Anyhoo, I contacted them, and received a visit within days. The account representative was really good. He was thorough and checked out every area of our property (the lobby- we have two buildings and a hangar space); I told him that visiting the other floors were not necessary. We got the contract and signed it. We got Pest Control service the following week with a technician familiar with our Accounting Department Staff, Cory. He is very nice. I got 2nd opinions and was told they should be using more than a spray bottle and it could be done properly. I never agreed to a set amount of services and they're claiming that I did and they keep sending me bills after I paid my final balance, their services are a waste of time they were never thorough and I am very dissatisfied with my service and all of the money that I wasted on this horrible company.
