    Horrible service and moving experience. I am a military brat, served in the military with over 40 years of moving and never had a moving experience as bad as this. Charged double then what was quoted. Disassembled and did not reassemble, scratched floors, broke items, and workers do not support company. Matter of fact several are willing to testify for our lawyer. Both wife and I are disabled veterans and feel we were totally taken advantage of.

    I wish they had a rating for horrible. I moved from Kansas City, MO to Denver, CO. The movers showed up at 2pm and worked until 11:30pm for the loading and unloading. Items they packed (pictures) were broken when I unpacked them. Furniture arrived broken with pieces lost. two of the helpers just sat around on their phones. When they reassemble furniture, they didn't put together the items correctly so I had to reassemble it myself (with a broken hand). They broke lights when moving my furniture in. And the worst part is the insurance they provided only covers $0.60/lb. This hardly makes up for damage furniture from the 1800's. Electronics were broken (again items they packed). They didn't have the appropriate tools. I was also quoted boxes and told what I didn't use, I wouldn't be charged for, then the movers said that wasn't true, they had to charge me for everything on their list. Everyone was very nice, but so not worth the trouble of the claims process Do NOT Use!!! Unless, you want to loose a LOT of money

    My move isn't even complete and I already would not recommend Eden's. The sales rep was very friendly and helpful and we booked my 3 day window for packing and moving. I was told I would have 24 hour notice of the movers arriving. When my window was approaching I called to see if they had any updates and they did not. I received a call from my driver, Shawn around noon saying he would be there either "tomorrow or the next day". I said I needed to know which one because I had appointments I would need to cancel. He said he would let me know by the end of the day. When 8pm rolled around I figured I would have heard and assumed he wasn't arriving the next day, which was good because it was too late to cancel appointments and prepare for them to come. I received a text message at ELEVEN PM to let me know that he would let me know the following morning if he would be there tomorrow or not which is completely unacceptable. I told him it was too late notice for me at the point and we would need to plan for Friday. I received a very rude text message in response that I was notified in advance (I wasn't) and that I "should have been prepared". My husband even tried to call to talk to him and he was completely rude and did not understand why we were unavailable. When I called customer service first thing in the morning there was no apology but a promise that she would figure it out and get back to me. Two and a half hours later I had to call them back to follow up and was told they would "shoot for" arriving Saturday, which is, granted, still inside my window, but I was still made to feel like it was my fault for not being available when asked and they had to rearrange schedules. Now I will have this rude person at my home and taking care of my things which is very disconcerting. I can only hope everything makes it in one piece and I don't have any additional issues. Let this be a lesson: they may be cheap, but you get what you pay for.

    DO NOT USE THIS MOVING SERVICE! I am hoping this review saves someone else from having to deal with the same stress and chaos they caused for me. I will start by saying, however, that the initial pick-up service from my location in Denver was great. They were quick, professional, and personable, but unfortunately, the poor service on the drop off absolutely outweighed the overall service leaving a very poor and frustrated taste in my mouth. If you don't read this entire review, perhaps just view the images below for pictures of my items upon arrival, having been originally picked up in excellent condition. First and foremost, from a customer service standpoint, I had called nearly everyday when they gave me a range of when they would deliver the drop-off, and they continued to remind me that the driver would call the day before their arrival. This was crucial for me because I knew I would be unavailable and out of town one of the days they said they could potentially arrive, and I would have needed to make prior arrangements if it were the case. Sure enough, though, the driver never called the day before (no missed calls, no voicemails, no text messages, no emails, nothing) and rather called on that one day I was out of town when they were 10 minutes away and lost. Their service was incredibly unprofessional and included a threat to drive everything back to Denver from California if we didn't figure out how to get to them to the designated destination because they were lost. I was busy working while this was all happening and trying to coordinate things over the phone while out of town. Thank goodness I have amazing family who were able to leave their own work for me in order to deal with this fiasco. IT WAS A MESS. When we finally got the driver on the right track again, he refused to drive down a road with a weight limit sign on it. I will take responsibility for that being the case, as I was unaware of this sign, but not for how rude and unprofessional they were toward us and the situation. The options at this point that they gave us were to drop off at another location or pay several hundred dollars for a shuttle service to go less than a mile up the road to the destination (mind you, trucks drive on this road all the time, but whatever...that's their policy, and as frustrating as that is, we complied) and went with the option of having them drop it off at a nearby open parking lot where my family would take trips loading their pick up truck back and forth to and from the home which was about a mile and a half from the drop off destination. The truck driver refused to go to this location and said he preferred another parking lot that was over 25 minutes away from the destination! Why??? I have noooo idea! Probably just to make our lives more miserable at this point, I really don't know as it made no sense at all. All of this was happening while I was on and off the phone with the manager, Gary, back in Denver while I was trying to work and really not available to be dealing with all of this. I don't get angry often, but I was literally shaking with frustration, more than anything, for the way we were being treated, which was incredibly rude and unaccommodating. I have patience for mistakes and patience for change in plans, but NOT for rude, poor customer service. After several hours and trips to and from the random parking lot 10 miles away during rush hour on a Friday afternoon, my belongings finally got to where they needed to be. Also, after all of this, we spoke with the local police and they confirmed that trucks are in fact allowed to drive on the road they refused to as long as it is for one-time delivery purposes. (Oh well, that's the company's policy, just pretty frustrating is all..) Sorry for all the negativity here...However, I hope this saves you some stress, time and money!

