This is the first time we used EcoWash to clean our gutters. The owner, Bailey, was very professional and easy to work with. I let Bailey know we would like our gutter's cleaned and the nails/screws of the gutters secured. On appointment day, 2 of Bailey's crew members showed up to preform this service. They were very nice and friendly. After showing them the gutters, they explained what they would be doing. After the cleaning, they recapped what they did and saw with me. They mention the roof had very little moss and they asked if I would like them to treat what was there. They also mention that we may want to put a second downspout in our back gutter to help with flow. They stated this is something they do not do. I appreciated there honesty. They mentioned they clean dryer vents if interested. I never felt pressured. They informed the cost of each service as they went. Luke did a great job cleaning the roof and gutters for our home. He really worked hard and was thorough in getting everything done and making sure we were satisfied with the job. He was easy to get ahold of and communicate with before and during the cleaning. I appreciated being able to get a quote over email, and he was serious about staying within $50 of that estimate. He was also flexible: we'd asked him to reinstall a gutter that had been torn out by a storm, and when it turned out that wasn't possible because it was too mangled, he completed extra tasks like cleaning the skylights on our home and adding gutter guards without extra charge. read more

Our gutters needed to be cleaned after a wet spring under a big maple tree. Our neighbor recommended EcoWash. EcoWash were able to schedule us very quickly as they were also coming to our neighbor's house. Once here they recommended removing the moss from the roof (I looked & it was bad - wet spring, etc.), and a moss treatment. They asked about cleaning the dryer vent, which also turned out to need cleaning. So we had several things fixed in one visit, quickly and painlessly. EcoWash was great to work with. I left messages with several firms to unclog a gutter. Bailey texted me with a couple questions in about 2 days and gave me a quote within an hour. We scheduled for a week out (I get the impression he's pretty busy). His day cleared up unexpectedly so he came over several hours early and got the job done. We live in an older home with a lot of complicated, hard to reach windows. We also have storm windows everywhere. Luke at EcoWash did a super thorough job, both inside and out, washing them all to perfection. Bailey and Sam were prompt and worked in a timely manner hanging holiday lights on our roof line. Since they were so quick and efficient, I also had them hang garland over the porch. They even took extra time to install aluminum leaf guards over the downspouts which had been ripped out and tossed by the person we hired the week prior to clean our gutters. Best window cleaning I've had! Bailey is super detailed. I've had window cleaners that are not. I'd rather have a pro that understands the surface he's cleaning and takes price in his work.
