Cannot recommend highly enough. We interviewed multiple solar companies for solar purchase. From start to finish, Ecoforce and Patty Levin made sure that we knew exactly what to expect...and everything happened exactly like Patty said it would! Ecoforce strives to meet the needs of their customer, and Patty was patient with all of our questions. We were offered competitive financing solutions for our project. One thing that sets them apart from others is that they are truly a solutions company. It wasn't about selling solar panels and getting the job, it was about understanding our energy use and offering appropriate solutions. From start to finish, Ecoforce helped us with CC&Rs design approval, permitting with the city, inspections, and of course, a seamless install. It was so easy to do what we wished we had done years ago! Shii and the team were professional, on time, friendly and open to questions , and they left the job site clean and tidy every day. The team was excellent with follow through: honest, timely, communicated well, and did a great job. After the final install, we are now making energy. We even were instructed in how to view and monitor our solar production online or via app after our install was complete. This is truly a professional organization, and I recommend this company without reservation! read more

EcoForce was the RIGHT choice for solar (we got quotes from three companies). Lisa, the sales rep, answered every text, phone call and email and she assured me I was not bothering her. Lisa's main concern was to make us happy, and she did. When we didn't understand a section in the contract, Lisa carefully spent the necessary time until we were satisfied. The installation was quick (2 days) and the team was professional. They removed some non-working pool solar panels, cleaned up everything, and answered my questions. The city inspector wanted an extra wire installed and EcoForce took care of it that same morning. Shii, who oversaw the entire process, did everything necessary to make our install flawless. When one of my thermostats didn't work, he personally came over, climbed up into my attic and fixed the problem (Shii is not only hardworking but also kind). I am grateful to Lisa, Shii, and the EcoForce team for taking such good care of us. (My mother-in-law chose a different company and she has been waiting for 7 weeks for them to set an install date, she wishes she had NOT signed a contract with them so she could use EcoForce.) We are thrilled with our solar energy and EcoForce who made it happen. (JCW, Laguna Hills) read more

Our electric bills were averaging $700-800 a month and we'd been thinking about solar for a while. Then we got contacted by Patty from EcoForce Solutions, which is a local company with a lot of clients in our neighborhood, Coto de Caza. Patty was very knowledgeable and friendly and explained all the benefits and savings we would get, and offered a very competitive price. Then it was a no brainer. We could not see a reason for not going solar with them. EcoForce were very professional throughout the whole process, and from the time we signed the contract it only took them 32 days to have the panels up. Normally it takes around double the amount of time, so we were really impressed. Communication from EcoForce was really good and Patty was there all the way informing us about every step of the process, from contract signing dates, to when the permits were approved, when they were scheduled to come out, etc. Apart from the solar system we also got a whole house fan that we really like. It cools down the house so quickly compared to our air conditioner, and uses a lot less electricity. We can highly recommend going solar with EcoForce Solution & Patty Levin. Todd read more

