Large selection of products and knowledgeable associates asked about what I was looking for and what would work best for me. The manager came out to measure and discuss how the work would be done and go over possible additional charges based on my existing flooring. He provided a quote in a very timely manner and we scheduled the date! They assigned a two man team who showed up promptly on time each morning. The installers were amazing. They took such care in my home and were so respectful and efficient! They assisted with some installation questions I had and got right to work. They were so careful moving my furniture around and I was so touched that they made sure my bed area was cleared at the end of their upstairs workdays so I didn't have to sleep on the couch. They used plastic sheeting to mask off closet and bathroom contents to keep the dust down as much as possible due to the floor leveling process. They set up shop in my garage and at the end of each of the 5 days tidied the work spaces and swept up the garage very thoroughly. F and L..... thank you so much. I know I said it a lot but I really love the excellent job you did! I am so happy with the outcome. I love my floors and give OC Hardwood the highest praise possible!!! My neighbors and friends love the floors and I'm glad I grabbed a couple of business cards because they've been given away to interested parties! My two favorite comments.... What kind of wood is this? LVP!! This looks like House and Gardens TV! My previous cat had passed away November 2025 and I knew I wanted to have the flooring redone before adopting another. They finished on a Friday afternoon and I was able to adopt a rescue cat 2 days later. I do recommend boarding any pets as the work would be quite frightening to them. This was a big deal for me... I am extremely picky and felt such confidence in F and L as consummate professionals as the work progressed. Thank you OC Hardwood! You made my flooring dream come true!!

A huge thank you to George, the flooring manager. He was remarkably patient with us as we navigated our options. He took the time to explain the technical differences between various LVP products and walked us through the entire installation process so we knew exactly what to expect. What we appreciated most was his honesty. After the demo revealed the condition of our subfloor, George met me at the site to explain the necessary steps required to optimize the installation and ensure the longevity of our new floors. The installation team, led by Ignacio, was fantastic. They were very professional, friendly, and impressively fast without sacrificing any attention to detail. They also kept the workspace very clean. If you are looking for a team that is truthful, efficient, and delivers high-quality work, I highly recommend George and his crew!

Both times, the communication was clear, the service was quick, and the process felt easy from start to finish. Very fair deal with many options. What really stands out, though, is Robin. After our wood plank flooring was completed, we had some issues with a leak, and this is where she truly went above and beyond. A lot of companies would have simply said, "That's not our issue," and moved on, but Robin did the opposite. She worked hand in hand with us, helped troubleshoot, delegated to the right people on her team, and made us feel like she was genuinely trying to solve the problem with us. Her responses were incredibly quick, even on her days off, and that level of care is rare. Sterling already earned our business with their quality work and efficiency, but Robin is the reason we will be customers for life. I can't be more grateful for the way she handled everything.

I am glad this ended on a good note, since other than the communication issue, the floors look amazing, and his team worked hard and quickly. His team did leave floor finish stains on the baseboards and my kitchen quartz counter walls, so heads up, don't forget to ask them to use painters tape if you're getting your hardwood floors sanded and refinished. (Initial review) Initially when Alex first gets your business, they seem responsive and even tells me about how shoddy of a job the previous flooring people did in my home (fixed by previous owners). But the moment any small issues come up, Alex just ghosts his customers. In the video you can see the cracks happening under normal body weight. I really wanted to believe that at the very least he and his team will try to provide any rectification, even if it's just to come out again to check on the floor to see what else can be done, like I wouldn't even have mind paying an additional small fee for materials. Instead, since he has been fully paid, he won't even see the project to the end to make sure he delivers on quality work. I understand that things come up and he could be busy but the non-responsiveness for two weeks is clear.

Installation kicked off right on schedule. Alex's crews showed up early each morning with smiles, set clear expectations for the day, and--my favorite part--left the site spotless every evening. No sawdust trails, no empty coffee cups, just tidy floors ready for the next day's work. The installers were polite and happy to answer my many questions about care and maintenance. A special shout-out to the team member who tackled the staircase: the precision on each tread and riser is next-level. Friends keep asking if the stairs were custom-built! The new baseboards tie everything together with crisp, clean lines that make the room feel finished and elevated. Bottom line: if you're hunting for competitive pricing without sacrificing craftsmanship or communication, call Aesthetic Flooring. I'm beyond thrilled with the transformation and can't stop staring at my beautiful new floors. Me and my husband had a great interaction with the lady who helped us with our tiles. However, when…read moremy contractor went to get the tile and grout that we ordered, they gave them the wrong grout color. I was so upset. My contractor's people already laid down the grout and Floor and Decor wouldn't pay for the labor to redo the grout. Instead they gave us a seal with the correct color to try to make it right. However when my contractor's people put it down, it just didn't have the same effect as grout. Because we couldn't afford the labor for them to redo the grout, we just have to live with the discoloration of the grout. On top of that, the tile that we chose had odd pieces to them that looked stained. You really don't know what things would look like until you purchase it. And of course I wasn't home to supervise their work, because I had a job to go to pay for all the work that didn't turn out the way I expected. Needless to say, I suggest you go to Lowe's or Home Depot for tiles because they actually are a little bit more affordable. Floor and Decor as actually expensive.

I previously had a horrible experience with another flooring contractor (completely unrelated to…read morethis company), which made me very nervous about going through the process again. The flooring from that past job began breaking, even bowing at one point, and when concerns were raised, the contractor brushed it off and said to give it time to settle. It never improved and now just creaks, but we eventually gave up on trying to fix it. Overall, it was a nightmare experience. Because of that, I was extremely cautious when choosing new flooring this time around. I asked a lot of questions, sometimes more than once, to help ease my nerves. Jacob was the one who helped me, and he was so patient and helpful. He was very down to earth, explained everything in layman's terms, and spoke to me like a friend rather than talking down to me. In an industry that is primarily male, I've often felt dismissed or spoken down to, which can be incredibly frustrating. Jacob treated me with respect and like a person, which I truly appreciated. Jacob also helped me choose the flooring, and the process was surprisingly easy. I told him I wanted a light-colored floor, and he selected three options that closely matched what I had in mind. It was such a relief not to sift through endless samples, which can be very overwhelming. I was able to make a decision quickly, and the end result was perfect. I absolutely love how it turned out.

Normally it's tailgate service meaning they pull up and you take the stuff off the truck. Kingsly also custom makes their own nosing for stairs. It's 80 bucks for a strip, the strips are pretty long. We spent about $9000. Either you or your flooring company should measure carefully when ordering. Our cartons contained 29 sq ft. We did feel 12 bags of self leveling concrete was excessive when it looked like it was only used on a few corners of the room in a job less than 900 sq feet. Unfortunately one of the stair nosing broke within a couple weeks of install. Rafi was responsive in redoing the stairs stating it was a manufacturing defect and that the new version is stronger. Unfortunately the second team quality of work was very poor. They left holes in our walls that were patched poorly with plaster. Worst of all the stairs were apparently nailed to the subfloor and after a few weeks they started to rise leaving little holes and nails protruding from the floor. A few of the stair noses are loose as well. At this point, Rafi became unresponsive to have the flooring fixed. We ended up getting some of our money back through our credit card after months went by but the majority of the payment was by check. Basically we will need to replace the stairs again on our own dime. Buyer beware! Lifetime warranty doesn't mean anything if the installer ghosts you.
