pecorino. Very delicious but also a little filling. I was hungry but I didn't want to fill up on our starters so I left one to take home while my husband devoured two. I ordered the fish special served with layered potatoes, and other delicious things I could not remember. My husband had the Capicola pizza. I really wanted to try it as it did look wonderful and delicious but simply did not have room for it without sacrificing room for dessert. My fish was excellent and as our waiter promised, came out tender and flaky, not at all dry. I ended up taking some leftover home which heated up really well for lunch the next day. Of course, I couldn't skip dessert. They had so many tempting options including a dark chocolate tart that he stated was a special for the new year but I went with the espresso panna cotta topped with some meringue crumble. So good and the coffee flavor is dominant which is what I was hoping for in an espresso dessert. Service was great, overall. Our waiter came by to check on us but not so frequently that it was annoying or distracting while we dined. Everyone was friendly and professional. I have no complaints. I'm glad my husband chose to take me here for our first Friday night dinner in 2025. It was a fabulous place with delicious food, and top-notch service. A great start to the year, for sure! read more

We decided to return to Edera's to celebrate our wedding anniversary. We love this place and the food is always over the top delicious. This time I ordered the Salmon and Brussels. The Salmon was cooked exceptionally well and served over garbanzo beans and other scrumptiousness. Brussel Sprouts were broiled with a nut topping. More food than I could eat and took 1/2 home. My husband enjoyed the pepperoni pizza and ordered a side of asparagus (see pic). Also all good. Service was wonderful. The restaurant is a little loud, however, we could still hear our conversation. Patio was not opened. One day I am going to dine out there! read more
This is our second time at Edera and it looks like I never furnished my first review. Not sure why. I remembered it being good, but didn't remember specifics. The back patio is breathtaking! We took a lot of photos there. I do remember ordering the Orecchiette pasta and it was good. My fiance also ordered the filet mignon and really enjoyed it. We also had the burratta which was nice. This most recent trip was on NYE in one of the outdoor chalets. It was such a cute set up! Service was alright- not good or bad, just not super attentive being outside. But, the food arrived quickly. The kale salad was hands down one of the best salads I've ever had and most definitely the best kale salad I've ever had. I have been craving it ever since. I also ordered the special which was macadamia nut chicken. It was so thin and crispy with a very delicious and fresh arugula salad on top with olives. My fiancé got the lasagna and while the noodles were a bit too al dente, the flavor was incredible! Our friend got the braised short rib and said it was amazing. It was a really great meal and I am looking to coming back again when it's patio weather! Really hoping they stillhave a kale salad on the menu! read more
First plus for me was the restaurant has a nice, bright and airy feeling. Glass front windows provided lots of natural sunlight. I've never been a fan of dining in a dimly lit room. Nicely decorated. The food was outstanding! Presentation was on point and everything was exactly as described. Drinks were good. Our server was attentive. The kitchen was a little backed up and she apologized for the longer than normal wait. Manager took care of us. Father's Day was a hit! read more
Edera had an outdoor space we want to sit in. We live in the City and eat out frequently but we don't come to the CWE. So we will return. Overall the food was good. No complaints on taste but my boyfriend added shrimp to his pasta and got 3 shrimp for $16. It's a bit ridiculous. Again everything we had was delicious and I want to try the pasta next time. Fabulous atmosphere and ambience. I would recommend. read more

Can I make a reservation for an outside table only?
You can't make a reservation for outside only however, when outside seating is available they prioritize reservations over walk ins! So when you check in they will ask if you want inside or outside seating!
Any gluten-free options?
yes they have gluten free pizza crusts and lots of veggie sides options for sure
Do you need a reservation?
You don't need a reservation but I think it is recommended especially on busier nights! We went on a Thursday night and it wasn't busy so we probably didn't need a reservation. However, reservations can be made online and we were able to change ours…
