First, on the day our house was to be measured for the carpet install they showed up an hour late. The guy looked like he just had a game of golf. Then they double booked us even though we informed them we were working around the schedules of our painters and movers. They only sent one guy to work on the entire install. He was late from the other job and refused to finish according to what we had agreed on. I'm not upset at the worker considering he was overworked and came from another install he was tasked to do alone as well. Management knew how upset and inconvenienced we were and basically said too bad. Their installer comes back an extra day and the entire job was rushed. The seams of the carpet pieces are totally visible and not blended properly. They didn't even tell him the correct instructions. Our closets were gutted even though we specified we weren't changing the carpet in the closets. Overall, it was an awful experience and the ones running this sham showed no sense of concern and under delivered. Don't trust this place.

I was looking for someone to make a carpet runner for the split stair case. Ryan was the last one I contacted and he was the only one who said he could make it happen. He did caution me the price for stair runners tend to be more expensive. If it was not within budget, having the stairs carpeted would also be an option. I agreed to the ball park price. He came out during my home remodel and measured the stairs. Prior to completing the contract information, I found out that my steps were not going to be wood and would only be vinyl. The carpet would not be able to be nailed into the steps. I had to think of a creative way since I really wanted a runner. I asked if they would be able to tape or glue the tops and staple the faceboard. Martine the installer was on vacation so Ryan said he would ask when he returned. I followed up a couple days after Martine returned from vacation and he confirmed it would be doable. My original color ended up matching my current floors too well so I stopped by the shop to look at other samples they had on the floor. Aliyah was very kind, helpful and between the three of us ladies (myself, Aliyah and my friend Alma), we decided on a new color to better match my handrails. Install day was scheduled, then re-scheduled due to an incident with the installer. Once everything was square, Martine came out to measure and cut the carpet. Professional and efficient. The carpet would then be sent to binding. One week later, install happened on 7/4/21. One piece was missing and Martine was able to pick it up on 7/6/21 and complete the install. The stair runner looks amazing. It was a pricey investment but it looks beautiful. I hope it stays but I understand, we had to think outside of the box for this project. I am so happy to have found Brian. I was able to take a few pictures and he had me measure the square feet of the area/room that needed stretching. (The length and width of the entire room, multiply together to get the square feet. Brian got back to me quickly with a fair quote. Based on scheduling, we agreed on Friday morning from 830-9am. He was prompt and polite and showed up on time. I asked him to walk through the areas that needed stretching to make sure the agreed upon quote was still accurate. He got his tools and put booties on his shoes and began to work promptly. Now I know why he had me measure the entire square feet because the "ENTIRE" area needs stretched and not just the part with the bump. Brian is personable and I was able to able to find out that he has been doing carpet since he was 18 years old. He has over 40 years of experience! I was really impressed that he had the tools and knowledge on how to approach each room. I was able to get all the clutter and small stuff off the floor the night before. With his tools, he was able to stretch the carpet without moving too much. Each time I hire anyone to work on my house, I vet their past jobs and see if the customer is happy with the work and to see if it's a professional person devoted to the craft or someone with tools that watched some online videos.
