EcoDry had 3 steps when my hot water heater leaked after only 5 years! Sheldon came out to assess the damage. It was in my garage and the master closet. He explained what he did and even called to see how I was doing. He went beyond what was expected. Gio came today to measure the wetness/dryness of the garage and master closet. My carpet and garage area was dry! Thank you lord! He explained how he measures this and asked if there were questions. He pointed out things to make sure I understood. He was very exact and I could tell he takes pride in the work he does. I did not feel he rushed and wanted the best job possible. I really hate that my hot water heater did not reach the age that some do but it makes it so much better to have pleasant, knowledgeable people that help take care of an unpleasant situation!. We had our water heater go out in September 2024 and a leak ensue. We were referred to EcoDry through a plumbing company and they immediately responded with a inspector named Tanner Tush. Tanner was thorough and professional. He explained the entire process and answered all questions as i never had this happen before. Once work began, a group of three arrived as scheduled and performed their work quickly. They cleaned up everything, informed me of all the work performed and offered to come back as needed. Then, a couple days later, due to a delay in obtaining the new water heater, they sent an associate on Sunday to check on things. This company cares and adheres to their schedule and offer of any assistance needed. Not to mention, Tanner called numerous time to see how things were going. I will however say that when the issues were brought to their attention, they were taken care of, and they stood up to their promise to take care of us. I don't recommend using this company. We had our R/O system leak into our cabinets on November 11th. It is now Jan 29th and we have half of a kitchen cabinet and no sink still. They have been friendly but slow and apparently unorganized. I'll say on my end that we requested a couple additions that maybe should have added a few days. We are going on our 3rd month and I feel that if I wasn't constantly following up with the project manager, we would be looking at another 3 months. I've yet to notice any proactive communication on their end or any kind of scheduled construction dates or ETA's. I don't believe it should be the consumer's job to keep a job like this on track but it certainly feels as if I do. Our project manager has been very nice but appears to be over scheduled or the company has a lack of organization. It seems they're working on multiple jobs at once as opposed to dedicating a crew to a job and moving on to another. I am not in construction but I do work where scheduling and time management are key. We needed our carpets dried out, sink, small 2 door cabinet, countertop, replaced and we added some quartz to two other sections in our home. For it to be almost 3 months in and have a temporary sink, no counter tops, half of our cabinets replaced, and the carpet still not pinned down, is a failure. Again, our workers have been pleasant when available but this company lacks any semblance of structure. From my personal experience I would look elsewhere first. I have been the lucky recipient of 9 floods in 5 years. I wish I knew about Ecodry sooner. They have been here for my last 2 and if I have another they will be my go to. Flooding in your home can be one of the most stressful events. Nathan knows a lot about a lot and walks you through everything with ease. He will speak with your adjuster, educate on HOAs and insurance. He honestly takes the stress off you and puts it on himself. Dallas and his crew were great along with Brad. It's not often the whole team is amazing and I'm sure I'm forgetting names. But if your lucky enough to get Nathan as your guy, keep him and refer. Sink in kitchen was leaking water. Called warranty company and they sent plumber out and Bill felt that there was water damage and called Ecodry to come out for restoration services. Issac came out from Phoenix to our Marana AZ ho,Me at night just to make sure everything was safe. He was very curtious and knowledgeable. Metting the people at Ecodry isn't what I planned on. They have been amazing from start to finish. My home was flooded and pretty much all flooring and several walls/ceilings replaced and everything repainted. They were great dealing the insurance and mortgage companies. They made a very crappy situation much better than expected. My house is amazing now, almost glad it flooded...almost. Everyone has been so great to us from the pack out guys, all the contractors and project manager Pete Roberts. I would highly recommend them! read more

Unprofessional staff and referred me to a construction company that commits fraud

Awful - do not use this company. Adam Eskina is the worst, and so is his supervisor, Mark. DO NOT USE ECODRY RESTORATION AND THEN USE THIS COMPANY, THEY ARE THE WORST. I am not complaining about any contractors in this review, only the actually project manager and company itself, not those that they contract to do the work. They have poor communication, they take forever to get anything done, they do not generally care about their customers. They seriously need to be shut down. We had issues beginning in December, and we are just now getting done with this horrible company, in April. That timeline is only for them to get our bottom cabinets in and the counter-tops in, that is all. We went with a different company for the flooring because we hated the issues we were running into with Adam. Adam lied to my fiance, trying to get more money out of our insurance than he was supposed to by putting in our old counter-top that was broken, for them to pocket the rest of the money given by our insurance. I told him on multiple occasions that the counter-top was not good to be put back in due to cracks, chips and whole pieces missing, but he told my fiance that he wanted to put it back in, delaying the process more. He never updated us with anything, my fiance would have to call him constantly to know what the next step was, or even what he was doing. He was always late to appointments, and cancelled some. He would always show up saying how he was so busy and all this, which is poor scheduling, planning, time-management and laziness on his part to give some people good service and others the absolute worst. Telling your customers that you are late because you planned poorly is not my idea of a good project manager, which the company does not see because they have Adam training people. We then got involved with the supervisor, who was not much help either. All he did was update us when Adam didn't, but that was toward the end of the project. Highly dissatisfied with their customer service and professionalism. Avoid this company at all costs. Even when using EcoDry Restoration - do not then use EcoDry Reconstruction for the next part. Use another company, literally any other company would be better than this one. read more