EcoForce users their own employees - no subcontractors . They handled everything... all the county permits, HOA approvals, etc. and are pros with all of this. They take care of everything all the way to completion with top notch QIS (quality, integrity, service) Patty Levin was our sales/contact person and she was beyond amazing. She is extremely knowledgeable and answered every one of our questions without putting any pressure whatsoever on us. Every question or concern was addressed immediately. Our project manager, Shii, went above and beyond all expectations to resolve any & all questions we had. Our installers included Tony, Ryan and Johnny and they were absolutely incredible. We feel incredibly lucky to have had such an awesome install team. We could not be happier and are so grateful that we made the right choice in having Eco Force Solutions install our solar system. Just had solar installed and I have to recommend Ecoforce with Patty Levin to anyone considering or curious about getting solar and saving money on electricity! Patty is extremely knowledgeable and her crew is easy to work with and very experienced. We were on a tight schedule as we wanted to get our solar up and running before the New Year for our 2017 taxes (30% back :)). Patty and her team made that happen! Patty lives in Coto so she knows all the HOA forms needed and even turned them in for us! She handled all the permit paperwork, inspection, and SDGE filing. Truly the process could not have been easier and I would recommend Patty to everyone. Two of our neighbors on our street have just recently installed solar with Patty as well and are equally happy! Looking forward to the New Year with our new solar! And loving the peace of mind I have with Patty --- her customer service goes above and beyond! She is always easy to get a hold of and I know if we have a question or a problem with a panel she will have it fixed right away, I won't be stuck on the phone calling our warranty customer service. I wanted to post a positive experience we recently had as we added solar to our home. If you are considering solar, you'll find EcoForce Solutions to be a great help. Our project wasn't the easiest because our electrical and roof were not in good shape. The EcoForce team took care of it all. Patty knows this stuff so well, she made sure the whole process was smooth and easy. They meticulously assessed our home's electrical requirements and upgraded our system, ensuring that we would have a reliable and efficient source of power for years to come. This attention to detail and commitment to safety was truly impressive. In addition to their technical expertise, the customer service provided by EcoForce was exceptional. Completed a solar upgrade for my house in Mission Viejo, CA. I am so impressed with their work that I wanted to let everyone know about the outstanding service and personalized experience I received from EcoForce corporate as well as their installation team. EcoForce walked me through the installation process from electrical panel upgrade, to installation construction work, to solar system monitoring app (very cool), to notification of Edison of the turn-on. Very, very painless process!! I also want to give a shout-out to the install team, Vernon and Tony were the main guys I dealt with each day on the job. These guys, and their team are passionate about solar and electrical work - professional, clean, orderly worksite. They also trained me on what they were doing throughout the process, gave me advice on system operations, and provided advice on my upcoming kitchen remodel. These guys love their job, and it shows in the work they do! Considering Solar, use EcoForce!!! read more

I did A LOT of research in regards to "going solar" in our home. Ecoforce Solutions was the best across the board: - Outstanding information was supplied by their sales rep, Patty Levin! She patiently helped us navigate the transition to solar. We met with other companies that were more focused on just getting the order. Patty explained in detail: the equipment, the process, and most importantly, the results to expect. No pressure to buy at all! - The EcoForce installation crew was seriously as good as it gets. Shii and the rest of the install team took the time to explain every step of what there were doing. They were friendly and achieved the scheduled timing as promised. I have already recommended EcoForce to several friends. Great quality products are used by this company - take the time to compare the products that are used by EcoForce - all top of the line! We had a great experience with Ecoforce and were are thrilled to contribute to the planet by going solar! read more

We just had our solar panels installed by EcoForce Solutions. It was a very efficient, quick and seamless experience and we are very happy we made the decision to go green with solar panels. The crew was on time, orderly and constructed all their panels on schedule with no problems. Our representative was Patty Levin and she was outstanding in how she explained the transition and process from start to finish. We could not have asked for a more knowledgeable and informative rep. We highly recommend her and EcoForce to provide you with a quality product and we are confident that their continued customer service will be excellent as well. On top of the solar panels, they also installed a whole house fan that will help to reduce the stagnating heat pent up in the house during the hot summer months. We were also given a free Heater and AC tune up by EcoForce to make sure everything will be as efficient as possible. They have our highest recommendation. read more

"I hired EcoForce Solutions to find a way to make my home more comfortable and energy efficient. During their assessment they used an infrared camera to show me that some of my interior walls were more than 90 F during warmer days. I got a detailed plan summarizing and showing all the improvement opportunities that they had found in my home. They suggested insulation, windows and a whole house fan to help keep my home cool. On top of that I also asked them to replace my old furnace. EcoForce Solutions did a great job replacing all my old windows and doors with high efficiency dual pane windows/doors. They also insulated my entire house and installed a house fan to keep the house cool without having to use the AC. So all in all, great service, professional handling of all the work, friendly staff and definitely a company I would recommend to anyone looking for a high-end provider with the feel for that little extra." California friends...If you are interested in solar, our EcoForce Solution contact was Patty Levin and she was amazing! She took the time to come to our home, explain how having solar will help us reduce our high electric bills (I like to heat my pool!), and what the process would be. EcoForce helped clear up open permits, which remained on our property from our first landscaping job, they made this entire process painless! After that we were good to go...in one week they installed the panels and had us up and running...just in time for Daylight Savings. We could not be happier with the entire process! The installers showed on time, worked hard and left our property clean and tidy! If you live in Coto (or even if you don't) contact Patty...she's dedicated, professional and made the entire experience enjoyable. Thank you EcoForce and especially Patty! read more

