I called a few times and we were kind of playing phone tag to reach each other. So, the owner actually texted me after I left a voicemail and offered to stop by to see what we wanted to get rid of and what we wanted to donate. I expressed the importance of where I would like our things donated and the owner totally respected my request! When I met the owner he was such a nice man and looked at what we had and even struck up a nice conversation with me. He then asked me when would I like to have everything picked up and I gave him a day and then I asked him what his price for the pickup and donations would be. He took into account that I was donating over 10 big moving boxes and cut the price and said he'll have his brother and a small crew come by on the day I requested. There is more to this, but I am going to cut it off here. I just want all of WW to know that the owner of this business is a real gentleman and hard worker! His brother is just as friendly as well! These are really decent guys who showed up on time (I tend to feel anxious if I have to wait past the agreed upon time) and immediately got to work. Not only were they fast and efficient, but they also took the time to tighten screws on my newly assembled bed since I don't have the physical strength in my hands to do the best job.
