California's largest gas station and a great place to stop between LA and Las Vegas. Very large gift shop/convenience store. Clean restrooms. Good food options. My only gripe is the $2.78 charge for a paper cup to drink water! So bring your own water bottle. I had the BBQ Chicken pizza and my partner had the Bacon Hot Dog and both were tasty and filling. Definitely the best place to stop on this route and swing by the Original Del Taco and the free Democracy Sculpture museum (free) nearby or at the historic Peggy Sue's.
One of our favorite places to stop at on our way to Las Vegas, its a store, deli, food court, souvenirs and more. This is the one side attraction that's a must to see during that long drive into Nevada on the 15 freeway.
While driving between Las Vegas and California, Eddie World in Yermo is a great stop to make. Lots of items and snacks to purchase. I've been here multiple times to get snacks and coffee. You can get candy, popcorn, beef jerky and little nick nacks. We even purchased a brown turtle that my BF loved so much. LOL. Clean restrooms but the only gripe would be the long wait to pay for items. There was only 1 cashier when I went. Overall, the worker was very nice.
A very spacious and fun place to rest, get some quick bites and answer the natural calls. Very cute inside and out. Love how various options of treats and toys inside here. There are ice cream, pizza and sandwich and Peet's coffee here.
Second time here despite numerous trips to and from Vegas, except I needed to a place to charge and the outlets off Lenwood were just a little too far and didn't want to test my luck/range. Great place to stretch the legs out a bit and pick up some food/snacks and drinks. The place is pretty big, even bigger selection of various snacks to choose from (even international ones), and actual food if you're hungry hungry. They also have a random selection of hot sauces to choose from as well and the prices were surprisingly very fair. Restrooms were okay for the men's side. Kinda smelly, but clean and lots of stalls thankfully. The checkout line was REALLY long, but the cashiers get that thing moving. By the time I was done with the restroom, the line was gone. Impressive. Side note/unrelated to the actual business. For the people need to charge, there aren't very many chargers, so you'll probably have to wait. The day I went there were 2 stalls out of order, but thankfully I didn't have to wait long. I would recommend going to Lenwood if you're able to! Anyway, probably won't be back or for a very long time, but not a bad place to stop at if you need to charge or take a break.
EddieWorld is our mid point stop whenever we drive to Las Vegas. They have guaranteed clean bathrooms and the place is so big like Willie Wonka and chocolate factory. There are a lot of snacks and some food options. There are also many Tesla charging stations and gas stations. It's a great place to stop and stretch on the way to Las Vegas.
Came here purely for the tourist trap and to stop and get gas. The bathrooms are clean. The store has some wacky goods. What else could you want for a pit stop?!
Eddie's world sells only 1 pound bags of candy. Unless you want a regular size candy bar by the registers. They opened in 2018. They have Pepsi drinks and bottled waters and almost anything you could think of to drink. Beautiful stuffed animals. It's a lot of fun for the whole family to stop and walk around this place is big.
If you're road tripping and need a charge, EddieWorld is the stop to make. They have 3 EV chargers plus Tesla specific chargers and it's a fast charger so we were in and out in about 45 minutes. Plenty of time to wander around inside and that is half the fun. This place is a road trip lover's dream. Beef jerky, Slurpees, sodas, licorice, chocolate covered peanut brittle, every candy and snack you could want. The bags run between $7 and $18 which is on the pricier side but it's a destination stop, not a corner store. We grabbed licorice and the chocolate covered peanut brittle for the drive and I brought home watermelon bites and pineapple rings for the family. There is also a food court style area in the back and I got chicken tenders that they claim are never frozen. I believe it. The chicken tasted genuinely fresh and came with fries and a sweet biscuit that was a nice little surprise. Beyond the food, it is honestly just a fun place to browse. Toys, stuffed animals, t-shirts, magnets. Borderline a kids wonderland. We ended up spending more time inside than expected and did not mind one bit. Highly recommend as a road trip stop.
Apparently California's largest gas station, this is the perfect pit stop for road trips and long drives. Right off the highway, you cannot miss this place - outside is a giant ice cream sundae structure that you can even see from afar. To take quick breaks, my husband and I stopped by here twice during our trip from Los Angeles to Las Vegas and back. Not only were we able to easily charge our vehicle, but we also got to check out the massive store, which has cool retro vibes. Considering the amount of people coming in and out from this place, I was pleasantly surprised at how clean the restroom was. The restrooms seemed decently sized as well, so there weren't any ridiculously long lines. In addition, many come here for food and entertainment. There are a bunch of candies, snacks, and souvenirs for sale, along with food vendors, a small entertainment area, and a dedicated homemade ice cream bar. There are plenty of things to keep both kids and adults busy.
Traveling to CA we always stop at Eddies World. I got a pastrami sandwich from their restaurant, it was so good. I know gas station food. Eddies World has rows and rows of snacks. Across the street there is a trinket box dedicated to a daughter who passed away. I found a BTS trinket for Maddy. Eddies World is a great place to take a potty break, fill up on gas and snacks. It's 9:30 am driving north and decided to stop here as we have been here before but it's nice to stretch the legs! The stuff is great as you can get what ever you want!! Little expensive but it's the experience!
We've been doing the drive back & fourth from Vegas to California 100x... But we've NEVER stopped over here! We were totally missing out! Our in-laws told us to try to make a stop here when we drive back from California. We seen the stop and decided heck, we'd try to make a pit stop. When we first walked in.... "Ohhh my lanta" was my first thought. I'm in snack heaven! They literally have every single snack by the pound that you could think of. They also had little knickknacks, food & ice cream! Idk how we've missed this place sooo many times. But we will definitely be back again.
Stopped at EddieWorld during our road trip home to Vegas from Disneyland. If I could describe this place in five words...how is this place real?! EddieWorld is located in the middle of nowhere Yermo in California, just outside of Barstow. If you see a big ice cream sundae statue from the freeway, then you've made it. Note that all the rest areas in both directions along the way are closed/under construction, so both EddieWorld and Barstow Station are your only rest stop options at this moment. This is a gigantic convenience store that has basically EVERYTHING that you can think of, including various toys and games for the littles who get bored during road trips. My LTP and I bought one energy drink each. Even though I no longer drink these on a regular basis and I already had a coffee earlier that morning, it was my turn to drive upon leaving EddieWorld and the drive home would be another two hours, so I ended up buying one just to stay alert. We decided to do a little exploring around just to move around after sitting in the car for a long period of time. We also considered getting food from one of their stands, but just stuck with the drinks instead. Their restrooms are super clean and their stall doors don't have any of those inch long gaps that nobody likes, which was a major plus. This was one of the best rest stop restrooms I've ever seen while on a road trip to and from California. It was worth stopping here to take a break from driving and to see what they had in store. We'll be back again on our next road trip! read more