The reconstruction team and process was a nightmare. A two week job was done in 2.5 MONTHS because of 1) the lack of work done on a daily basis 2) two no-shows from the contractors Eco Dry hired 3) countless last minute cancellations from the contractors aka they called to say they couldn't make it that day. Staff was friendly overall but I felt that they didn't care that their hired contractors were taking too long. Unless they're the only company to do business with, I'll never hire Eco Dry again. read more

---This company is now going by RMJ Construction.--- Same address, same employees, same phone number Does not even deserve 1 star but it wouldn't let me do zero stars After my water heater died, American Home Shield sent out a crew to replace the water heater, they sent EcoDry Restoration (sister company to this one) to do the demolition work. EcoDry Restoration sent RMJ Construction to do the reconstruction from the water damage. My Insurance company did not approve of RMJ Construction to do the repairs. RMJ Construction then sent me a bill for $500.00 for a cancellation fee saying that it was for work done by the contractor. They didn't do any work on the house at all. When I tried to contact them the manager "Natalie" hung up on me. Avoid this business at all costs, they are scam artists read more

If I could do a zero star review I would, this was one of the worst experiences I've ever had in my life. What started out as a three week job at most tuned out to 9 weeks worth of frustration,misery and pain. Adam Eskina knows how to overcharge for everything they do. He will overcharge you considerably of you change what the insurance company says needs to be done and when proper things aren't done, don't ask for a refund, because you'll never see it. He is a liar and a con artist disguised as a project manager Communication is definitely not something taught with them, and I do realize that with an older home things do need to be updated but when you overcharge then it's ridiculous. Twice in my bathroom shower the tile was laid wrong and after move in guess what water still sits in the corner of my shower so now I have to squeegee water every time I shower. It took almost three weeks to have my kitchen counters done, oh and then if mistakes are made the project manager seems to want to make it right but really doesn't, meaning the contractor he hires does the job and it's not even checked to make sure it's done right before he sends that crew to another job. Now to close out my contract I have to argue for every nickel and dime because things weren't done as promised and breaking someone's oven while putting new countertops in and not even saying that they broke it, cause it certainly worked up until the day they replaced countertops. So I implore you to do your homework and do not under any circumstances chose this company. They are the worst ever and I'm sure the BBB would love to hear from me about them read more

I came home and found 2" of water throughout my house. The problem was my plastic emergency shut off valve in the guest bath toilet cracked and sprayed water for hours while I was at work. While dealing with the situation, the plumber contacted a company called Eco-Dry for me and they were here within an hour to assess the situation and develop a plan of mitigation for the mess created by the flood of water throughout my house. They sent a "pack out" team while I was at work, which did a great job boxing up my belongings and neatly placing everything in the garage. The next day the demo crew arrived and took out all the affected drywall, flooring and cabinetry. It took five days to dry the entire house out, as all three bedrooms and living spaces were affected. Then I was contacted by the Eco-Dry Reconstruction team. They went over the insurance estimate and found items missed by the insurance adjuster. I signed a reconstruction contract with them based on my mitigation experience with them and after checking their status at the ROC and BBB. They assigned a project manager to the job named Pete. Pete met with me to assess the work needed and explained what my options were. He was very reassuring and confident that they could meet my needs and work around my schedule. He was friendly, kind to the dogs, and took the time to bring samples of flooring to me. He also sent photos of various cabinet, sink and counter-top options. I arranged to be out of the house for a few weeks so they would be able to work faster without us being in the way and they completed the job working around my schedule. They found a few issues from when the home was built and took care of them with my permission. Pete was amazing and communicated well with me and the sub-contractors, he even arranged for the pack out team to pack it all back in and come out and help me sort some of it out. They did get most of the work done within the three week time frame and within another few weeks of our return they completed the custom built hallway linen closet, did some minor finishing work and had a cleaning crew come and clean the house, including the blinds and windows. David and Johnny were the team who completed the work and they did a great job! I would definitely recommend Eco-Dry Reconstruction. Overall they communicated well, were trustworthy and worked hard to ensure my complete satisfaction. read more
