I was working in the area and was looking for somewhere other than the Ramada (where I usually stay). The Econo lodge is definitely a place to look into if you're staying in the area and don't won't to hurt the bank account. The rooms are kinda smaller than what I'm used to but they serve their purpose. The beds are comfy and the sheets are soft. The showers are hot and have have nice water pressure. There are a few places to eat in the area and Walmart is right across the road. I'll definitely stay here again. Highly recommend!

I dont normally made a fuss about things like this but with covid, hotels should be tripple checking their work, especially with having less business and more time. I got a room here at a discounted price with Hotels.com. unfortunately, I was half way though my shower before I realized there was an open bar of soap in the shower with me , that wasn't mine. So I called the front desk and they apologized and asked what they could do. I told them if it wasn't cleaned, then I'm already exposed to whatever was lurking in there so changing a room would be moot. My shower was done.. They said their manager was in in the morning and that they had the authority to make things right. Morning comes and I talk to another employee who says the manager isn't there and after I explain the night before she says I got a really good price on the room($60), and that she can't do anything to make the situation right. I said I work housekeeping myself, and if opened soap is left in the shower, at least that spot hasn't been cleaned or it would be gone. She says the housekeeping staff cleans everything. I said well they missed a spot. Not to mention the sticky gunk I put my hand in on the TV stand too. She refused to do anything about the situation so therefore due to the room not being cleaned throughly and they were unwilling to make the situation even a little right from their screw up, I leave them one star.

Please hope that this place is a LOT cleaner if you try to stay there!

We have a fridge, microwave and coffee center. The TV is quite large and has a nice selection of channels. We are just staying for a night. This is a great value for a hotel. I would stay here again. I wanted to add- breakfast here was really nice. Real eggs, not the standard Sysco eggs. Healthy choices, Turkey bacon and egg whites. Coffee was pretty good. And the fresh whole fruit was top quality. I really appreciated this.

When I discovered this and contacted the hotel, my requests were repeatedly ignored until I escalated the issue to IHG Corporate. Only then did the General Manager immediately provide written confirmation that a refund would be issued. However, after waiting 10 business days with no credit processed, I requested a verifiable transaction reference number. Instead of a legitimate refund receipt, the manager sent a copy of my original $0 checkout folio, falsely presenting it as proof of a reversal. Furthermore, when I submitted a corporate survey regarding this billing issue, IHG corporate informed me they would not publish my feedback. Due to this severe lack of financial integrity and the brand's censorship of legitimate complaints, I am highly dissatisfied and cannot recommend this hotel.

They have an upper floor but no elevator! The room was pretty good, nice, and clean, with the exception of an upholstered chair. I sat in it to watch the large flat screen TV. The chair's arms were sticky with who knows what from years of use and no deep cleaning. Ugh! The back of the same chair was also in the same condition as the arms, more ugh! To use it, we took towels from the b/r and covered the offending areas. No one should have to do this... just gross. The king bed was oh so comfortable and smelled good, which helped foe a good night's sleep. Under the TV cabinet was a mini refrigerator with a freezer, no microwave, but they provided a small coffee pot system with reg and decaf. The b/r had a fantastic shower with good water pressure, nearly immediate hot water. A word of caution, the bottom of the tub was a bit slick. In the morning, there was a decent breakfast, carbs, protein, and juices, a good balance. The coffee was hot and a really good brand to start your day. They do accommodate the gluten-free guests with a dedicated waffle maker. .

Fine, not a big deal. However when we got into our room we found nothing but issues. The door knob in the bathroom wasnt bolted on all the way and the pillows on the bed looked like they had been washed and dried and all of the stuffing had gone to one end of the pillowcases so they were just hard lumps about half the size of a normal pillowcase. Obviously I woke up with a headache and need for a chiropractor. Second the toilet was running when flushed. We jiggle the handle to make it stop running but then it leaked all over the floor. We tried to call the front desk but of course the phone was not operational. We went down and asked the girl for more towels since i had to use them all to clean the floor. She said that they had no more clean towels and that she was the only one in the entire building, no maintenance no room service, nothing, but she would make a note about the toilet for them to fix in the morning. The following day We were out of our room all day. When we came back the toilet was still running and the entire bathroom and entryway floor was completely flooded. We had no room service and never got the new towels. At this point it was 9 o'clock at Night so we went back down To the desk. All they could do was have us switch rooms, which was a huge inconvenience since we have a one-year-old who we were trying to get to bed and then had to stop and move everything down the hall. In this room the pillows were slightly better although at this point we had already went to Walmart and bought our own pillows just so we could sleep Somewhat comfortably. It's not like it was a cheap stay either, two nights cost us almost $400. Super disappointing and total waste of money.

I booked the hotel through Hotels.com for $99 per night. I was sold on the location and price. The hotel was beside a gas station so we did not worry about finding a place to fill up, especially before we left to drive back to Canada. It was also a short drive to the museum, Walmart and restaurants. The hotel is fairly large and can accommodate a lot of patrons, plenty of spots for parking. The hotel hosted a prom the first night we were there so the hotel was booked to close to capacity. The second night was the complete opposite, only about 15 to 20 rooms were occupied. The staff were attentive and welcoming. I asked if I would hear the noise from the party right before I checked in and the staff said that if we could hear the music, she would be glad to help us switch rooms. We couldn't near the noise, but the staff even called our rooms shortly after we settled in to see if we were ok with the noise levels. The room was larger than I imagined. It had a mini fridge too! The room I stayed in did not have a microwave, but another room we booked had one. So if you plan on using a microwave on your trip, be sure to ask when you check in! The complimentary internet was fantastic - no complaints there. The complimentary breakfast was underwhelming. Not a lot of selection, just the basic cereal, coffee, sausages, toast, waffles. Definitely less variety compared to the other Ramada's I have visited before in the US. Overall lovely weekend and would stay at this location again.
