Not sure that this happens always but I was happy it was so quick! The only reason they aren't getting 5 stars is because they didn't confirm my identity (via ID card, etc) before starting the service. I would have thought that was a must-do. It felt a little too easy to have my lock opened. Aside for that potential security miss, the service took less than 5 minutes and I was able to pay with a card. I got an automated reciept immediately to my email. Now, the price..... Since it was an emergency call, the service cost me $102.60 ($95 for the call plus 8% tax). Let's just say I've had my keys attached to me since. I would recommend them and I would use them again in the future!
