Lunch and dinner are great. Breakfast choices are very limited and not very good. I won't be returning for breakfast.

Man talk about a find for affordable grub. Wife and I were staying in Lompoc and did not want fast food from the big chains. I had told her about Eddie's the last time we were here and finally checked it out.. first off let me start by saying that everything on their menu looked good. I was deciding between their club and the chili dog. I opted for the chili dog and I was not disappointed. The hot dog itself was really good and chili was just as good. It's been awhile since I've had a really good chili dog and now I know where to find one. My wife chose the LA style dog and she was very satisfied with her choice. Fries were good as well. The noise level here was average as we came in for lunch so it was kind of full. The next morning we came in for breakfast as we were leaving Lompoc for home in LA and again we were not disappointed. My wife's French toast were really good and my breakfast burrito with eggs potato sandwich bacon was good as well. Soo disappointed with my lettuce wrap burger and the customer service! Picked up my food, got back to work and unwrapped my burger only to see it drenched in sauce, sooo gross!! I had asked for extra tomatoes and pickles... NEVER did I say extra sauce. Called them immediately and the girl who answered the phone was so rude, she said they wouldn't be adding extra sauce if I had not asked for it, I told her to look at my receipt! She placed me on hold and said they would re-make it and to take the burger back to them I said "well it's in the trash, you want me to get it out, I also have pictures to prove what I'm complaining about"? She said "not if its in trash, you can just show us the picture when you pick up your replacement! I guess we will NOT be ordering from them again. Sad because we are regular customers. read more

Came here after playing a round of golf before we headed back home. It was take out only as COVID had restrictions. Food was ordered and made pretty quick for fresh food. This place was a surprisingly good find. We were looking for something quick that wasn't a big chain. It also had some tables outside which was an extra bonus as we had our dogs with us. It's a order at the counter burger place. The service was decent. The guy taking the orders was new but did a good job. Burgers were large and good. Chicken sandwich the same. Hubs got fish tacos and well it's tacos at a burger place. The toppings on the burger were fresh and tasty the fish itself was some frozen fried patty. Our fries were great. It's been awhile since I've been here, same local feel which is good. My previous review is gone, I don't know what happened so this is pretty much from my latest experience. I had their Santa Barbara burger, tastes fresh and it is really good. Bacon, guac, red onions, yum! It was big enough for me, just right. The patty is on the well-done side, but good. I also got their onion rings, it is a good one. My wife had the chicken sandwich, she said it is big, she only finished half if it. The garlic fries is alright, not a fresh garlic though. Drinks, we had their flavored teas, I mixed peach and mango, really good. Price is comparable to habit burger, maybe a little higher. Would I come back here, yes, but not soon. This was my first time visiting the Lompoc location and it was a great experience! The staff was friendly as soon as we walked in and the menu is displayed very large on a digital screen. I tried the Western burger that had an onion ring & bbq sauce + the normal burger fixings and it was delicious! The burger is a nice big size and everything tasted very fresh. The fries were very crispy and not soggy like other restaurants. Overall everything was great, only thing that was strange was no soft drink machine, but they did offer iced teas and canned sodas as well as a few beers and seltzers to chose from. I've never had a bad meal here. Customer service is always near the top for this typical burger joint. The place is clean, ample seating, food is quality, good choices and accurately performed to "as ordered." Pressed for time, or not, they deliver the goods to your table, or to go all of the time. I've never been rushed by staff and always treated fairly. read more

Came here after skydiving with my family of 5. Had to hit the road soon so we wanted quick service but not a fast food chain. Everyone was happy with their order. We ordered the Santa Barbara, Spicy Kick, 2 Double doubles, one with onions & the other with garlic fries & the Hot Rod chicken. Food was delicious and came out super fast. I loved their mint & chip shake. I enjoyed their sweet potato fries. We had a breakfast burrito w sausage & tator tots. Yum! The only thing, when they cut the burrito in half it was wrapped in foil. Based on YELP reviews we decided to try it out. Excellent tasting hamburgers stuffed on top with lettuce/tomato. Sauce was on the brioche bread but not smothered which was good. Ordered takeout and a tri tip sandwich was missing from our order. Note: this is the SECOND TIME this has happened to us. Called the restaurant over 40 times each (on husbands cell and my own) and it kept going to "line busy". After trying to reach them via phone, my husband finally decided to drive there bc the phone keep ringing. My husband went into the facility and asked if the phone was off?? The employee first replied "no" and then they checked the line and told him the phone had been off. We placed a doordash order for pick up. We ordered the western burger, hot rod sandwich, kiddie burger and the fish tacos. The fish tacos are what I'm not happy about. The tacos were not what the description stated either on the website or doordash. Which both had different decriptions as well. I wouldve been okay with crispy tacos but they way they were presented was lazy. Taking a full fish patty cutting it in half and serving that on the fish tacos was lazy. Plus, they put habanero aioli on the tacos which is not in any description. They were too spicy to enjoy. I loved the fish tacos before when they were grilled (good amount of fish) with the Chipotle aioli. I won't be getting these again. Please update your descriptions on your website! read more

Being a Sunday night there were very few choices for dinner so we stumbled across Eddie's Grill and were extremely pleased with our dinner. The Chili Cheese dog and fries are a must have! The Santa Barbara burger was fantastic.

I don't know what happened to this place. It used to have the best burgers in town and their salads WERE fabulous. Not anymore. I can speculate that they may have cut corners to accommodate the expense of their new stores or maybe because they have a bunch of socially ill mannered kids running the place. It's a shame because it was one of two good places to eat in Lompoc. It's no wonder why everyone is now eating off food trucks. read more
