Having had roof damage caused by a recent storm, I turned to my Allstate insurance company to see what they were able and willing to pay. As requested by them, I had three roofing companies come out and give me a cost analysis (bid) to repair the damaged roof. All three companies said the entire roof needs replaced! Ecoroofing Company was not the cheapest nor the most, so I chose them because of their willingness to work with me as we went back and forth on cost, installation and warranty. The day came for the installation. All I can say is "I was amazed by the professionalism of the group of men who worked in great harmony with one another ", each knowing what to do, taking off all the old shingles down to the bare wood, inspecting the wood, replacing a few pieces and installing the new shingles and finishing with an inspector from Ecoroofing appearing a minimum of at least three or times making sure that the quality of work was done according to Ecoroofing's standards and specifications. God bless your workers, and I am glad that I chose your company because I am convinced that you stand behind your company and great one of a kind warranty! ***** 5 Stars and more Martin Paluch read more

I had initially reached out to Eco Roofing Solutions for a quote on a potential patch on my roof. Mike Livingston came out and inspected the roof and provided options/quotes for a new underlayment for the full roof the same day! I opted to go with the new underlayment for the full roof due to the age of the roof. Eco Roofing Solutions was able to schedule the project within two weeks! The communication from Mike was professional, timely (got back to me even after "office hours"), and was greatly appreciated! Once the project began, I received phone calls from Tamika at the office checking in on if I had any concerns daily. The crew showed up on time and worked super hard! After the project was completed, Nick came to inspect the property and addressed the concerns I had. The next day Nick and the crew came back to make sure my concerns were addressed and to make sure I was happy with the results. I can not express my gratitude enough for the communication, professionalism, and compassion from the whole Eco Roofing Solutions team! Getting a new roof is a big investment and I'm glad that I chose this company for my roofing needs. read more

I had both my home and Casita roofs this past week. I received estimates from a few roofing companies. Eco's was pretty much the same as the others, however they were willing to do a bit extra (or I would have had to hire a separate contractor) and that was the deal breaker for me. That helped me tremendously! The production manager, Chris A., was amazing to work with and had an excellent, hard working crew. Chris A. was not only professional, kind, and courteous, but actually listened to my concerns and walked me through the process. When the job was done he spent considerable time checking the roofs and surrounding areas for overlooked debris and nails. Brooklyn, in the office was very nice, helpful and on top of things. I should also mention Chris C., who wrote the estimate. He was quite nice to work with and was able to give me a quote immediately. I definitely felt like I got my money's worth AND a 25 year warranty to boot! read more

I can't say enough great things about Eco Roofing Solutions! We had an excellent experience working with owner Eric Perry and his team. From the initial estimate to the final cleanup, the entire process was professional, organized, and stress-free. Communication was clear and consistent every step of the way, and they took the time to answer all of our questions. The crew was respectful, hardworking, and incredibly clean -- you would hardly know major work was being done. The project was completed quickly and efficiently in just two days without sacrificing quality. Every detail was handled with care. Eric and his employees were truly a blessing to work with. The service, speed, and workmanship were outstanding. We highly recommend Eco Roofing Solutions LLC in every aspect -- you will not find another company better than them! read more

Within 2 days of contacting Ecoroofing we had a Roofing Specialist on site and a custom quote in our hands. Ecoroof answered all my questions and suggested some improvements to my very complicated roof. The roofers arrived on time all 5 days of my job and did excellent work (for up to 10 hours a day!). A foreman was onsite multiple times a day to review and explain the progress to me. My tiles are now completely straight, flashing is installed properly, new fascias are painted and installed, and all vent/pipes are sealed and painted. We are extremely satisfied with both the work and the experience at Ecoroofing. I would not hesitate to recommend them to anyone who is looking for a reliable and honest roofing contractor. read more

Decided to go with a very small company originally and had three leaks in the first two months. I had heard wonderful things about Eco Roofing Solutions, so I thought I would give them a try. One of the best decisions I have ever made! Mike came out to do the inspection and discovered the problem right away. Other suggestions were made to alleviate any future leaks. The job was done on schedule and Eco Roofing kept me informed through the whole process. Everyone I dealt with was extremely professional. Without reservation, I would totally recommend this company for anyone who needed their roof fixed or replaced! read more

