We originally went to the Downey location, but they didn't have everything we needed. Since we were already heading to Fullerton for lunch, we decided to check out this location instead. As soon as we walked in, we were greeted by America, and she made the entire experience so much easier. She helped us calculate our measurements and figure out exactly how many boxes of each tile we needed. On top of that, she took the time to help us choose the right grout and rebar color to match everything. I really appreciated how attentive and helpful she was throughout the process. I have never experienced that level of customer service at Floor and Decor before. She truly made a difference in our visit.

We explained that due to the age of our home we are quite literally living in an antique. That said, we wanted to select plumbing fixtures that blend modern convenience and functionality with a look that still pays homage to the past.......no small feat. Sarah was extremely accommodating as we dragged her from one end of the store to the other, then back to her computer questioning and discussing every different color and finish option available. She offered her input on the pros and cons of every fixture type to help us make very informed decisions. We arrived at the store about 45 minutes before closing (on a Saturday) and Sarah stayed with us almost a full hour after closing to type up the quote knowing that we were not quite ready to commit. We went back the following Saturday and worked with Ida who was also extremely accommodating in helping us add to and finalize our order........or so we thought. We ended up going back again on Sunday and Sarah helped us decide on the last few accessories. Please Note: The multiple trips to the store was the result of me and my wife being a little indecisive and the insane need of my wife for every item needing to match exactly in color and shape right down to the towel hooks and toilet paper roll holder. Keep in mind that we finished ordering everything on Sunday afternoon and the entire order was delivered Monday morning at 8:20am. Even the delivery driver was most pleasant and helpful. Sarah called today to follow up and make sure everything arrived as scheduled. I say all this to let other customers know that I typically don't write reviews because most purchases these days are so transactional, lacking true customer service and personal interest in making sure that the customer has the best experience possible. Sarah and Ida deserve to be recognized for outstanding customer service and their care / attention to detail in helping us achieve the look we had hoped for. If you're looking for tile, this is the place to go!!…read more The entire showroom has massive amounts of samples. Richard was my sales rep and he walked me through many different combo options. He even pulled the tiles to a display to show me what they looked like under different colored lighting. After some consultation, I was allowed to grab the tile sample I settled on to browse around the showroom and search for other combos I might like. He even showed me grout options (there are plenty!) They also offer services for custom tiling. I don't have a designer and I've never remodeled a bathroom before, so Richard's knowledge of current trends, molds, and flooring helped a lot with my decision making! 10/10 would recommend anyone I like to come here.

I really wanted to buy from their location but my contractor didn't want to pick up at Chino (too far), so i had to buy from El Monte location.

The manager came out to measure and discuss how the work would be done and go over possible additional charges based on my existing flooring. He provided a quote in a very timely manner and we scheduled the date! They assigned a two man team who showed up promptly on time each morning. The installers were amazing. They took such care in my home and were so respectful and efficient! They assisted with some installation questions I had and got right to work. They were so careful moving my furniture around and I was so touched that they made sure my bed area was cleared at the end of their upstairs workdays so I didn't have to sleep on the couch. They used plastic sheeting to mask off closet and bathroom contents to keep the dust down as much as possible due to the floor leveling process. They set up shop in my garage and at the end of each of the 5 days tidied the work spaces and swept up the garage very thoroughly. F and L..... thank you so much.