There's are so many options that it can be overwhelming. But it's fun to see everything. There are food places inside as well and the Jerky place had all these exotic meats. It's a fun little stop off the road to stretch your legs in air conditioning. read more
Wow - what a fun place. And it is listed as the largest gas station in the USA too. The parking lot is pretty big. There were a decent amount of gas pumps. There is a giant milk shake outside, with Eddie sticking out of the top. Photo opp for many people. Inside is a massive assortment of drinks, snacks, souvenirs, some restaurants, ice cream, and a piece of the wood floor from the Forum where the Lakers played (along with some other sports memorabilia). I think I saw a sign that said the ice cream is made fresh. There was a pizza place, and I think I saw burgers too. The souvenirs include a wide assortment of games, puzzles, stuffed animals. The snacks include packaged snacks made there by them. The rest rooms are clean too. Check out of my photos. read more
Still one of the best... - I need to stretch my legs - use the bathroom - get gas ... and sample every single candy known to man rest stop. My last visit had me buying grapefruit, gummy bears, chocolate covered, honeycomb, and browsing through their Japanese candy section. Even though I've been here multiple times I still have never been able to sample some of the actual food sold here. That counter is always closed. Some other standouts for Eddie's World are their very clean bathrooms, the cooler filled with 1 million different energy drinks, and of course, their ice cream counter for those sweltering hot summer road trips. If you've never been here, make a point to stop here either to or from Las Vegas. read more

I visit Las Vegas once a month from Orange County Historically, it's been just a place for me to pee and get back on the road promptly. This trip, I knew I needed to eat and perused the food options. I chose the Italian hoagie sandwich. I wasn't expecting much, but you know what? It was quite good. I washed it down with a fountain Diet Coke as one does. There's plenty of seating for folks to enjoy their food. Cheers! read more
Best rest, or gas stop (except it's pretty expensive) lots to see and shop.... Couple of restaurants inside including ice cream and Pete's coffee....(hours vary) Always busy... restrooms are always clean and fully stocked at least in my experience. Ok byeeee see ya on our way back. read more

