His crew showed up on time, they were courteous and gave attention to the smallest detail. They took care of everything. It has been over a year since work started on my pool build. I am beyond angry and have no other…read moreoptions than to write a review now and address with the BBB. I have been holding off writing a review hoping that work would be finished or corrected. It isn't getting done. The quality of work is average and in some cases below average. My pool has a slow leak and they have yet to even acknowledge it or come out and look for it. The top of my fountain is not even so one side has a bigger overhang than the other. The light they installed in my waterfall does not work nor will it ever work. They took a part with them to replace with a solar part and never returned. The electricians didn't get all the work done because they were missing a part. They finally came after I pestered the builder. When the electricians came they installed a part but needed a plummer to finish installing. The electrician told me it was to meet code. It has yet to be installed and to date no final inspection. When cement was poured I ended up with huge blotches in it that will not come out. They got cement overspray over my existing patio and never cleaned it up. We agreed to wait until I was going to close my pool for them to put cement anchors in and install my pool cover. I tried to get them to just do it early as I want this nightmare over. They never acknowledged me. I let them know September 26th that my pool would be closed on 10/3. I did not hear from them until yesterday when apologizing for letting me down as a customer yet no acknowledgement of when they would come put the cover on. All they said is they would come over if I wanted them to to do some stuff. Today they say they can't put pool cover on until next week. Really? I DO NOT recommend this company. They don't respond, they don't do what they say they will do and their work is subpar. I am sure with this review, the rest of my work will not be done.
