The customer service was horrible, marked by rudeness and a clear lack of understanding of the Golden Rule--treating others with the respect and courtesy one would reasonably expect to receive. I have placed the owner on notice that neither my staff, friends, nor business associates will set foot on the property until these deficiencies are fully resolved and the source of the problem is removed.

This is another review that's long overdue. Whenever my wife and I are back in Ohio, we make it a point to go to Edacious several times, sometimes almost every night. Every time we have been there, the experience has been top-notch from start to finish. Andrew (chef/owner), Lisa, and the rest of the kitchen crew are outstanding at what they do. The food is exceptional--every dish is thoughtfully prepared and packed with flavor. You can tell there's real attention to detail in both the ingredients and execution. Some of our favorites are the blistered shishito peppers, pork char siu buns, and of course, the hatch green chile smash burger. On one occasion, Andrew had branzino as one of the daily specials, so we ordered that. It was the best branzino I've ever had. The service is just as impressive. Edacious is a small space and it gets extremely busy, but Kayla, Emma, Cyrrin, Brigitte, Devon and Elise (sorry if I butchered any spelling) all bartend and serve the great food promptly to the eager clientele. They work incredibly hard, but they never show it in a negative way. They are always attentive, friendly, knowledgeable about the menu, and on top of everything, which really elevates the whole experience and makes it feel seamless and relaxed. The vibe really ties it all together--great atmosphere, perfect energy, and a space that feels both lively and welcoming. For being open a total of two weeks it was overall pretty great. Loud and busy inside at 730 on a Thursday, quiet and relaxed on the patio. Pasta dish was great; only complaint (And can't believe I'm saying this) was too much prosciutto -- just made everything a bit aggressively salted. Broccolini was great right when it came out but raclette cools so quickly and then is not so great -- I wonder if there's a way to serve it in the tiny cast iron with a candle underneath so you could go back to it fondue style? The candied lemon zest was great to break up the fatty cheese and bitter broccolini -- overall great dish. Lamb meatballs were definitely not our favorite. The meatballs themselves were not bad, but when I read mango and nuoc Cham in the description I was expecting more vietnamese flavors and this was more like tatziki with mint instead of dill. Last, the lobster and brie was a super fun dish. I liked a bit of the preserves at the end after having so much richness in the dish. All together before tip and including an eldeflower spritz cocktail it was about $75. We'll definitely come back. The next three things we would get after seeing them come out would def be the pressure fried chicken wings, the diver scallops, and the hatch Chile smash burger. read more