My mom, who is over 100, had her roof severely damaged in a recent storm. When the first roofer we tried couldn't handle the complicated repairs, we were referred to Eric Perry and Eco Roofing. I was managing all conversations and scheduling from out of state and they couldn't have been more accommodating. Not only did they finish the job in half the time they estimated but Mike Livingston, the person who was our contact in this small family-owned business, negotiated with the homeowners insurance company to get us even more compensation than we had expected. It was a wonderful experience. read more

We had a roof leak and contacted Eco Roofing for repairs. It was a seamless process from start to finish. Steve came out for the initial estimate and then shortly after that I had contact from Jake who was going to be the project manager. He actually came out and did a temporary patch right before a rainstorm. Work was completed shortly after that by a great crew who did outstanding work. Final communication with Brad and Aimee to get pictures and final invoice was seamless as well. We would highly recommend Eco Roofing and would certainly use them again! read more

I hired Eco for my house's 9 year old roof. The underlayment was not installed properly leading to small amount of leakage. Eric Perry and Derek Zion were prompt to schedule an inspection. Inspection was completed in an expedited but timely manner. 2 days later they made all the repairs. All throughout the process they kept me informed through the portal. They sent pictures of all the findings and work being completed. Very reasonable cost of repairs as well. I will recommend these folks to anybody who needs quality work in an expedited manner. read more

Used Eco Roofing to do an inspection on a roof that was done with another company. Eco informed me that we should contact the ROC and provided us with a list of items to add to our complaint, as well as, an inspection report. According to the ROC inspector, our original contractors work was out of code and our roofer had to redo the perimeter of the entire roof. Pros- Friendly. Professional. High standards. Wish we would have found Eco Roofing first. I have recommended them and would use them in the future! read more

We had a recent complete foam and tile replacement that was done by Eric Perry and his crew at Eco Roofing. They submitted a very competitive price. Once the materials came in they manned the job and completed it with only a slight weather delay. The job was done well and they cleaned up our property one day later very efficiently. There were no additional costs and we are happy to give them a 5 star rating and recommend them highly to anyone anticipating a roof repair or replacement. Martin W. Scottsdale read more

I have a 16 year old roof that just started leaking. I got bids from three different contractors and Eco Roofing stood out by far. Highly professional, very reasonable pricing, and an excellent rating. They came out, repaired the roof where it was leaking, fixed all the tiles that were broken, missing, or had slid out of place. And then they redid all the concrete caps. They did a fantastic job and now the roof is back in top shape. I highly recommend them! Thanks Eco Roofing for doing such a great job. read more

I had a very good experience with Eco Roofing. I didn't have to pay more than the price they offered me and they answered all of my calls and any questions I had regarding the roof repairs. The team is really very nice, responsive and kept me updated during the whole proces. They did the job done nicely earlier than the scheduled date, I was so impressed with their service. I'll definitely use their services in the future. Thank you so much, Kyle, Nick and the whole team! read more

Wow, that was easy. I contacted several companies. This one sent a representative that got up on the roof and outlined everything that was wrong (and much unbeknownst to me). An estimate arrived in my email box that day. I accepted and they set a date immediately. When the day of service came, they came early. They worked steadily, cleaning up as they went. I am so impressed with this company. If you need roof work, this is the company for you! read more

Excellent job; I would like to thank Echo Roofing for scheduling my carport roof a week later after I received their estimate. They started the job on time; Adolfo answered all my questions when needed, did an excellent job and the clean up was beyond fantastic. The experience with ECO Roofing Solutions was great! They were very professional and whatever glitch that came up, they made correct immediately. Have seen few roofs redone in the neighborhood but wasn't impressed with the workmanship and heard stories. The crew that showed up for the job were outstanding. Great company to work with. Clean up after job was great. Finished timely. All professional, polite and nice. Answered all my questions and I love the process of communicating with them and photo availability. They did the front half of my house roof and when its time to do the back half I will be calling them. Plus, I will have them inspect the roof. Highly recommend this ECO. read more