It's nice when your experience matches all the other positive reviews of this company. Our salesperson , Patty Levin, clearly explained how the system worked, how it was priced, and how it would be installed. She took care of all the homeowner association paperwork and permits to be filed as well as how it all works with the utility company (SDGE). She gave us an accurate timeline as to how long it would take before installation would start and how long it would take once it started. The crew itself...Tony, Johnny, and Ryan were friendly, clean, and most importantly showed up on time every day. EcoForce Solutions returned every phone call, text, and e-mail promptly and their warranty and service is the primary reason we chose them. You will be elated with their expertise and knowledge. Every South OC resident should use them. read more

EcoForce Solutions did an amazing job for us. They came in and did a comprehensive energy assessment of my house for free. Then they came back with recommendation of what we should (and even what we shouldn't do) to save energy and water in our home. They understand all the efficiency and solar products and were able to explain what made the most sense for our home. The team was professional, showed up on time and did great work. It was a pleasure to get all our work done by one contractor versus having a bunch of unreliable contractors like we have had in the past. The net results is that I significantly lowered my energy and water use. The best part is that is that my home is so much more comfortable and bills are lower. I would recommend EcoForce Solutions to anyone wanting to reduce their energy and water bills. read more

Great experience from the quote, the contract, permits, and the installation. Patty Levine - head of sales, was great - highly communicative and responsive. No pressure, just the info we needed to make our decision and the assurance we would be taken care of - Patty is very helpful and goes the extra mile to ensure you're satisfied. We checked the reviews prior to signing with Patty, and have to echo the great reviews others have made. Also the install crew started promptly, was on the job every day and completed the job quickly - always clean, punctual, and communicative. Overall a very professional crew with great communications throughout the process by Shii Levy the project manager. Highly recommend Patty and EcoForce to anyone considering solar. read more

We had the best experience we could have hoped for by choosing Ecoforce for our Solar Panels. Patty Levin and the Ecoforce installation Team led by Shii are awesome! They were very professional, handled all details of the job including panel layout, home owner association approval, and county permits. They were always available to answer our questions and fully address any concerns we had. They even patched and painted a cracked roof tile for us while they were waiting for the inspector to arrive! Can't say enough about the great customer service. The panels are wonderfully sleek, low to the roof with state of the art monitoring that we can see using an app on our iPad. Love watching our meter run backwards now and so happy we picked Ecoforce! read more

What more can I add to the many 5 Star comments already posted? Patty Levin and her team took care of everything. And I mean... everything. From handling the County permits, final inspections and even getting sign-offs from our neighbors. We essentially, did nothing. What's most impressive is that we are generating some power even though it is dismal and raining, today. I must especially thank the team that did the installation as they were VERY patient educating me and answering my hundreds of questions. They clearly know the technology. To summarize: I would highly recommend EcoForce for your Solar Power Generating needs. The service, the product and the overall experience was excellent. Thank you Patty and Team!! read more

We contracted EcoForce to help us lower my utility bills and at the same time make our employees more comfortable in their work environment. The assessment they performed showed that just by doing maintenance on our already existing AC system it would increase the efficiency with more than 20%. Many other companies would have tried to sell me a new system, but here we got professional advice and intelligent solutions on how to make the most out of our existing one. EcoForce also installed a new thermostat system, that we can control from a cell phone, and added another zone so that our employees would be more comfortable in their work area read more