Jed's Jerky Julie gave us delicious samples of jerky and we bought the limited edition teriyaki! Time to buy snacks for the road! Sweet Teriyaki Brisket Jerky, Dark chocolate salted caramel, red vines and cheddar Carmel popcorn! We also got to see their tribute to the Lakers wall! Great place to charge the Tesla! read more

Eddie's World is our go-to stop every time we drive to Vegas. It's the perfect halfway point and always such a fun break from the road. There's so much to see, candy, snacks, food options, and great ice cream, and the store is always clean and well-organized. The restrooms are consistently clean (a huge win for road trips), and while the gas prices run a little high, we usually leave with a full tank anyway. With a toddler, we need reliable places to stop, stretch our legs, and reset, and this has become one of our absolute favorites. Highly recommend for families, road-trippers, or anyone who wants more than just a standard pit stop! read more

This is a truly unique must see in the middle of nowhere on your road trip between SoCal and Vegas. Just imagine a gas station and convenience store turned theme park. They have gas, Tesla superchargers, food court, huge selection of unique gifts, merchandise, snacks, and treats. If you're a basketball fan, they even have a display featuring a large piece of the original wood court from the Great Western Forum, where the Lakers used to play. A truly unique place that is worth a stop. read more
Always such a fun spot to stop by on our road trip to and from Vegas. Gas is always good quality (we get super premium gas. There are so many snacks so be prepared to waste 30 mins when you thought you'd stop by for a quick snack lol. Also they have so many gummies, i ended up buying 3 bags and i don't even really eat gummies lol. Everything looks so good and IS good, so be prepared to spend! I normally always stop at Eddie's world. since they're so many drinks to choose from I'm not lying energy drinks, sports drink, fair life protein drinks, water, coffee, etc. they have ice cream, coffee area, popcorn, and aisles and aisles of candy with huge variety. and on-top of the candy shelves is a bunch of stuff animals that are good quality. the restrooms are well kept and only a line if under cleaning. It's also a gas station as well! I would definitely check this place out of i were you. read more

My favorite rest stop from Vegas to California! Clean bathrooms, lots of parking, tesla superchargers, and all the snacks you'll ever need! Not only are there snacks and drinks, but lots of real food options for the whole family to enjoy! The jerky stand is expensive, but absolutely worth it! Be careful bringing your children - i'm definitely spending at least a hundred dollars in snacks! The quality of the candy is spectacular and i'm so happy this place exist! read more
Feel free to read my previous review as all that information is still valid. Here's a summary: Eddieworld is a great stop halfway to Vegas from Los Angeles. **They have clean bathrooms that are 5 stars if that's what you are looking for. You should stop here if that's what you need. **Most of the convenience store and hot foods are pretty good. Not cheap, but it's not bad. We got a pound of mango belts for $11 and they have a tasty mix of sweetness and tang. **Gas prices aren't bad here. It's about $4.60 here. Spent $3.50 in Vegas and about $4.35 in LA. If you need an emergency refill, this will do; however, I highly recommend refilling in Nevada if you can. ***Reason for my ratings downgrade is mainly to warn you guys about Jedadiah's Jerky, located in house, which sells jerky for $75-$100/lb. There's no cost information here until you ring up your order. Don't get suckered into that. Will upgrade my rating if/when this changes. This is a one-star concern; otherwise, Eddieworld and their bathrooms would be four stars for me. read more
Driven past this stop many times and finally was ready to buy into the hype. It did not live up to my expectations, but I would still label as a great pit stop on the way to/from Vegas. The bathrooms are very clean, which may be one of the biggest draws. The food/drink options felt lacking though. I've seen more options for drinks at our local 7/11. Most of the aisles are devoted to bulk candy instead of anything lasting snacks or real food. They do make some fresh food options, with decent seating. But for the price/value/options, it's for convenience. read more
EddieWorld (ED) is still a great stop whether coming or going to Las Vegas from Southern CA. They have gas and food. There is a good sized lot but it gets full,especially during meal hours. If so, be patient and try to wait for a spot--they turn over relatively quickly. Gas prices are generally cheaper elsewhere, but are not usually super high compared to others. If u need to get gas here it's not bad. You cold probably just do better elsewhere. The lines can get long. Inside the food includes the main food court with hot and cold sandwiches and pizza, burgers, dogs, and standard fast food sides like fries. All of these items vary in quality and quantity but all are at least decent. The pizzas are personal sized and ok in quality and quantity. Cold sandwiches are large, you can share if u are not that hungry, do not eat a lot, or are going to eat chips etc. with the sandwich. The ice cream is st a different "stand" inside and is just ok in variety, quality, and quantity. The other food court "stands" seem to vary over time and we have not tried them. The middle of the store has a variety of of snacks. The restrooms are always clean. They were more defaced with graffiti and run down through frequent use than over previous visits. However, they are still reasonably clean and this is a good pit stop. On the whole, if u need gas, food, or a toilet this is still a great road trip stop. Food is not sit down and is generally fast food eat in your car style. read more

