I called a few times and we were kind of playing phone tag to reach each other. So, the owner actually texted me after I left a voicemail and offered to stop by to see what we wanted to get rid of and what we wanted to donate. I expressed the importance of where I would like our things donated and the owner totally respected my request! When I met the owner he was such a nice man and looked at what we had and even struck up a nice conversation with me. He then asked me when would I like to have everything picked up and I gave him a day and then I asked him what his price for the pickup and donations would be. He took into account that I was donating over 10 big moving boxes and cut the price and said he'll have his brother and a small crew come by on the day I requested. There is more to this, but I am going to cut it off here. I just want all of WW to know that the owner of this business is a real gentleman and hard worker! His brother is just as friendly as well! I've called seven times in the last week and they won't pick up the four cans. The address is on court and close to road 100. I've called seven times and the cans continue to sit on the street for a week. I'm going to call the City of Pasco and complain and bill Basin Disposal for storage of the extra garbage cans on my property. Since I'm a CBC business professor I'll track down the CEO and ask them to come to CBC business class to explain how this is good service. I don't know how many more weeks the garbage cans will be out on the road.

Cody Minnis rescued me - literally- from the bridge leaving Pasco. I was .4 miles from a gas…read morestation, 6 hours into a 9 hour trip- with my two dogs- and Cody came running! I was in a terrible spot, pulled over on the left hand side but no extra space whatsoever. Cars were zipping by at 60 mph, some not even moving even slightly to give me room. One texting driver and I'd be toast. I called the first listed service- they had an answering service in India. It too them 15 minutes to be able to tell me it would be at least 90 minutes to get a truck to me. (Who wants to call India to call for a local service??) I ended up getting referred to Cody from another service. Cody knew I was in a bad spot and literally dropped everything to come bring me gas. He was so awesome! Polite, quick, helpful, courteous, and then didn't overcharge me to boot. Thank you so much, Cody! You are one of the unsung heroes out there on the busy road. Thank you for rescuing me and my dogs.
