I would recommend splitting fries with someone because it's a large portion. I asked for a cold tuna sandwich which wasn't on the menu, and they happily made it! How nice of them. The person I went with ordered a BLAT (bacon, lettuce, avocado, and tomato) sandwich. I didn't try it but it looked very good as well. Eddie's Buellton & the village are regular stops for us. Buellton twice last week had a "miscommunication" about our order. Wanted a steak & egg bagel sandwich- they don't do bagels anymore but have failed to update the menu. So they said they could do a tri tip & egg sandwich. Great! Got it home no egg. Next day ordered again- different items. Menu says it comes with hash browns or home fries. Ordered home fries extra crispy with the 2 breakfast sandwiches. Got one order of soggy home fries that were an extra charge. Called the restaurant, got an apology of sorts for both days & they said not included anymore. Suggested a menu update was in order. I'm sure most of the locations menus need updating. I was told they'd let the manager know. Recently we've eaten at one of those 2 locations at least once a week. That's going to change. And we no longer have a reason to go to the Village anymore. Nice people there & great milk shakes. But I'm not driving to the Village for a shake. read more

The girls at the counter were super sweet, and the food came fast. I had the California chicken sandwich; comes with bacon, avocado, lettuce and tomato on thickly buttered sourdough bread. Yummy. Hubs had the BLTA; same deliciousness. Fries were not. A bit hard and overcooked. Too thin, we prefer thick ones, but we were hungry. Drinks are from a can, so no dispenser or refills. Don't care for the seating, hard benches and chairs. Will definitely re-visit when passing through again. read more

Wanted to try a new place traveling while through Buellton - something non-chain. Took a leap with Eddies. Location - Convenient and close to freeway. Great size to the restaurant. Walk up and order and get a number for your order and they will find you with your food. Lots of four top tables, but no larger areas for bigger families. Bummer with such a large indoor spot, they could not make at least a few places with more seating - a few 6-10 seat tables would have been nice. (Due to Covid there were only about 1/3 of the tables open for indoor dinning, and there was outdoor dining available) Food - hamburgers were DELISH! Really good. Yummy. Hot, Juicy, flavorful, fresh. Really cant come up with enough adjectives. Everyone in the fam liked their burger and we had kids, and adults - fancy and plain burgers. Drinks - canned drinks! yuck! No beverage fountain. Canned soda like you packed your boring lunch from home and are eating at your desk of your boring job. Huge turn off. Please get a soda machine - even if the staff has to fill the drinks. I love this place! They have great chicken wraps and burgers. One of the best things is their BBQ chicken salad. They would have gotten 5 stars, however, this last time I asked for a few extra ranch, but only received one. They also forgot to give me a side of salsa with the chips that come with my wrap. We were in Buellton for a small gate-away and found this gem by looking online. What a great find! This is a great sandwich place, plus whatever else you would want. Their onion rings are some of the best I have ever had. Their sandwiches are to die for as far as I am concerned. The staff is terrific and friendly. For the amount of food that you get, the prices are not expensive at all. For 6 sandwiches, three sides we spent $60 some dollars and would do it again. Their BLAT is great, we actually had that for breakfast the next day. We ordered the Chicken Pesto, Chicken Ortega and Chicken Teriyaki sandwiches for dinner along with the onion rings, an order of fries (which were the best ever) and a side salad that was anything but a side salad. The ingredients of the side salad are more than any other side salad I have ever had. We will definitely be going back when we are in the area. read more

Found this new spot while visiting Buellton and decided to give it a try. It was really good! We had it door dashed so I can't speak for the service, but the food was pretty damn good. I got the chicken avocado sandwich and the hubby got the tri tip sandwich. Both were really good! My only complaint was that the chicken was a little too thin for my liking. It was a decent size, but maybe only 1/4" thick? I like my meat thick haha We also got a side of the onion rings and garlic fries. Both delicious and very generous portions! We also got an Oreo shake which was good and just the right texture. I'd definitely eat here again and try one of their many burgers! Says they're 1/3 lb, so I'm good with that! read more
