The schweinshaxe was a huge pork shank with krauts. The pork shank was so slow cooked so it was super tender and flavorful. It was so good. I wished they added a bit more krauts to it. I couldn't finish it at all cause it was just so much. There was bread pudding to the dish. I guessed because of the savory and sourness of the krauts and pork shank. They needed to add some sweetness by introducing bread pudding. The bread pudding was very yummy. My partner enjoyed his pork schnitzel. He said Das Schnitzel Haus made it better but this came in a very close second. Overall, we love their menu since they offer something different. The menu would be perfect if they have potato pancakes.

This place is an experience; this is their main production facility, which also has a huge bar and restaurant space. It's so well planned; sit wherever, order food at one place, beer at another. They have bar seating, big and small tables, high tops, etc. Even with all the variety, it was still pleasantly loud and busy. At the entrance, you can go to the merchandise area, which is big. They have all their canned selections ready and cold to go as well. To the left of the bar is a self-guided tour hallway, where you can see a lot of the brewery and their huge wall of major beer awards from over the decades. We sat at a high top near the bar; the bartender was so efficient with our beers, there were so many to choose from I only wished we could've stayed longer. It's family friendly with games. Prices are super reasonable for the continued quality and arguably strong beer styles. If you're a beer fan, whether new or a veteran, this is a must-visit regional powerhouse. The flavor combination was outstanding, and the spice had a delayed kick that sneaks up on you a few seconds after each bite. My oldest son went with the BBQ Burger, loaded with smoky BBQ sauce, cheddar cheese, house bacon, onion straws, pickles, and horsey sauce. Another excellent choice. To wash it all down, my husband enjoyed two beers: the Hazy Headhunter and Hop Thunder from Down Under, both of which he really liked. When we were there one person parked his SUV on the grass between tables and the patio. Staff made an announcement that he had to move. In addition there were so many small children running around. One boy was climbing on the railing and my seat. His parents were not watching him. It happened multiple times. Sibling Revelry advertises a family friendly environment, but some parents are not watching their children. I would definitely choose another brewery with a more laid back feel and less commotion.
