I have had the pleasure of getting to work with JJ Haul Away!…read more Moving from Hawaii to WW was an adventure in itself and we had a lot of boxes and trash from the move and I also wanted to make sure to donate clothes to a good shelter and not Salvation Army or Goodwill. I called a few times and we were kind of playing phone tag to reach each other. So, the owner actually texted me after I left a voicemail and offered to stop by to see what we wanted to get rid of and what we wanted to donate. I expressed the importance of where I would like our things donated and the owner totally respected my request! When I met the owner he was such a nice man and looked at what we had and even struck up a nice conversation with me. He then asked me when would I like to have everything picked up and I gave him a day and then I asked him what his price for the pickup and donations would be. He took into account that I was donating over 10 big moving boxes and cut the price and said he'll have his brother and a small crew come by on the day I requested. There is more to this, but I am going to cut it off here. I just want all of WW to know that the owner of this business is a real gentleman and hard worker! His brother is just as friendly as well! They'll work with your budget and will happily answer any questions you may have! Thank you, JJ Haul Away! You made me and my kids move to WW easier with your awesome service!! I called him on a Friday, and him and his team were there and ready to help by Saturday afternoon. Also very fairly priced! Great company with great communication.
