On Saturday, January 4th 2025, I placed a mobile order with the app. My order total was $54 and I was emailed the receipt and still have it. The app said "order paid, all we need is you" just like normal. I check in and get to the window. The girl at the window was very polite and asked if I needed a drink carrier. A little later a manager comes to the window and says she can't give me my food because I owe $30. I say that can't be right, I've paid and have a receipt. She says, nope that's not what it says. So I pull out my phone and hand her my receipt. She shrugs it off and tells me she can't give me my food. She hands me this paper receipt for $84. I ordered a couple combos, a $5 bag, and 4 kid's meals. One kid's meal was free for using an offer in the app. The receipt she had was showing every single line item with a value attached: kid's drink, kid's fry, 4 piece nugget. Nothing was showing as meals. I'm a reasonable person. I compare the two receipts and I tell her this looks like what the issue is. She doesn't compare the receipts at all... she just says that it looks right to her. She tells me if I don't pay her $30 then her employee will get fired for having a short drawer. I paid in the app. It was all digital and I never had any money in that drawer. If there was a short drawer, it had nothing to do with me. Pretty suspicious, right? At one point, this manager even tells me I was only charged $54 because that's all I had in my bank account. Seriously? If that was the case my order wouldn't have gone through and I wouldn't have a receipt. Don't tell me what's in my bank account. After a very long time of having to sit parked in the drive thru and having this manager yell at me, she finally gave me my food, and had to be rude about that as well. There were people honking in the drive-thru. It was terrible. She wouldn't give me a refund or the food and this was so much more drawn out than it had to be. I spoke to managers and she is getting "coached". That's about the only outcome. They said I'm getting a refund but I'm still waiting for that. Be wary of this location.

Restaurant Review: Eddie J's - A Haven for Steak Lovers Located in Napoleon, Ohio, Eddie J's is a hidden gem for steak enthusiasts. I recently had the pleasure of dining at this renowned establishment, and I must say, the experience left me utterly impressed. From the moment I stepped through the door, I was greeted by warm and attentive staff members who made me feel right at home. The ambiance was cozy and inviting, with dimmed lighting and tasteful décor that set the perfect mood for an unforgettable meal. Now, let's get to the star of the show--the steak. Eddie J's is unquestionably a paradise for carnivores, and their steak offerings are nothing short of exceptional. The menu boasted a tantalizing array of cuts, each carefully sourced and expertly prepared. After much deliberation, I opted for their signature sirloin, and it was a decision I will never regret. The sirloin steak arrived perfectly seared, with a beautiful caramelized crust. With each bite, the steak melted in my mouth, releasing a burst of rich, succulent flavors that made my taste buds dance with joy. Cooked to perfection, it had just the right amount of marbling, ensuring a tender and juicy texture throughout. Accompanying the steak was a selection of delectable sides, including grilled asparagus. The asparagus was cooked to a delightful crispness, providing a refreshing contrast to the hearty steak. What truly elevated my dining experience at Eddie J's was the exceptional service. The staff went above and beyond to ensure that every need was met, offering knowledgeable recommendations and promptly attending to any requests. They exuded a genuine passion for their craft, creating an atmosphere that made me feel like an esteemed guest. To conclude, Eddie J's is a must-visit for any steak aficionado in Napoleon, Ohio. Their dedication to quality, impeccable flavor profiles, and impeccable service are a testament to their commitment to culinary excellence. Whether you're celebrating a special occasion or simply craving an unforgettable steak, Eddie J's is the place to be. Prepare to indulge in a dining experience that will leave you longing for more. read more
