A bartender sets the tone for the atmosphere of an establishment, and in this case, the atmosphere was uncomfortable, awkward, and genuinely unwelcoming. There's a difference between having personality and blatantly disrespecting paying customers. If management believes this behavior reflects positively on their business, they seriously need to reevaluate their standards for customer service. There are too many good places in the area to spend money somewhere that treats guests this poorly. I rarely leave negative reviews, but this experience was frustrating enough that I felt people should know what to expect before coming here.
