I've been using Eco Pest Control for about five years and am on the monthly plan. I have found Eco Pest Control to be very responsive and helpful. They are by quarterly to treat around the house and complete an inspection. Over the years I've had a few problems with unexpected bugs in the kitchen and when I've called Eco Pest Control has been out at least by the next day and in some instances the same day. Our technician, Matt, is very friendly, experienced and willing to explain to me my issues and solutions in terms that I understand. Found no evidence of termites but recommended we have them install the inserts in the ground just in case. We paid the 1x fee and was told we would also be billed monthly as long as the ground inserts were in but could stop any time. Never given a copy of the terms so had no idea you cannot cancel. These guys will cone back to spray with no issues. I for to unlock my back yard gate and they couldn't get in to spray my backyard. I've been using this company for pest control services for several years and recently ended that arrangement. At first their workers were very dedicated and we had no question concerning the thoroughly good coverage we requested. By the way, they are NOT cheap, the service is expensive. But over the last 6-9 months we have questioned the dedication of their workers. We have security cameras surrounding our home so we can tell when they're stopping staring into space or staring at the neighbors yard, just walking aimlessly through our yard. The result is we get bit every evening when we go outside and we cannot enjoy our patio due to the bugs. Be careful when selecting a service provider, no everyone has the video evidence that we have. I gotta say the price is a bit much to do a year long (quarterly service) contract with them but the service is very good. Our first time having them come Robert did a free termite inspection and sprayed inside and outside and also dusted for the carpenter ants we were really having issues with. He also gave helpful advice for us to maintain plants touching the house to keep the ants away. He has been back one more time since then and sprayed inside and out. Very respectful and works quickly and quietly. Makes sure to let me know what he has done and not to mess with the sprayed areas until it's dry. Seems like they only do year long contracts for certain services like ant control. read more

We had a pest issue, their technicians came out and did two treatments problem solved. We continued with regular treatments outside and haven't had another issue. The one concern that I did have about a treatment was immediately corrected. Great service better customer service. read more

We ended up going with them to complete the service and they were out on the following Monday to complete the service. Not the place to go for mouse extermination. $200 and i still have mice and guy couldn't find where they were coming in Told ME to plug up a hole to where they were getting in and threw down a few sticky trapbut that was it. All technicians that came to my house were professional and polite. However, when I signed up I was informed that you could start services at any time. This is not the case, be cautious. It is a one year contract. When I called at the end of the year to terminate, I had to argue with an operator for 15 minutes. Finally, I asked for a supervisor and stated I was contacting Better Business. only then was I able to terminate. I do not recommend EcoPest. read more

I recently reached out to Eco Pest on a Friday afternoon for a mouse issue. Kevin contacted me within minutes and then was at my house for a free consultation before the end of the day. When giving me the cost he volunteered to me that there was coupon available that saved me $75. He then stated he could schedule us on Monday. My wife didn't want to wait for Monday and asked if we could have it done sooner and he was able to come out on Saturday morning. He was very professional and thorough and very accommodating. I am very disappointed in this service. At first it seemed like they were helping with outside pests and inside. Once I asked for help with roaches and mice, it did not seem like they knew what they were doing. We kept finding the roaches and mice droppings everywhere. We finally cancelled the service about a month ago and I was supposed to get a call back. They tout a 100% satisfaction guarantee which I did not receive. I still have not received a call back and have also emailed. I normally only like to put forth good reviews but in this case with no follow up I cannot recommend these guys. read more

Had service from them for over a year with hundreds of dollars spent. The technician damaged our home trying to seal with foam (which I have read is quite suboptimal as mice can eat through it). The owner seemed nice and gave us some money back for this. I still had to clean up the mess myself and still can't get rid of certain areas without gutting the area. Regardless, our flooring was damaged and stained from the foam. Nothing was really addressed regarding sealing the home such as looking behind all appliances and kitchen items. It just did not feel complete. I did more research on why mice come into the home and I found (quite large) cracks myself behind the dishwasher, fridge, and cabinets that they did not investigate at all. We still have mice. Quite disappointed that they did not have the ability to find why mice were there and address the issue rather than just poisoning them. I would not recommend them for this reason. read more

We signed up for a quarterly pest control service and switched from a different company to Eco Pest for mosquito service.
