While backing out of my driveway, I ran into a board sticking out of the back of a parked truck which left a hole in the rear panel. I got estimates from three places and decided to go with Northwest Collision. The estimate was about the same as the other two, but I liked the customer service. The receptionist was friendly and helpful, both in the waiting area and on the phone. The estimator clearly presented options, and I was informed of problems and progress along the way. They had a driver available to take me home and pick me up while the car was in the shop which was a huge help. I would certainly recommend them. read more

Who knew getting in a collision could be such an adventure!!! NW Collision has some of the best customer service I have ever experienced. A full size deer broadsided the front of my SUV while I was in Walla Walla on business. That SUV wasn't going anywhere and I had everywhere else to be. Chad and the rest of the folks at NW Collision took it in and made my life so easy. Besides being super friendly and funny as hell, they dealt directly with my insurance, they repaired the SUV back to new, and they didn't even eat the Halloween candy I had to abandon when it got towed! NW Collision took time to re-wrap the front end in that protective 3M stuff, and then for their final performance - cleaned it back to sparkling before I came to get it. They are, by far, the best professional car repair place to go to. I had a small, Nike shaped scratch on the passenger side door. I stopped by and they told me how expensive that scratch would be to fix. The other option would be to get a paint repair kit, which I did, from the Ford Company. I stopped back and they put it on, without an appointment, and no cost. They will get my recommendation to anyone in need of a repair. read more

I had taken my Subaru Legacy into the mountains and bottomed it out a few times. It was making the most horrific sound whenever I was in gear and I'd taken it to two shops before. One shop told me it was a driveline problem and wouldn't even look at it. Jeff, at Northwest Collision, went with me immediately for a test drive and got me into the shop with no wait time. Turns out, I had just broken a few bolts off my heat shield and shifted my muffler/exhaust line over a few inches. Easy fix, but Jeff actually took the time to let me know what was wrong! And he didn't charge me since they do free estimates. I was really appreciative! I was very impressed with the staff there and their shop was one of the biggest, cleanest ones I've seen yet! Best in town for repairing body damage or getting a paint job. Can be quite busy so expect a waiting period to get your car in.

When I came by for an estimate, they did a temporary repair, for free, without knowing which shop I'd choose. The did an excellent job, on time, at the estimated price. They even cleaned the car inside and out. They're not the cheapest, but they're worth the higher price. read more

Sadly my German crossover in its 5 year lifespan has twice been attacked by deer and once by a filling station post. The car has protected its owner as it should, but the exterior was spoiled all three times. Two of those repairs were done in Walla Walla and Northwest Collision has done an excellent job both times. Atomic Auto Body in Richland did the other that happened away from home and both shops gave Mercedes quality service and results. read more

Took our vehicles there to get repaired after a tree crashed into them. Nice outfit, my truck looked good and was completed ahead of schedule; however wrong electrical components were installed and it cost me multiple return trips and three days without a vehicle. Will not go back. read more

I had an easy and wonderful experience. Someone rear ended my mini, completely cracking the bumper so I needed to have it replaced. They were booked 5 weeks out but when I took it in they had it ready the minute they said they would! They also cleaned the inside and outside of it. The car looks perfect! read more
