I saw then in the open kitchen the cook pick up a piece of fish and put it in the fryer - so only just starting the orders. Wow. 20 minutes later we ate. The food was meh, not bad, not great. The paper they put it on is plastic coated and tears with the fork and you end up eating it. I asked for another TINY plastic ramekin of tartar.
