So, besides Ray making you leave your car overnight so that the check can clear and then driving it around instead of leaving it on the lot until you pick it up the next day... Yes, he did indeed drive my car after he had my check... Ray is also a major jerk. I was able to pick up my car last night so, I have it back now. Today I went to go get my title from Ray. He tried to do the salesman cheery pitch with me and I let him know that I wasn't happy at the moment and wanted my title so I could get out. He knew that my car had been in the shop, I'd told him on June 10th, so he asked me what all I had to have done to it. I explained that I had to put about $1,500 into it. I told him that I had to have the oil changed, new oil filter, new air filter, and a new battery. I told him that was all fine normal stuff to me. Then I told him that I had to have the spark plugs, boots, valve covers, and gaskets replaced for $1,365. After each item he told me that those parts weren't "all that much". He asked me where I had gotten the work done and I told him Luttrells. He made a disgusted face and told me that I had "gotten taken". I told him that that's what they had told me it cost. So then Ray "calls" someone. He used his fax machine phone to call and didn't let me talk to or hear whomever it was. He claims it was someone from AMF Auto down the road. Anyway, he asked the guy only about changing the spark plugs and how much work and cost that would be. Supposedly the guy told him only a couple of hundred of dollars. Then he hung up the phone, even though I was reaching out my hand to talk to the person to clarify what all had been done (and to verify that there was someone actually there). I called Luttrells on my cell phone and asked them to walk through all the work and costs with me again since I was being told that I had been ripped off. The nice man started going through it all with me (again since he had done so at the time of the work too) and said he wasn't sure who told me that I had gotten ripped off so I told him that I was at Ray's Eastgate Auto in Milton-Freewater, OR and that it was Ray who was telling me that I had. Me telling Luttrells that he had said such a thing made Ray mad so he demanded to talk to them. I handed my phone to him and Ray told him that I had only said that I had had work done and all he knew about was the spark plugs and that he hadn't said I'd gotten ripped off. I spoke up and said all the items AGAIN and confirmed that yes, he had told me that I had gotten ripped off. Ray got off the phone with Luttrells, THREW MY PHONE AT ME, and told me that he didn't want to speak to me anymore. DO NOT BUY FROM RAY'S EASTGATE AUTO IN MILTON-FREEWATER, OR!!!!!! I drove to Luttrells to have them walk through with me in person what all had to be done. The guy was really great and did so. If you need work done, go to Luttrells. Thank you Luttrell's!

Elias in sales was very helpful and straight forward. The offer they brought me for my trade-in was spot on. The price they were asking for the car I wanted was also spot on. No wasted back and forth time. Steve, from finance, found me a good loan and had everything ready . No time wasted there. I took the car back for some touch up work, the service manager remembered my name, having only met me once, briefly. All staff were friendly and willing to answer questions. The only quibble I have with the whole process is their web site uses TradePending to value your trade-in. When at the dealer, they use KBB. TradePending's value is not near that of KBB. In my case it was way higher. If you are doing research prior to going in for a new vehicle, keep this in mind.

They valued our trade (very fair) and found the color combination we wanted and got it in. Jarod the sales manager and Jason in sales were both exceptional to work with. This is a family-owned dealership, which is always our preference. They work very hard to provide a no pressure, hassle free experience. It's getting hard to find dealerships like this that actually value their customers and go the extra mile to make sure they have a great experience. I highly recommend that anyone looking for a new Honda or used vehicle give Underriner an opportunity to earn your business and trust.

Run!!!…read more We verified their service manager lied to us multiple times that we can verify, about our repair and we had to take our car to a different shop to find out they screwed up the alignment so bad that our tires were destroyed when we drove the car after getting it back. & we had to replace them. They actually gave us our car back with the dash AWD alert light on so they kept the car for another week to fix that problem. Second shop said they've never seen an alignment this bad ever, & we've been bring our cars to them for the past 4 years. We had to use Legacy Dodge because the power stealing went out and they had to replace. I took photos of the ruined tires that had been riding on the outer rims. I was in the shop and they showed me the 6.0 & 6.4 readings for the alignment while it was on the rack. Owner refuses to take ownership of the problem even after weeks of giving him every single piece of evidence he asked for & we've been forced to obtain a lawyer to get justice because no amount of actual evidence is enough for the owner of Legacy Dodge, who is NOT the same owner as Legacy Ford. We will see him in court, because our experience with them has shown them to be both irresponsible and lacking any semblance of integrity whatsoever. We are contacting Legacy corporate where they get their brand licensing from, & Chrysler too to report this problem. God help anyone who is forced to use Legacy Dodge for their fleet!

After months of back and forth, Robert Bates stepped in and was committed to finding a solution that suited both of us. splitting the cost with our family and getting our truck back up and running. Robert kept in touch throughout the process and his commitment showed us he truly cared about settling this whole situation. Thankfully we are back in our truck, the one needed to kickstart my business which got sidelined when this whole mess hit. We are grateful to put this behind us and be able to move forward.