Eddie World is a fun stop on the way to Vegas! Bathrooms are usually decently clean and they have a wide array of drinks, snacks, and toys to choose from. On my last trip my boyfriend tried to surprise me by buying my first labubu. The code on the box even went to the Pop Mart site. Anyways I'm sitting in the parking lot and opened the box and was staring at it for a sec and then was like "hey, I don't think this is real. It says Caca-Cala can on the can." We were both hysterically laughing and went in to show the cashier. He was cracking up too, but was fully ready to return it, but we wanted to keep it since it was still cute and we got such a good laugh out of it. Just know their Labubus are actually Lafufus so you aren't disappointed. read more

This is a great pitstop for all! From candies, to snacks, to drinks, toys, beef jerky, popcorn, coffee, food, and gifts! I always get the veggie chips! The gas prices are fair. They don't price gouge you. The only complaint I have are.... 1. The stuffed animal pricing is high, let alone the drinks. 2. Wish they sold the goodies in smaller bags or at least have two sizes available. The bulk goodies are priced by weight, so I don't want to pay $10-20 for such a big bag. I'm sure it's more for sharing, but we all don't need all that sugar and stuff. read more

We stopped by here because we needed to charge our Tesla. We walked inside and welcomed with massive selection of sweets, snacks, plushies, and souvenirs. The restrooms are clean and well maintained. There's also Peets Coffee inside. We'll be back. read more
This is a great place to stop half way between Los Angeles and Las Vegas. The gas station has a ton of pumps to top off your tank and the store has nice, clean restrooms. Then there's the candy. Sooooo much candy. Is it cheap? No. but it's plentiful, and there's nothing better on a road trip than good snacks. Eddie World has them. Everything from gummy worms to chocolate covered almonds to hard candies to dried fruits and nuts to chocolate covered espresso beans (my personal weakness). There are places to get food inside. The chicken sandwich was good. I am tempted every time to get ice cream, but as a lactose intolerant person, that's a risk I don't want to take with 2.5 hours left to go on the drive. read more

Terrible customer service! At least at the ice cream counter. Came here passing through on a road trip.. Stopped for some ice cream for the family. Ordered several scoops of ice cream. Specifically ordered English toffee for one of the cups, but was given Oreo instead. Went back immediately to inform them that I was given the wrong flavor. The young girl at the counter denied scooping the ice cream and then refused to change it out for the correct order. Her excuse was no refunds. Well, a refund wasn't requested. All she had to do was take the wrong ice cream throw it in the trash and give me the correct flavor. Smh. Will not stop here again! So disa read more

This reminds me of Buc-ee's. Great place to walk around after being in the car all days. It's so big it has so much candy, homemade ice cream, it has a Peet's coffee. The staff is nice, and there are some good deals! I will say other things are pretty expensive like a small stuff animal was $20 however a big bag of gummies was $6. I was able to get a mid matcha frappe with caramel & whip cream for $7 read more

After a stroke, my mom requires my dad's assistance in the restroom. Does Eddie World have any family or gender-neutral restrooms that are handicap accessible?
EddieWorld doesn't have gender-neutral restrooms but they do have handicap stalls inside both the women's and men's restrooms.
What time does the restaurants? Do they close at 12am?
I don't know the answer. All I know is that if you get there between 6-9am there is no food available unless you get a snack from the small fridge section. They do have a lot of candy and good selection of Funko Pops.
What time do the restaurants open in the AM? We plan on being there around 7-8am
We found they opened at 9 am on the day we were there which was a Saturday.
Can you buy lottery tickets there?
Yes! There is a machine near the front entrance that sells scratchers

There are plenty of wide handicap spaces right in front. Front doors are very wide and you'll be able to get in easily with a walker. Big open areas to stroll around and a large seating area in the back left of Eddie. You'll have no problems…

I don't believe you can. The only online ordering available on their site is for the restaurant food they serve. There is a Contact Us option on their website where you could ask or call them for that information. Good luck!
What time does the pizza place open?