    Do let Eden's Move your stuff!!! They won't take responsibility for anything they pack.  Worst moving experience ever.

    DO NOT LET EDEN'S MOVE YOUR STUFF!!!! We have moved all over the world and this was by far the worst moving experience. It started to go bad right after the contract was signed and turned into a complete nightmare in the end. Here are just a few of the lowlights. - We received 2 inaccurate estimates from 2 of Eden's estimators (missing items, 2 different long-distance measurements, added unnecessary wardrobe boxes & dish packs, used different prices for packing material). - Jerked around by the 2nd estimator (Shakar) on re-estimate window. He moved the window twice and never called us. We had to call him when he missed each window. - Foreman (Miguel) on the pick-up (in CA) wanted a "pay-off" for doing the right thing on the agreed price. He then got angry when he and his team didn't get a tip. It felt like a "shake down". - We were charged for Carrier Pack materials that were either never used or were packed so poorly that the items arrived broken. The best example is packing our 55" TV in a picture box with 2 pieces of paper (no blankets, bubble wrap - nothing). We paid extra for the Carrier Pack materials expecting a professional mover to know how to pack these items. It was almost as if they did it on purpose since we wouldn't pay them off. Total incompetence on the part of the foreman (Miguel) and his team. - Upon arrival, the 55" TV was damage beyond repair, our 2 floor lamps were destroyed, and the TV stand had a chuck taken out of the side. And, we paid extra for these to be carrier packed!!!! - Even the foreman (Benedict) on the unloading side commented that this was the worst pack he had ever seen and took pictures himself. - After notifying customer service (Gary), we got the run around for 2 more weeks and then received on insulting offer of $125 and a comment that stuff breaks and his explanation was that "accidents happen and our movers are human". I cannot believe that the BBB can give Eden's Moving Services an A+ rating. This company is the worst run company that I've ever come across. The movers aren't trained, the foreman and estimators are unethical, customer service is horrific, and the owners don't take accountability for their company's mistakes/bad behavior. Throughout this entire nightmare, we always had to chase Eden's and we only got excuses why it was so difficult to get any information from them. You would have thought that one of the owners would have reached out to us given everything that happened - radio silence from them (they were copied on all our emails). Please do yourself a favor and don't let Eden's move your stuff. Don't be tempted by the low price like we were. You will pay for it in the end because you will have to replace all the stuff they break, and you will have a horrific experience. One reason I gave my business to Eden's was because they are a small family business and I like supporting small businesses. Well Eden's give small family businesses a bad name. The owners of Eden's should be ashamed of the poor way that they conduct business. I have no doubt that Eden's will not be in business very much longer and the few employees that they have left should run for the hills. To the owners of Eden's, just remember that karma is a bitch.     I never thought I'd be so pleased with a storage place, but I was very pleasantly surprised by the…read morestaff and management at this facility! Shannon and Stefan were always friendly, knowledgeable, and helpful through the two-and-a-half months that we used ExtraSpace. The facility is also very clean and stayed totally dry during the epic September rains we had -- a bonus since we had to move more furniture into the facility when our basement flooded! They were very responsive, accommodating, and totally on top of things -- it made the whole experience great. Another thing to know about this facility is that it can accommodate large semi-truck sized moving trucks in some of its bays, and your average Budget/U-Haul truck can pull up right in front of any of the units since it is all on one level with very wide aisles, unlike the multi-level, enclosed storage you find elsewhere. That made it super-easy to move things in and out, and it's conveniently located near I-70, thus easy to get to. Oh, and their prices were better than the one in Stapleton, for example -- look on the web to get the best deals!

I was new to Denver last summer and wasn't sure where I should store my belongings…read morethat I knew wouldn't fit in the new home- I called several places and Cliff answered all my questions, was the most affordable, and he made the process easy. Moving can be overwhelming so this meant a lot. I've now had my things in this location for over a year, with zero issues and Cliff still is 100% responsive if I need anything at all. He goes above and beyond. I'd 10/10 recommend this location for storage. Right off 70 and so close to the Central Park neighborhood! Thanks so much!
