I honestly could not say anything better about this company. The owner Phil is absolutely amazing. He cares so much about his customers and their pets. I reached out to Ecogen pest control to come to my house to get rid of some black widow spiders when I noticed them on Wednesday at 10:30 PM. They were able to come out to my house the following day, with an extremely experienced and very kind exterminator. He reassured me that not only the spiders, but all bugs and rodents will be taken care of on my property. He also assured me that my pets would not be affected from the product, which is my main concern, as my two corgis are my whole life. If I could give this company more stars, I absolutely would. I am so glad that I chose to go with Ecogen pest control opposed to the other competitors. I found EcoGen through Yelp and I used their quote/messaging system. I heard back immediately, and they answered all my questions. We got scheduling done over text and before I know it, Evan was at my door. Evan was seriously the friendliest and made me feel so comfortable about the whole process, including coming inside my home with my crazy dogs. He sprayed the outside and inside of my home, and the garage. We went with the one-time $140 service and we are hopeful that these bugs will be gone. Contacted them Saturday and was able to get someone out Monday. Evan was very friendly and explained the whole extermination process, including the 5 layer barrier protection. Love that the inside spray is safe for pets/humans. Even put traps in garage and found that the cockroaches were coming from a nearby irrigation box. They'll be back again in a month & then it'll be every other month. Finally, the price was perfect with $35 for initial and then $70 for every other treatment. So glad that I found them! read more

I called EcoGen on Friday, July 19th, and spoke with a nice man named Phil. I was inquiring about the cost of pest control, how soon they could get someone to my house, etc., and Phil provided me with all the information I needed. After speaking with Phil, I made an appointment for someone (Evan) to come to my home that day. Evan arrived at my home during the scheduled time frame, and I proceeded to show him around the house as well as the locations of the "bugs" I had been finding (scorpions, black widows, etc.). He was very knowledgeable, helpful, and thorough in everything that he did and spoke about. I felt very confident that it would be a job well done and that every single one of my "bug" concerns would be addressed. Evan proceeded to spay every single inch of the outside and inside of my home and garage. He even left these little trap boxes on each side of the entry at my garage door for those little critters that crawl in that way to my garage. Again, he was completely thorough in everything he did. Not to mention, he had a great personality and was easy to talk to. After Evan left, I received an email from Phil following up on the visit from Evan to make sure I was happy with the service which I completely appreciated. This company is stellar. I do not use that word lightly. First....the dark creatures (also known as insects) are kept at bay. They guarantee their work and have come out to my house more than once in between scheduled sprays to ease my mind. LOVE THAT. Because I HATE bugs. I sent in a request online for a quote and was promptly called (not annoyingly) and talked through services from the owner, Phil.
