We've been coming to Fat Head's since they first opened in North Olmsted, and I'm honestly…read moresurprised I've never written a review until now. We stopped in for dinner on a Monday night, and once again they didn't disappoint. We started with the pickle chips, which are always a favorite, crispy, flavorful, and the perfect appetizer to share. For dinner, my husband ordered the South Side Slopes with fries, my oldest son had the Classic Bacon Cheeseburger with fries, I went with the Fatty Melt paired with a side salad and the Bumbleberry Poppyseed dressing (which is absolutely delicious), and my youngest kept it simple with the pretzel sticks served with cheese sauce and truffle aioli. Everything came out hot, fresh, and exactly as ordered. The portions are generous, and the quality has remained consistently excellent over the years. That's one of the reasons we've kept coming back for so long. The food is always great, but what really keeps us returning is the consistency, friendly service, and laid-back atmosphere. If you've never been, it's absolutely worth a visit. After all these years, Fat Head's is still one of the best places around for great food and generous portions.

They also host a bunch of public events too. The night we were there there was a private fundraiser going on, but the front part of the brewery was still open to public. Staff was super friendly! The pretzel was good but wished it would've been a little softer. Flatbread was decent. The food wasn't bad by any means but they were nothing special either.

My wife finally went up and got menus and at 9:02 we went to place an order. NOPE, kitchen closes at 9pm. You would think they have a massive menu with tons of prep, nope, hot dogs, pretzels and nachos. So after wasting time waiting on any semblance of service, we missed this deadline by two minutes and got nothing. Live in the area and I wont ever be back. I enjoy frequenting small businesses but this is the kind of place that chases customers to the chains because of their arrogance. First and last time Ill go there. In todays competitive environment to get consumer dollars, my advice would be to take the $40 I was willing to spend on 2 hot dogs and two drinks.

I tasted them at Iron Mann in Girard. Shout out to those guys for having this extensive selection, along with great, friendly service I'd say check out 1547 wherever you find them and see how your tastes compare to mine... My impression of the beers (always a subjective matter, of course) went down something like this: 1400 Miles From Home - a Key Lime Sour. Very light sour, to my liking, with all of the flavors in the description working together quite nicely Kolsch - another light version of this style. It is a good summer beer for someone who wants a little more flavor than a Bud/Coors/Miller Ohio Heat Wave - subtle habanero on the back end slowly builds, but that's about the only thing I'm picking up. This is a very light beer Hang 11 - a sweet IPA? The bitterness is as advertised. Would love to know the hops involved. Very drinkable, but don't expect a mouthful of IPA. More like a sweet, session IPA in my opinion Shooktown NE IPA - first taste hit very nice. Like most of them, it tastes very close to the description. No bitterness, but like others on the flight, it's a light version of this style. I'm used to a more potent hit of juice from a NE IPA, it's drinkable for sure

BrewDog Cleveland is located right at a bend in the river, which I'm told is a spectacle when large ships have to turn there. They have a beautiful outdoor area with tables, some with roofs for sun or snow, plus a neat bar area right on the water. There's also a booze cruise ramp right outside, which maybe something we'll have to do in the future. The space inside is large and well planned, with rustic exposed bricks and metal. There are lots of different seating areas as well, I loved the fire pits. They have areas for private events, and every sized party. Immediately inside the entrance are refrigerators for takeout beer. The main bar is along the right. They have a huge selection of draft beer as well, but the posted menu and online menu weren't the same which made ordering difficult. Service was also a little lacking, nothing wrong just a general vibe. If you're a beer fan, it's still worth your time to go. Especially to enjoy a beer or two along the river.

My friend doesn't like beer or cider and she wasn't sure on the wines so she got a rum and coke. Which was your average rum and coke. We sat at the bar. Bartenders were super nice and helpful.
