We replaced two sliders with a horizontal upper fixed picture window over top 2/3 of window. On the lower 1/3 horizontal level the middle 50% was fixed with two 25% screened windows on the left and right, which slide over the fixed when open. Worked beautifully and the picture window was stunning. Excellent installation of both window. Very happy with the result. It turned out that the bathroom window was misconfigured at the factory, which was initially a disappointment, because it had been designed & ordered appropriately by the Salesman, but here's the thing. This company corrected the problem, at its own expense, and now that this window is in, it's working perfectly and the installation, as before with the kitchen window, was done professionally and expertly. The installers were great guys too. I could not have asked for more professionalism, from the initial Salesman, to Chelsea who communicated frequently with me and the higher up folks who had to approve these corrections and to the installers themselves. In every way possible this is an excellent reliable company and I highly recommend them. The initial design glitch was just that -- a glitch. They were installed in July of 2025 in our new construction family home. In the spring of 2026 (February, March) I brought up several concerns to John E. at the Arizona Window and Door Store regarding sliding doors being warped by the heat/sun and failing to close, pivot door beginning to show signs of discoloration and deterioration, window screens not manufacturer to the correct dimensions, and on top of that, exterior doors presenting water damage which seeped through to the inside of our brand new home. These concerns have still not been resolved as of September 2026. During this time, I have raised my concerns on multiple occasions across an array of service channels - our primary salesperson John E. (text, phone, email, and in-person), the AZ Window and Door Store's support number provided, and even the direct manufacturer support line (International Window Corporation, and Western Pivot Door). Given this immense headache and scar on the process of building a new home for our family, we're at odds with what to do moving forward and want to warn all others interested in this establishment to veer away. At this point, we can only assume that Arizona Window and Door Store is attempting to run out the clock out on any warranty services or simply to do the right thing and install the products correctly.

Unfortunately, due to heavy demand, I had to wait about 2 1/2 weeks before they could come out to fix my sliding door which would no longer slide. I called another company I had used in the past, and they were running about the same timeframe. I wanted to try Phoenix Sliding Doors, so I went with their appointment. I warned the woman who made the appointment that my sliding doors were 8 ft tall and obviously very heavy. She asked me to send in some pictures, which I did. She assured me that one technician would be able to handle it. She was right. I received a message yesterday confirming today's appointment, The technician who came today was obviously a pro. He called to let me know when he was 20 minutes away. He quickly figured out that a roller was most likely the problem. He removed the screen door and then both the fixed glass door and then the sliding glass door. There were various parts to the track and the doors, like a puzzle, and he expertly removed parts. He ascertained that the roller was indeed no longer working, and went out to get new ones. When the technician replaced (all) the rollers, he just as expertly put the doors and tracks back together. First he cleaned the track, which was filthy from dust, bugs and dog hair, trapped in places where we could not clean it while the doors were in place. Then he put the doors back on, making sure everything was level and worked properly. In all, I was very pleased with the expertise of the technician, and the price was reasonable for the work done. Would I have liked to not wait two and a half weeks to get the repair? Sure, but if waiting meant getting a very competent technician, a reasonable price, and a company that followed up well, then waiting was okay.
