For the price this was an excellent choice. The staff is very friendly, the hotel is clean, and the room had a microwave and refrigerator. It's about a five minute drive to the downtown area, but there is a Walmart within walking distance. I'll stay here again for sure.

Arrived late last night after a long day on the road. Conveniently located 5 minutes off the interstate, we got our room key and had about 20 minutes to use the pool. Why close at 10pm? Wish it had been open later. Also, the fitness center is not 24 hours, again wish they were more accomodating on the hours of use. Otherwise, no surprises, clean room and coffee ready to go. Morning breakfast was available with the standard Hampton selection. Thanks Hampton! Always a reliable place to rest.

Service: I've never been to a hotel where they ask you to write down what services you want done to the room the night before and leave the paper at the front desk. But that's what you get with this Radisson Hotel Cleanliness: When we got to our room, we noticed there was hair on the bathroom floor and in the toilet. Parking: we were unable to find a parking spot in their guest lot due to their live band that plays on Thursday, Friday and Saturday nights Electronics: One of the outlets next to the bed was not working making charging my phone inconvenient. The TV, Lights and A/C worked nicely. Pool: There was a sign for a whirlpool, but we did not see one. The indoor pool was heated. There were lounge chairs and plenty of clean towels.

Not always easy planning for a group of 300 especially when a hotel is under renovation. The hotel is perfectly situated at the end of market street. Great place to take a walk anytime of day. From the minute we walked in we were surrounded by staff whose only goal was to ensure that we had a quality visit. I am comfortable to say that we did. We also had a wonderful room at the hotel. Our suite just went through a rennovation and my wife and I were the first one's to stay in it. Big living room area as well as a large comfortable sleeping room with a VERY LARGE bathroom (with a shower and Jacuzzi) that can be entered though the living room or bedroom. The restaurants were great. Good service and good food. Overall they were attentive and courteous to all the guests. There swimming pool, although large and inviting could not be visited by me. Too busy during my convention. Overall, the hotel is clean and very inviting. The staff here take a lot of pride in their hotel. Are things going to happen from time to time... yes. But that is NO REASON to downplay the overall excellence of the establishment. They deserve 5 stars for their consistent work and striving for excellence. KUDOs to the team at the Radisson Hotel Corning.

They have an upper floor but no elevator! The room was pretty good, nice, and clean, with the exception of an upholstered chair. I sat in it to watch the large flat screen TV. The chair's arms were sticky with who knows what from years of use and no deep cleaning. Ugh! The back of the same chair was also in the same condition as the arms, more ugh! To use it, we took towels from the b/r and covered the offending areas. No one should have to do this... just gross. The king bed was oh so comfortable and smelled good, which helped foe a good night's sleep. Under the TV cabinet was a mini refrigerator with a freezer, no microwave, but they provided a small coffee pot system with reg and decaf. The b/r had a fantastic shower with good water pressure, nearly immediate hot water. A word of caution, the bottom of the tub was a bit slick. In the morning, there was a decent breakfast, carbs, protein, and juices, a good balance. The coffee was hot and a really good brand to start your day. They do accommodate the gluten-free guests with a dedicated waffle maker. .

When we first arrived it was clear that they were…read morerenovating the location, the construction crew did a poor job of cleaning up after themselves as there was sheet rock dust all over the entryways. Fine, not a big deal. However when we got into our room we found nothing but issues. The door knob in the bathroom wasnt bolted on all the way and the pillows on the bed looked like they had been washed and dried and all of the stuffing had gone to one end of the pillowcases so they were just hard lumps about half the size of a normal pillowcase. Obviously I woke up with a headache and need for a chiropractor. Second the toilet was running when flushed. We jiggle the handle to make it stop running but then it leaked all over the floor. We tried to call the front desk but of course the phone was not operational. We went down and asked the girl for more towels since i had to use them all to clean the floor. She said that they had no more clean towels and that she was the only one in the entire building, no maintenance no room service, nothing, but she would make a note about the toilet for them to fix in the morning. The following day We were out of our room all day. When we came back the toilet was still running and the entire bathroom and entryway floor was completely flooded. We had no room service and never got the new towels. At this point it was 9 o'clock at Night so we went back down To the desk. All they could do was have us switch rooms, which was a huge inconvenience since we have a one-year-old who we were trying to get to bed and then had to stop and move everything down the hall. In this room the pillows were slightly better although at this point we had already went to Walmart and bought our own pillows just so we could sleep Somewhat comfortably. It's not like it was a cheap stay either, two nights cost us almost $400. Super disappointing and total waste of money.

I booked the hotel through Hotels.com for $99 per night. I was sold on the location and price. The hotel was beside a gas station so we did not worry about finding a place to fill up, especially before we left to drive back to Canada. It was also a short drive to the museum, Walmart and restaurants. The hotel is fairly large and can accommodate a lot of patrons, plenty of spots for parking. The hotel hosted a prom the first night we were there so the hotel was booked to close to capacity. The second night was the complete opposite, only about 15 to 20 rooms were occupied. The staff were attentive and welcoming. I asked if I would hear the noise from the party right before I checked in and the staff said that if we could hear the music, she would be glad to help us switch rooms. We couldn't near the noise, but the staff even called our rooms shortly after we settled in to see if we were ok with the noise levels. The room was larger than I imagined. It had a mini fridge too! The room I stayed in did not have a microwave, but another room we booked had one. So if you plan on using a microwave on your trip, be sure to ask when you check in! The complimentary internet was fantastic - no complaints there. The complimentary breakfast was underwhelming. Not a lot of selection, just the basic cereal, coffee, sausages, toast, waffles. Definitely less variety compared to the other Ramada's I have visited before in the US. Overall lovely weekend and would stay at this location again.
