I own a 2018 Lexus RX 350. In November it developed a water leak that came through the eyeglass…read moreholder in the roof. I initially took it to a Toyota dealership that blew out the drain pipes that are on both sides of the roof. That worked for a couple of months but began leaking in January. When I returned to the Toyota dealership they determined that the skylight was the issue & quoted $1659.94 to replace the sunroof glass saying that the rubber seal on the sunroof was failing. I have never used the sunroof & when I looked at the rubber seal it looked brand new! I then went to the Windshield Doctor and met Dillan LeGrand. I explained the issue & he spent the next few hours sealing the drains while I waited. He charged a $100.00 fee for time and materials. He said to wait until it rained to insure the roof did not leak. After several weeks & no rain I decided to go through the car wash over the weekend. Not a drop of water leaked through the roof!! Yesterday I went to the shop & was thrilled to pay his fee. Dillan provided a solution to the problem, was courteous, creative and I highly recommend Dillan & his abilities! The Toyota dealership saw a silver haired senior woman, driving a Lexus & went "ChaChing"!! BS on that. Thank you Dillan LeGrand!

Were they rude? Not really. Just really unprofessional and unapologetic. They did NOTHING to ease my situation. I was under the gun to get the work done quickly and they guaranteed they could do it. They did not deliver on one thing they said they would. I would not recommend these guys to anyone...ever! I rarely, if ever leave reviews. This time, I plan on it. If it saves anyone from avoiding the nightmare I endured it's worth it. Here's some notes for Auto Glass Guru if you read your reviews: 1. It's called customer service for a reason. You are supposed to provide the customer with service. Not bad service or no service...actual service. 2. Good companies try to make it right with their customers. You should try that approach. You did nothing to offer help. 3. Retrain your staff or rewrite your policy. You are a simple dispatch service who farms out the work to a local and takes a cut off the top. Regardless, your business name is on it. Act like it. Very disappointed.

And my technician Abderrahmane (hey, don't come at me, that's how it was spelled in the company texts!!!) even repaired my head liner which was falling down!!!! I would highly recommend them!!! But a few tips before you go: 1. MAKE AN APPOINTMENT IN ADVANCE. They are very busy and the place runs like a Swiss clock. 2. BE ON TIME FOR YOUR APPOINTMENT!!! Again, they run a tight ship. They would like you to show up within 15 minutes of your appointment time. If you don't, you might not be seen. 3. If you want to wait, you can. The place has plenty of seating AND customer wifi available. I put in an earbud and watched a movie during my wait. They also have coffee, water, and cokes available to customers. They were prompt, professional, and courteous to everyone who came through the doors. I'll definitely make sure to use them in the future if necessary.

Panicked, I called all over Kennewick and Victor was the only one that said he could get me in the same day. I set up my appointment for later in the day and when I arrived the window was actually being delivered. Turns out they shipped him the wrong window. Victor felt bad about it and called immediately to have the right one sent. He felt so bad he was willing to replace my window after 9pm when it arrived. We opted for first thing in the morning. A full size deer broadsided the front of my SUV while I was in Walla Walla on business. That SUV wasn't going anywhere and I had everywhere else to be. Chad and the rest of the folks at NW Collision took it in and made my life so easy. Besides being super friendly and funny as hell, they dealt directly with my insurance, they repaired the SUV back to new, and they didn't even eat the Halloween candy I had to abandon when it got towed! NW Collision took time to re-wrap the front end in that protective 3M stuff, and then for their final performance - cleaned it back to sparkling before I came to get it. If six stars were a thing, NW Collision is deserving!
